Went at 9pm on a Friday. Closed. No notice about closure. As a restaurant employee there should be more care. August 30th 2024 9:07P.M.

Staff are very kind, service is very quick, and the food is always great and exactly as ordered. My only real issue with it is the cleanliness. The beverage area in particular is always a mess and i frequently leave with sticky shoes.

ONE ranch for 3 whoppers that took forever to come out with and $38 later.. really?!

A couldn’t hear the chick through the mic we were missing 2 of our burgers and the ones we got were totally wrong and we didn’t get our receipt and now we tried calling but won’t answer

Give Owen a coloring book. If he can stay between the lines let him keep his job.

Went around 940pm for chicken fries and fries medium sprite well waste of cash taste raw or like it was old And they redopped it in the oil fryer or whatever disgusting.... Nobody picks up the phone at the store

If you go through the drive thru, they will ALWAYS send you to park in front and you wait an obscene amount of time for a wrong order. Ordered 4 jr. whoppers and all were missing onion. It’s part of the recipe…and I waited 8 minutes out front for that. Something is wrong in their operations that this occurs at every visit. Please work on your processes.

Looked like the Burgers have old vegetables

They can’t even put mayo on a chicken sandwich instead load it with ketchup that was not even asked for. The people that work here don’t even deserve $1 an hour

If it was possible to leave no stars I would. Twice now I've placed an order online, double checking the store is open, only to get there and tell me that they're out of product. And no they can't refund any money and the only way you can get online support is through the darn digital assistant. Not even calling the hotline gets you a real person... the only thing I was offered last time was store credit... which I never received. Gave them the benefit of the doubt tonight and I'll never go back.

Female manager told person sweeping the floor to help serve food to customers while he was sweeping the lobby; the young man put his broom down and, without washing his hands, immediately began serving food and handling kitchen utensils. Food was not fresh even though there were plenty of cars in the drive-thru when we pulled in around 6pm during dinner rush. Fries are usually the reliably good part of the meal and they were hard, old and cold. Just pure laziness to not make sure the food is fresh. Stuff's too expensive right now for the food to taste so crappy. We just wanted to take a break from cooking for one night and very rarely eat out. Definitely will not be returning.

This experience doesn't even deserve one star! Where are Zero stars? Has to be the worst Burger King in Greeley! 1st time ordering the Chicken Fries. Heard they were good. They looked dry af. Were dry af. Also looked like they sat in the warmer all day. We ordered fries. Not fresh. Not warm. Also looked like they sat under warmer all day. Also ordered 2 whoppers w cheese. I was thinking to myself, at least the Burger should be good!... WRONG!!! The Burger is also dry and black like...u guessed it. Been sitting in the warmer all day! I dunno. Very unhappy! And it's no wonder u guys have no business!

Nice people, but they rarely are they actually open on time at 6 AM, which is when I’m driving by. If opened at that time, then, the food is not ready.

This was a dine-in occasion. Drive thru is always slow and maybe I know why. There were only two people working and dine-in was slow. They also made it clear (through body language) that they didn't want to be there and didn't want us there either.

Elaine. I have never had good customer service at Burger King until today. I’m not sure if you can give a worker their own review but Elaine definitely deserves one. It doesn’t take much to be kind yet you never find kindness anywhere. Thank you Elaine for making this experience good.

Sunday night at 7pm my ghost pepper whopper was prepared horribly. No sauce, no bacon, just burger cheese and crunchy jalapeños. The ghost chicken fries we brick hard and not edible.

Always slow, annnd no it’s not because your food is fresh. I waited for 10ish or so minutes foe them to acknowledge me at the drive thru. My chicken fries were rubbery. They tried giving me my drink with no ice. Burger King managers and workers hear me out: When YOU ask me what kind of sauce I want. I REPLY a handful and some extra please(you charge for this,) I get my bag and have 2 ranch. Do you have little gnome hands? The ranch coat doesn’t come from your paycheck so if you ask me and I give an answer then make it happen. I shouldn’t have to stop, come inside, and ask for something you asked to provide me with.

Apparently a combo meal doesn't come with a drink??? Just ordered online and had it delivered. Delivery person told us the dummy at the drive through wouldn't give her our drink. It's a COMBO MEAL, it literally comes with fries and a drink... and these people want a pay raise?! Make it make sense 😒 like train your employees or something...

I typically come around mid afternoon when the general manager is there and I must say she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! one of the nicest human beings around. One time( a while ago) when we came she was literally ALL BY HERSELF! AND DID AMAZING. I watched her take orders inside and drive thru, make all the food, drinks, shakes, just everything! I wish she could train other stores to be as amazing as her! She is quick, always engages with her customers, and cares about the company and doing well. Thank you

Just had dinner at Burger King Greeley, it was very good. Everything was fresh and their new chicken wraps are sooooo good do your self a favor and go get one!

Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King!!! Whoever was running the drive thru didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up for awhile, then when he did it was to tell me he'd be with me in a bit, took another 10 mins to take my order then when I got to the window I had to pull around to wait for my food for 15 mins. I was the only car in the drive thru? About 5 people inside, isn't this fast food? Then when I finally get the food the taters are burnt do bad that they have no potato left, the double croissant sandwich tastes like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Drive thru guy has no idea how to deal with customers either. Never had an issue with this place!! Trash

Says open till midnight been there multiple times before 10 pm and there is no one taking order's sit there for 15 minutes and not a single person responded.

Amazing employees, we placed a pickup order only to find out we accidentally sent it to the wrong address. The gentleman at the window was so kind and understanding and gave the other store a call to let them know and have our order ready as soon as we got there. Amazing customer service!!!

Placed an online order, get to the drive thru only to get bluntly told that they just aren’t taking orders. My husband reiterated if that is what he heard. They repeated, and when we told them that we had placed an order through the app, they told us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait because something was broken. Based off the the previous reviews I am not surprised at how lacking their customer service skills are. I have worked in fast food, and I have worked in call centers. If I ever had spoken to a customer like that, I would have been spoken to and written up. I understand they deal with difficult people, but we weren’t rude and the treatment was uncalled for. Do better.

Has changed a lot. Staff not friendly, somewhat rude. Only 1 clean table in the place, yet staff leaning against the counter, so no intention of wiping tables. Must be why almost no one is eating here during "prime time". Outdoor trash can overflowing. The soda fountain area looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day.

Eduardo the manager came quickly to take our order. He was friendly and professional. This will be the only BK in Greeley will be coming too.

I ordered my meal without tomato, it is not that I don't like them, but I am allergic to raw tomato. Having gone through the drive thru, I didn't check before I started eating on my way home. 3 bites in and my mouth & throat were on fire. Couldn't reach them by phone & no receipt was provided to contact them any other way.

Got here at 10:50 and they were closed. Google says they’re supposed to be open until 12.

The food was as good as any Burger King and the staff friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was filthy. The floor was littered and it was clear that none of the table tops had been washed. The temperature inside the restaurant was so hot I left after eating half of a burger. Not the best Burger King I’ve been too but to be fair not the worst.

The breakfast sandwiches are always frikken burned eggs way over done to the point of eating burnt eggs, bacon so burnt so gross everything to far being over done will NEVER get breakfast from here again hashbrowns soaked in stale grease & temp almost cold feeling and I've gone to different ones to try same food and same experience happened 3 different BKs get it together BK I don't recommend any sandwiches there for breakfast !!

The store was clean there was one cook and she was quick at making the food like fast... We didn't have to wait for our food at all.

To the gentleman "Yella Neck" I am the manager who told you I needed the coupon at the speaker because by the time you told me you had a coupon I had already charged your card so it would have been a longer and harder process to refund, delete it, put the coupon number to generate the price and charge you again not to mention it takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund it was a lot easier to just pay the difference in the price hence the reason I mentioned about giving the me the coupon code at the speaker....

Drive-thru attendant was unable to multitask. It was very frustrating!

I am very disappointed about staff at this place. I came inside store just order. I know they busy but nobody’s pay attention about me there. They ignored me. I turn go away. Poor customer services.

Normally the fastest drive through near my work. But at 8pm on 3-31 it took 20+ minutes to move 2 cars though. The car in front of me got one bag of food and when I got to the window employees were standing around talking. I asked for a cup of ranch and didn't get it and all I ordered was a junior chicken sandwich and a value drink. Whatever employee hands the bags of food to the person working the window was just standing there talking and staring off into space when obviously the cook needed help because orders were taking so long. This is normally my go-to place to get a quick bite so I can get back to my job where I am needed. They made me late back from my lunch. For no reason. In the past when they are cooking a large order they will have the person pull around to the front and walk it out. But employees were simply too lazy to do this. Do better BK. I did not have it my way.

Went in the drive thru got a chicken sandwich because I had a coupon guy at window charged me full price after giving him the coupon and no receipt in the bag to try and hide it...go inside manager gives me the difference in cash and says I need to tell them at the window...how much more clear can I get by handing you the coupon after the total was read then separately give you my card and still charge full price ignoring the coupon. Yeah I just gave you that for no reason no receipt like I cant check my bank real fast.

Had to come on here and leave a review because I noticed that someone on a local Facebook page was praising the workers here for being so kind and caring. I have always had incredible experiences at this Burger King. The women that work there (I’ve only encountered women) are what keeps me coming back, because let’s be real…the food at any Burger King is mediocre (still better than McDonalds). These women are always happy, kind, hard working, and efficient. I hope they receive some sort of recognition.

I placed a mobile order this morning to be picked up through the drive through, and when I arrived I asked for fresh potatoes. I ended up receiving half full large hash brown which were cold so i went into the restaurant. I then told them what I felt was done wrong, was told that the manager did it, and got hole bunch of attitude. I then got a hole lot of excuses why the job was done incorrectly. Sorry to say that the store is very unfortunate not to have the proper customer service, and people that they currently need to be successful as a company. Very bad job morning crew.

Food was cold a shock because I was stuck in the Dr Thur for 40 minutes as they ignored the outside drive lane for the most part. Then they forgot the drink and ketchup. In the Drive-Thru girl was annoyed that I asked for it. And wouldn't listen about how they were taking four cars to only one per Lane. Won't be back. Not at this location anyway Would give zero stars if possible

After repeating what we wanted twice they still messed up the order but didn't realize it until we opened both sandwiches at home. At least the menu screen in the drive thru wasn't broken this time.

Still have one of my favorite breakfast items, egg-normous burrito. They need to have the drive through entrance and exit marked, there are no markings at this location. I entered the exit until I saw another car up to the window.

This is the second time in a week and ahalf that I tried to eat here and they told me they couldn't take my order (no reason as to why). After I drove off, they took the cars order behind me. What is going on!?

Ordered 1 hamburger plain. All 6 came to me plain. Pay attention.

I was there during lunch rush. Attitudes were great, urgency was high, communication was clear. You could tell this staff on 7/16 during lunch had a good time while working. Of course food was great, just as I would expect. I choose this location everytime over any place around them.

Food was good but just sitting trying to eat all we could here is complaining about the company and cursing like crazy.

Asked for a number one got the impossible burger instead took it back they said no it was just the wrapper definitely didn't taste like a whopper it tasted like the impossible burger 🙄 I love how these people can mess up orders and not have a care in the world! 0 stars

Every time I go to this Burger King they never disappoint me. I went this morning at 9am and wanted a burger instead of breakfast. Not a issue, and as always it was made perfect and exactly the way I asked(cheese on the side) great job on providing EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY

Had to try the Impossible 🍔 and honestly if you eat it hot is not too bad. However it also confirms im a better carnivore 🧟‍♀️

I will not and I repeat will not go there nor order through Door dash anymore. Not only was the french fries cold, they didn't give the driver my Sprite. Plus i think they made a double cheeseburger for my order. I'm so done with this restaurant...

Gives a regular Whopper, sometimes even with cheese, when ordering an Impossible Whopper. Not sure what is going on here, but this happens consistently in the evenings.

The staff are extremely polite and friendly!!! I'm vegan so I appreciate having so many options here on those days when I don't want to eat clean and healthy or cook something myself! Food usually is fresh and delicious.

This is my go-to BK in Greeley. Great people running it and the food is always great when compared to the other ones.

This place has really picked up over time and recently some traonees messed up an order and I was to busy to go back so they completely replaced my order for free next time I went

Had breakfast sandwiches, though not quite as good as Wendy's, it has much better pricing.

I usually like Burger King’ club salad but this time the lettuce was wilted and there wasn’t hardly and bacon in the salad I don’t know maybe just a bad day for a salad

Love their whoppers. Love their ice cream cones, but they are defined not worth a dollar. Way too small for a dollar. If i want a good ice cream cone thats worth the dollar I pay i have to go to Fort Lupton. Boy is it really worth it there and they are good. Seems like lately you pay more but get less

This is an average Burger King. The service was ok.

Very good customer service and clean area to eat at and they have anything to eat fish, chicken and hamburgers and veggie burger as well so you can not go wrong with the King. Very clean... Very fast. Staff was friendly and got everything in my order right. Normally I only get kethup and pickle but they always put extra kethup on it if I order it that way without saying easy ketchup. Forgot to say it but they put the normal amount on it. Way to go... Only doesn't mean extra.
