poor service messy sandwich for a cold cut

Nice employees, but homeless people were hanging around asking for money.

I ordered pick up because I live out of town and when I got home both sandwiches were not what I ordered. I got rotisserie chicken thrown on bread with ranch. No cheese no toppings the bread was wrong and he didn’t even toast it. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered My husbands sandwich was identical. When I walked in no one was also to be seen and his attitude when he walked out was poor. I’ve had issues with this store before but nothing nearly as bad as this time. I don’t get how you can be that lazy.

Must be a popular stop as they were out of bread and we had to have Pita bread instead.

The employee's don't smile and some of the vegetables that I seen,been out a while, need to use fresher vegetables and smile

Got curbside anne when I got home found out they gave me two completely different sandwiches.

Good place, but the sub needs a bit more added. Mainly in meat !

Came to get a quick sandwich & when I came there was absolutely no one but my dad & I. There were three females working, a female with braids, one with blonde & black hair, & another with a heart tattoo on her face. They all did not acknowledge that we were there , they kept doing their thing & talking to each other. Once they finally got to taking our order they all kept interrupting to talk to each other. It was so unprofessional. My dad ordered two churros & it took about 20 minutes for them to come out, they were rude about asking what we were waiting for. They did have a line but only the girl with braids was helping customers. Definitely needs some management in here because I can definitely tell not one of these girls is a manager.

It's so sad to see the Subway.Go under, it's a mess.It's dirty, the cold wall is dirty.The breads undercooked the manager.Sarah is very very rude ... She forgot how to stuff that went on the sandwich to begin with, and then she went ahead and tried to serve black bacon black bacon because she maf it's sad rob get your store under control

Normally I don't have any issues with this location. The sandwiches always taste good and the employees are nice. But tonight is the second time in about the past six months that they have closed at least 20 minutes before the posted closing time. Maybe it's happened more than that and affected other customers. I'm assuming it wasn't due to being out of bread, since I saw multiple loaves on the rack. Only this location and the Evans location stay open until 9:30. If they would prefer to close at 9:00 instead, they should change the hours on the door and on Google.

Toasted my sub and didn't ask for it and took very long with order

I went on Tuesday and they we closed at 9 and they closed at 930.

I went to order a sandwich and the lady had an attitude when I told her I had food allergies and she had to change her gloves.

Easily the worst subway in Greeley , I believe the worker Sarah , kind of heavy set white lady is always Rudy and so demanding like if we are on a crew ship !! Never have fresh veggies , lettuce is always old and changing colors everytime I go in and just so freaking rude all time , NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP

Ive gone twice, separate times and said they don't have bread n it's always around the night like right now at 7pm and they close at 930pm, also j went to the next one on 23rd told him and they said "alot of ppl come here and say that"

me and my wife ate there the other day. i dont remember the lady's name working, but I've worked i a restaurant's. she was the only one there at that time. it got really busy as soon as we walked in. she was the best she changed her gloves every time she was supposed to. I have food allergies and normally have to ask the employees to change them before they work on my oder. i didn't have to ask her to do so. i hope they make her a manager or a raise. i will be going back. i give her 5 stars. The lady was of blonde hair.

Ordered a monster and this is what I got. Horrible customer service they need to fire everyone and start over with some fresh people that know what they are doing

Worker was very rude. She had so much attitude. Gangster looking girl with tattoos Throwing food back in the bins like the extra cheese or tomato whatever she got extra was thrown back very rude. I went at 4 pm on Nov 21 2023 so the manager can read this 😠

Dirty building. Slightly unerving being helped at the counter. Sandwiches where excellent though.

3rd time there in a month 1st and 2nd Blonde girl totally rude and out of control shouldn't wait on customers, jusy now No tuna had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it, then no lettuce and...no pickles, tuna was not properly made dry spots with tuna no mayo gross, Broccoli sop MO BROCCOLI at all....do not go to that Subway on 8th Ave and 25th street...poor service guy smashes the bread soyour sandwich is compressed to two small slabs of dough!!! New manager needed!!!

This place cancelled my order and kept the money. They lied and said they attempted to call me but I have a screenshot as proof that they didn't. The manager offered no solutions at all and zero customer service ability. I spent my last $50 on delivery. And they never refunded me after they cancelled my order. Now I'm angry and hungry and I have no way to buy more food. They could have sent a different sandwich.

I've never had my sandwich made correctly here. I'll just start going to a different location

Fresh food, nice staff, clean store. This store has stepped up their game since the last time I was there. My sandwich was delicious.

The employee made my sandwich exactly how I requested it. The toaster was not working correctly, but the gal improvised and made it work for me. Very friendly service! I go there a lot!

The place had filthy rugs on rails and tables. Half the store blocked off. When we walked in they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When asked about a sandwich the man said they were out of certain meat the other lady said we have it right here the man was very snappy and said well we're not cutting it up. When my daughter asked for her sandwich without that meat he said more than one meat will be extra. I choose to leave. He took the bread that already had meat on it and put the meat and bread back...if that bread is not used shortly the next customer to get it can get sick. There's a reason why this subway is never busy and now I get it.

I ordered food from Grubhub for delivery selected double cheese for turkey sandwich and called subway to make sure my 2 sandwiches had double cheese. When I received my order the bread was hard and there was no cheese on my sandwiches. Turkey sandwich was thrown together terribly. I returned the sandwiches to Subway the Manager would not give me a reimbursement for my food returned. Very bad service and the food is sloppily made at this restaurant.

Placed an online order for pick up and specifically put REMOVE onions and someone thought it was cute to sneak them in my sandwich. They also did not toast my friends sandwich and didn't add the bacon we paid an extra 2.50 for.....do these people not know how to read or are they just being rude and lazy?

Idk what has been going on lately but the very few “fast food” places that I have gone to around here in the last few years are just…awful. I ordered a meatball sub…and received it without meatballs, which of course I didn’t notice until I was home. To come to a resolution I have to personally reorder everything, recharge my card, drive back to the establishment and hope that they are going to refund me as they say. It’s just such a nuisance and so unprofessional I don’t even understand.

Been waiting inline for 20 now minutes because there is only one employee working, going to Jimmy John's next time..... Update line was still not moving after writing this review in route to Jimmy John's.

The absolutely worst subway in Greeley. Slow workers, took them 25 minutes to help 5 customers. It also doesn't help that people in greeley are too dumb to know what they want.

Pestered me to buy more than just a sandwich while also leaving the sandwich they did make more of a salad. Poor unclean service overall

Ridiculous. Out of bread?? At Subway? The manager needs to step it up and run this place better. Going down hill. Last time I was here, the food was great and was helped professionally and in a positive manner. Now there’s rude employees and no bread? Not coming back again.

Out of all breads except Flatbread 3 hours before close, had to take my food covered in saran wrap and the manager Yesenia was a joke. I've tried this location once before and had to call out to see if anyone was even working then ended up leaving after almost 5 minutes and no one coming out to help. Drive t more minutes and go to the downtown one.

The poor kid working there tonight was doing a pretty decent job, but still he was the only one working, hopefully they have more help during rush hour or busy times because he was doing a really good job trying to keep up with us and we were the only two there but I can imagine it would be really hectic if more customers then us were there. Overall great place to eat! Bread was soft and fresh and everything tasted

Other then being out of italian bread. It was yummy.

Don’t bother to order delivery from subway. Their employees don’t bother making sure an order is correct unless you’re standing in front of them. It shouldn’t be hard to make something when you have instructions right in front of your face.

1.) Won't answer the phone...like ever 2.) Messed up our delivery order so bad it wasn't edible. Subway is what it is. But this particular location is pretty awful.

Hot sandwiches are great on Cold days...As Cold is on Hot ones.... That's what I love about Subway Here in Colorado...no matter the season...you can find a Quite park to enjoy what ever Sandwich the weather calls....Today was Awesome 🪖

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a meatball sub on Valentine’s Day 2/14/22 and app said processing, making and done …so went to pick up after 20 minutes and was told they had no meatballs so I had no sandwich. No email, or phone call saying we can’t make your sandwich when it was t even busy. Ridiculous. Won’t go to this Subway again.

If I could give less I would . Apparently they take online orders around people in line. Customer Service sucks

No matter when I come it seems like Sarah is the only one working! She's always hustling and always has a smile. Whether she has 9 people in line or two she's always courteous.

It's no cheba hut for sure, but the staff was friendly and professional, even when I went 30 mins before closing.

The manager and the one other employee that was working were absolutely amazing. Great customer service and satisfied with my order as well.

Well ran & clean store that is pretty efficient if ur talking about there online ordering system & overall sandwich quality. And they do a lot online. I also havnt felt they ever didn't complete my order on a timely fashion. Much better experience than with the Subway in Garden City.

Sandwiches were great...but we were charged for 4 chocolate chip cookies and did not receive them.

I was having a rough day because all of my money got stolen and my friend wanted me to get a cookie with my sandwich but I told him we didn’t have enough money for it. One of the guys behind the register gave me the cookie and 10% off and said “times are tough”. It really made my day. Customer service that goes above and beyond is always something that should be rewarded. I wish I would’ve caught his name so that I could let his manager know how great he is.

We didn't catch the names of the employees working today, but they rock! They made getting a sandwich fun. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they made us feel lighthearted in such weird times. We hope you guys have an awesome day! 😂❤️ - from Banana peppers guy and the onions girl

Big place for being a Subway. Employee seemed nice. 2 star strike was due to tables being dirty. And food was mixed in with other food. Red salsa should not be on the steak...etc...this place has potential but only ranked a 3 star worthy when I went.

I understand that there’s some new employees at this location and that’s fine, but if the Egg isn’t microwaved then it remains cold and can give customers food borne illnesses. I hate to leave a review on something trivial but it’s also important

People behind the counter are very nice, and they make a great sandwich.

Fresh food and fun service. I was greeted right away, in and out. Although I did don't stay to eat, I did notice that the restaurant was clean and very well organized. The three people were attentive while keeping busy and that goes a long way about showing how they appreciate the work that they do. Thanks guys.
