It's been three times in a row they for get things I ordered. 8 bucks here 5 there 6 here it adds up! I call to tell what happened and the girl working the phone laughs cause this time it was my sauces, and they expect tip with that kind of service. Guess I have to do carry out to babysit and make sure I get every thing I PAID FOR!!!

We ordered a meal box for delivery 1 buffalo chicken and 1 veggie and some wings and bread sticks. When the pizza was delivered we got a buffalo veggie pizza and a plain chicken pizza when we called pizza hut to let them know what had happened they said it was our fault we made the pizza's that way. We double checked our receipt that was emailed to us and assured them that we did not do that we selected the pizza's we wanted and added them to cart. They said there was nothing they could do. We persisted that there must be something they could do we do not want to eat bufflo veggie pizza. Finally they offered us a credit that was less then two pizza values or they would remake the pizza's and we could go pick them up. I was less then pleased with both of these options because we paid for delivery so we did not have to leave and I had just spent $50 dollars on a wrong order. I took the option of them making us new pizza and we will pick it up. When we picked up the new pizza they only made us a new veggie pizza we still did not get what they offered and what we asked for. Sure enough pizza hut may be a waste of your time and money.

Food tasted good. Everything was perfectly cooked. Not overdone or raw.

There's a mgr named Sam here who has EXCELLENT customer service. We ordered a tavern style pizza for our kiddos and I'm not sure what happened but somehow it was overly spicy, which made some of the kids upset. I called and spoke w/ Sam; she helped us out so quickly and effortlessly by giving us a credit to our account, & even gave us tips on how to customize our pizza next time so we can avoid having similar issues. Thank you SO much Sam❣️

Hello everyone it's food guy here checking out food here and there. This review starts with a question. Where are the customers?? They are not inside this pizza hut...This restaurant is very dark and unappealing. Ok I completely get it, in this neighborhood delivery is there bread and butter. But with that being said. Why are the employees just standing around doing nothing. When the restaurant clearly needs to be cleaned and updated. (Restroom...🤢😡🤮) I'm not going to be completely negative though. The pizza was good, the girl taking our order was pleasant and attentive. But if I'm looking for a good sit-down pizza parlor, this location is not it ..not until a major cleanup is executed. Food 4⭐ Service 3.5 ⭐ Location 2 ⭐ Atmosphere 0 ⭐ Price 1.5 ⭐ Clean it up Fix it up Sales will go up

Placed a delivery order, received order via DoorDash and it was completely the wrong pizza and side. They knew about as soon as called and never bothered to call me first, their solution was I can come pick it up and get a $5 discount on my next order and never even apologized. Worst Pizza Hut in the world, save your time and money, DO NOT order from them.

I placed an order about 15 minutes before close. Was expecting to get a rejection if it was too late but they confirmed my order. Went to store and doors are locked, guy inside ignores me so I call. Apparently they cancelled my order. Didn't have the courtesy to call me, send a cancellation notice by email or to even tell me to my face. What a joke of customer service. The atrocious audacity of these jokers on Wednesday night to show utter incompetency and general rudeness to a customer and a fellow human being is unreal. If these were my employees I'd fire them. If these were my friends or family I'd let them know how disappointed I am in their behavior. There's too many pizza chains and small shops around to retain business with such poor treatment of customers. Use your money at a different pizza store.

Ordered the $15 box meal! I expected a square pizza, but got around pizza now I know that May sound ridiculous, but I like the square pizza because of the crust on the outside! Also, you’re supposed to get Stick and either breadsticks or cheese sticks. We ordered the cheese sticks, and that also came in a separate box. When I contacted the manager, he said they no longer offer the square pizza. But the cheese sticks and the cheese bread obviously look like it was cooked in a square pan?? So then why is it still on your menu? And then In the same email it said I wasn’t allowed to share this information with anybody which I thought was weird. Guess I’ll be contacting corporate because if you’re gonna have something on the menu, then it should be available.

My self have called about 6months ago to get a delivery and who ever ansersd was acting like a robot a hung up on me! Last night my neighbor ask me a favor I can over and his girl friend was on the phone with pizza hut she was saying that she was waiting on her pizza sence 9:30 pm and they were fixing to close she got her food it was cold hard chewy She didn't have to pay but I personal think my opinion! They would give my friend a fresh meal for free today while they are open .they sent it with door dash or something but didn't even try to call and give a head up about the food and deliver the food I took her to the restraint she didn't realize it was walking distance from were we live?

I ordered it to go but the pizza was good

What a joke, we ordered food from here it got deliver 45 minutes past the estimated time, when I called they said they couldn't find the order, then still after no answers it got delivered, items were missing I called, they found my order this time but they wouldn't refund me the items or bring the food that was missing, asked to talk to the manager and he was very rude and literally said "there's nothing I can do for you"

Ordered the big box 2 pizzas bread sticks & wings .. picked it up ASKED THE LADY AT THE REGISTER IF THE WINGS WERE THERE CZ THERE WAS ONLY 3 BOXS SHE SAID YES ITS ALL THERE GOT HOME & NO WINGS WT-HEY I USUALLY GET PIZZA HUT FROM 29TH SO I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK CZ THEY WERE ONLY GOIN TO GIVE ME $3 OR $4 CREDIT IF I DIDNT WANT TO DRIVE BACK ...ALSO THE BREAD STICKS WERE HARD & FLAT NOT GOIN BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT FOR SURE NOW I KNOW WHY THEIR RATING ARE SO LOW ....SUCKY EXPERIENCE FOR SURE 😓 They deserve HALF A STAR FOR MAKING ME DRIVE ALL YHEY BACK FOR SOME DRY WINGS 💩🤬

Food was good as always but only one person working the front and back for about 30 minutes. You need to hire more

Pizzas were very tasty and hot when we received them.

I order lunch online for pick up. It's always hot and delicious. The $5 salad is huge, and the ranch is good. The atmosphere is ... well, there is none. Nobody's ever eating there for lunch. Makes for a quick in and out.

Thanks to all of you at this location. You provided my Valentine’s Day meal. My husband works too late for us to go ot, so I thought why not Pizza Hut pizza? We are 60+ yrs old and still to this day Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza. The gentleman that took my order was patient with me . He offered me a seat while I waited for my Pizza. IT was ready in a matter of minutes. And the lady that brought my order was so nice!! Service with a smile. It's sad going other places that treat you like they don't see you, so I was happy to be treated like a human being. Pizza was still hot on my 20 minute ride home! My husband was extatic getting Pizza Hut for Valentine’s Day! He'd rather go in to eat but this was the next best for him to atleast get his favorite after a hard day's work. It's my neighborhood Pizza Hut so it's great to be able to say that the food and service were great and the facility is clean and well kept.

Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order pizza from. The super Supreme is delicious. The rewards program for ordering online is awesome. My last order was a meat lovers large and cinnabuns!!! So good and creamy melted in my mouth 😋 Thanks for the great food and awesome rewards :)

No Christmas decor. So it was mot festive. Place was cold temp. Food was hot and was good.

Business hours listed on door and online show 10pm. We went in and were informed it closed at 8:00pm for dine in. That needs to posted. I realize probably aren’t a ton of people eating in person anymore but it is important to post the hours at a restaurant if they still offer dine in.

The food was ok but the service was pretty bad our order was messed up and we tried to get everything we ordered but never got it fixed

Pizza's were hot and ready when I got there, they disappeared fast when I got home.

Didn't get the pizza, they only gave me cheese sticks. Called 3 times to let them know I was there, no answer & no curbside. I had to go inside to be greeted by grumpy young teens.

My thin crust pizza with light cheese, pineapple and onion was great 👍 and my sweet chili sauce wings was delicious 😋. My delivery driver did a great job!

The restaurant looked pretty old school and reminded me of my childhood. It was very clean, the man who served us was attentive and polite. The pizza was great, service was great, I would go back for sure!

I'll have to agree with some of the other reviewers. It's been a while since i've ordered from Pizza hut and was horribly reminded why. The prices are absurd for what you get. I ordered bread sticks, while edible, had no flavor but herbs. No garlic flavor or very little. I also ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni lover pizza. When I opened the box, the slices were all over the place, the crust was half the pizza. It had little to no sauce on it, and the amount of pepperoni for a pep lovers pizza was disgraceful. Once again, while edible, definitely not worth the price tag. The delivery person was even about to leave because they thought noone was home, when i have a note on the order to call when they arrived. I just happened to look at the time and went to go check and caught them right before they got back into their car. Definitely not going to be ordering from them again, at least not this store.

My mom decided I decided to have lunch together, and I just figured something good and fast instead of waiting for a table would be pizza hut.

Driver was great. pizza was tasteless.

Ordered through their app, everything processed, took my money, and we waited. Almost an hour later we decided to call, got hung up on twice. The app never told us what the deal was with our order. Don’t think I’d ever order from here. Nothing but problems with Pizza Hut.

Super unprofessional, they hang up when you try and reach out to them and cancel your order just because they’re too lazy to make it.

I mean, it's Pizza Hut, nothing more, nothing less. Will say it's pretty frustrating they no longer provide gratis crushed red and parm packets. Instead they charge you for little shakers. That just feels cheap a d not valued as guest experience.

I got my order and technically everything is there. But added toppings cost 2 bucks a piece and when i opened the box there was maybe 5 bacon chunks and 2 little slices of onions. Same with the ham maybe 3 pieces. I mean im not asking for the pizza to be COATED in toppings but for what you pay its absolutely not worth it whatsoever. I used to work for pizza hut and im sad to see the food be so lame. But at minimum wage i dont blame anyone that works there. Just wouldnt buy it again

We were in a few days ago. It's been so long since I've ate inside a pizza place. We were lucky enough to get Ayden. He was great. He was a really pleasant kid. Made friendly conversation but then my son accidentally knocked his water on the freshly made pizza, right when it came out. I thought the server would be frustrated but Ayden came right over to say it was okay, and that he'd get us a fresh one. He cleaned everything up and told my son a story of a time he had dropped something and made a huge mess. He told him he was so embarrassed. And he knows how it feels and he didn't want my son to feel that way. I was touched by that genuine expression from a server who cared so much about a kid's feelings. Him and my son had a rapport going after that and were joking around and really enjoyed our experience. My kids asked if we could come back soon because the food is great and the employees were awesome. Ayden, you are awesome. Thank you for the way you handled the situation for my kid. I'll be coming to this location from now on.

Probably the best barbecue pizza of all the pizza joints! And the crust also. Pizza Hut sometimes gets overshadowed these days - there are so many pizza places.

Where to start...ordered online about 9:20, delivery time 25-35 minutes. Received text at 9:54 that the order was out for delivery. Called at 10:45, no answer, called toll free number provided, she almost spoke English. By the time I was done with that, it was past 11:00, still no delivery. AND this is 2nd time in a row, previous order made on 4/1/23 was never delivered, and 16 days later, it hasn't been refunded yet either! STAY AWAY, DO NOT waste your time and money at this store, you and your family will most likely go hungry while you try to get your money back!

First time I have ordered from here in years. Now I know why. Not much flavor and the pasta was very dry. Surprised it didn't have more sauce. They were quick with getting our order to us and the delivery driver was great.

We were served by the GM, Brandon who had outstanding customer service. When our pizza came out or was hot, fresh, and delicious! Absolutely will be coming here again.

There is always some issue at this location. If you can avoid this location, I would recommend that you go somewhere else. Nothing ever gets better there ..it’s been years.

Ordered TWO hours for delivery. Had to come in and make another order. Horrible manager, attitude and snarky. Do not order online. This is my first time I've had bad experience, must be new staff. Not worth it. NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK! (third party apparently is the responsibility; but never got my money back) ZERO RESPECT to the management, never have i had bad experience with this place up until recently, I would just suggest going in and ordering your food, and waiting; the service is the absolute worst.

I just ordered two pizzas and they were both wrong so I called and the phone rang about 30 times before it hung up on me...

I ordered a pizza and when I went to go pick it up and eat my first piece, is when I noticed the hair in my pizza. I called the store that I ordered from and advised them and the only thing the supposed mgr could say was I will refund your money. No offer to remake the pizza that I can not eat now. Just I'll refund your money. Which that wasn't done either.

Wonderful experience Saturday afternoon. Service was excellent and friendly. Pizza was delicious ( much better than when we have it delivered) Kudos to the general manager who was on point, friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I'm hoping the salad bar and buffet bar will return soon.

Love Pizza Hut the edge pizza is great! We did change like one item and they were out of the Roma tomatoes but the think crust was pretty darn good!! I'm a more pan pizza kinda gal..lol but it really was delish! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They are always are wonderful!!

My pregnant wife and I ordered a pizza box 10 min after they opened this morning and got here quick!!! Only thing was everything was very cold we had to warm everything up in oven. Taste afterwards was not good at all. I just don't understand how they can not cook pizza, pasta, and bread sticks. Correctly for their first order of the day... Will NOT be ordering again. Now pregnant wife is miserable. So thanks I guess

My wife ordered pizza from this location. The app placed the order from this location because it's the closest one to us. It is 4.1 miles away. We then receive a call from them saying we should order from someone else because we are too far for them to deliver. How ridiculous are these people. If you're too lazy to deliver just admit it. What is your delivery range, 4 blocks? Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

Haven't had pizza hut in over 3 years! We went there today ordered the 10$ pizza 2 salads and 2 drinks.our server was very friendly everything was the way we ordered it! It was delicious 😌 we will go back soon!

My wings were not made with the right sauce, they had a funny taste and if I hadn't verified my order before leaving I would have had to go back for them. Not the greatest experience, it's usually better.

Hadn't eaten here in years. Wife was out of town and ordered in. Crust wasn't stuffed, and didn't get 3 of the toppings ordered. One of the toppings was green pepper Instead of jalapeños. Didn't really expect much coming out of greeley anyways. People here just don't care like the hard working Midwest folks. I'm sure this attitude at the store stems down from the management. But it sure did get here fast. Like within 10mins but who cares when it's not even the pizza your ordered.

I paid 45 dollars for two pizzas. One large and one medium. To expensive

Cheese bread was burnt. So was the bread sticks, pizza was ok, but the cuts were sloppy. Small pieces to huge pieces

Refund. I sat in the parking lot for almost 20 minutes waiting for my contact less delivery and they never came out. I finally went inside and they told me they were busy and never noticed I had checked in.
