They were out of my favorite ingredient the jalapeños. So I pay $38 for my family and my meal was missing something.

Staff seemed a bit stressed out but were still pleasant to us.Rhey ran out of several things and had no backups to replace them that were ready to go.

Paid for extra protein and extra rice this is what my $18 got me.

Like always the food was great place nice c22 atmosphere and very friendly employees and knowledgeable

Honestly haven’t been here, but the people who work here are awesome and did great rafting with me.

I just got dinner at this location and there was one guy cleaning the food table where the food is housed. I witnessed him dripping the cleaning solution from the bucket into the spicy queso. He didn’t seem to notice or care. The person taking our order said he was new but didn’t seem properly trained because his portions for everything were off. He also used a smaller tortilla for my son’s burrito and the girl there seemed to notice yet she still charged us full price for that! Seems like this location needs better management and training since these employees don’t know what they are doing and don’t seem to worry about things like cleaner dripping into the food!

The food was great... As usual! However, the new street corn was lacking any spice or much flavor!

My first time eating here and I’m a fan of the grilled shrimp tacos here. Desiree at the Greeley, Colorado location was amazing by going above and beyond to ensure my first meal at her restaurant was satisfactory.

I have been to this Qdoba many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whoever is in charge has the ability to find great people to work here and run a tight ship. The place is always clean and when I went today they were in the middle of a lunch rush, but still made me feel like the only customer. A special thank you to Gic, Alex, Vito, and Jordan for making my day better with food prepared just exactly how I wanted it.

I went here on my lunch break and the food was amazing plus the lady named xandria was the hardest worker i seen in a long time in the food business. She was making guacamole and saw me and immediately came to service me. Love it when you’re not waiting to get your food your whole lunch.

Picking up doordash and it took forever to get the order. It was breakfast time and there was one other customer there. The employees give zero sh—s. One employee had his pants below his butt, so unsanitary.

They don't wash their beans after cooking them, you will be passing gas for a week, I have eaten here often and the same issue every time, never again.

Service was super fast. Employees were all very friendly. Food was fine; not the best Mexican cuisine but definitely not the worst. What can I say about the atmosphere? It's a travel plaza with several food vendors sharing a common area, it's loud and very chaotic with people everywhere. What it is is a quick in and out, off of the highway that offers a decent product at a decent price with very efficient employees. It's not somewhere that you would take a date to impress her.

Manager doesn't know how to do here job waited over 1hr to get 2 bowls that we ordered ahead and there were 5 employees that didn't know what they were doing, they were walking around with no sense of urgency and the manager ignored us and just focused on making chips which she should of just had the new guy do it and helped her team. If you walk in and there is a manager with flappy arms and XXL T-shirt just turn around. No leader ship

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Qdoba, and I must say, my experience was absolutely delightful, all thanks to a remarkable worker named Derek. From the moment I walked in, Derek's warm smile and charming demeanor made me feel right at home. Not only is Derek incredibly handsome, but he's also one of the hardest working individuals I've come across. Despite the bustling atmosphere, he managed to maintain a level of professionalism and efficiency that truly impressed me. Now, let's talk about the chips – Derek's creation. They were a revelation! Perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning, each bite was a symphony of flavor and crunch. It's evident that Derek takes pride in his craft, and it certainly paid off in the exceptional quality of those chips. Moreover, Derek's customer service skills are unparalleled. He was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt valued and satisfied. His genuine kindness and generosity truly elevated my dining experience to new heights. In conclusion, my visit to Qdoba was made memorable by Derek's outstanding service, his impeccable chip-making skills, and his undeniable charm. I'll definitely be returning soon, and I hope to have the pleasure of being served by Derek once again. Kudos to Derek and the entire Qdoba team for exceeding my expectations! (not sure if Derek was his actual name but he was a tall handsome white young man with tattoos on his arms.)

They always mess up my orders, the tortilla tasted old,my burrito wasn’t even folded correctly.

Went it at 6:30 for a breakfast burrito and was told that they wouldnt be ready for another 15 mins. So i had to sit in my car and wait. I eat here probably 3 times a week and this will be my last time at this location.

Went in for a breakfast burrito and the food prep area was disgusting! Looked like it hasn't been cleaned since yesterday, there was stains on the ovens, trash on the floors, chips and scraps in the drink cooler, and worst of all two employees standing around in the back. The manager needs to get a grip on this location because the hens are running the roost here.

For a place that is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Didn't move or produce it's order as such. The employees that worked there had no sense of motivation to work. And everyone that were in line were starting to get frustrated by this (I don't blame them) I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place around 7pm. Unless your willing to wait for over 45 mins for your food.

I don't know what to do with this younger generation. None of them will wait on you, I have been standing there at the counter for 5 minutes I have a job to get back to. The girl with the pierced face just cleaned the counter and said I'll be with you in just a minute. The other girl decided to walk off. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I thought beating Taco Bell and bad service would be really hard, hands down this place. I will never come here again. And if anybody's smart, you won't either. Why give a company money that hires inept employees and condones terrible customer service?

Open at 6:30 and then told its going to be 15/20 for meat to be ready. Was hoping to grab something before work. Now I don't have time to stop somewhere else.

This place is may nasty dirty, floors, chairs, tables, the containers where they placed the food, grill all dirty.. the whole restaurant dirty.. we had to leave

Improvement in service. The food quality is still amazing. I can comfortably say management is doing alot better now. I'll definitely return.

Girl at the front counter rude as hell

This is the WORST Qdoba I have ever been too. They never even have food cooked. I have been there a couple of times and they didn't even have chicken cooked!?!?! Then the service is seriously the slowest, she made half my burrito and put the queso on it while it sat there for a couple of minutes open getting cold waiting for toppings while the other employee checked someone else out. He was taking so long that after a couple minutes she came over to complete the burrito herself. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting, don't know the last time that was cleaned. They need to have more than 2 employees work at a time. Hands down stop being so cheap and put an additional employee on the schedule!!! Try Cafe Mexicali across the street instead, you won't be disappointed and you won't get food poisoning!

BEST SPOT IN TOWN!!! I went in today and was helped by McKenna and Koen and they were awesome. Supper friendly, helpful and attentive.

The workers and managers are completely disrespectful. The bathroom was basically a crime scene and they forgot half my order. They also put ingredients that I’m allergic to in the bowl when I specifically asked told them my allergies. Do not recommend

Charged $14 for a tiny burrito. Person building it couldn’t be bothered to even pretend to be happy, rushed me through. Bathroom had no paper towels. Tortilla is hard and stale. Awful. Wasn’t even offered my receipt, it was immediately taken off the printer and crumbled

Great visit! Was surprisingly slow for a Tuesday at 1pm, but you could see the online orders were non-stop. Food was exactly as ordered, service was spectacular.

They were out of taco shells and pico, their soda machine was spraying stuff everywhere, bathrooms were... they burned both of the quesadillas we ordered, but other than that, it was great! Also just a general comment to the chain: I'm really annoyed Qdoba doesn't carry Impossible meat anymore.

We were there from out of town both My and my husband's debit cards malfunctioned. BANK DEAL. They took care of our lunch! WHAT A BLESSING!

I usually love Qdoba but I ordered the loaded tortilla soup and it didn't come with soup. Also some of the sauces and salsa I added weren't there

If I could give zero stars I would. The cleanliness at this Qdoba is a testament to the quality of food they so poorly serve. The food has no seasoning, guacamole was incredibly oxidized and grey, and the front line is poorly maintained. Corporate management needs to step in because if this is a franchised location the local owner clearly does not care. I've eaten at Qdoba all around the lower 48 states (I drive an 18 wheeler) and have never been so appalled at the lack of ambition in serving good quality food. This location doesn't deserve to consider its cuisine Mexican. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I work in customer service so I understand that sometimes people are having a bad day, but the attitude here was INSANE. both the cashier and the person on the line totally killed my vibe. and then got mad when i didn’t tip. like bro why would i reward you for being mean to me. if i’m gonna spend $40 on food i would love for the people who’s paycheck i contribute to with my service would treat me like an actual human being <3

I hate leaving bad reviews but also people have to be warned. The employees were all so nice but the maintenance on this place is terrible. This was the bathroom on 8/29. If they are willing for us to see how dirty the bathroom is, and to have to use something this dirty, then what are they doing with the food prep that we can’t see? I couldn’t even eat after that.

This is based off 3 overpriced Grubhub orders. First off Grubhub fees make it overpriced. Seriously I call the store and ask to make sure I get a simple tortilla on the side with my bowl. This is not something you can add to your order on Grubhub. You call the store well 3 freaking times can’t get a simple tortilla. Last time ordering online with them.

The food was terrible and looked like someone had dumped water into my nachos. Seems like most of the franchise restaurants in this area have really bad service and poor quality food. Super disappointed I can't eat here.

Qdoba is one of my favorite fast food chains, but this location is more reliable than most. No fast food place is perfect and I too have had to wait on occasion for online orders, but overwhelmingly the staff are nice and the food is cooked well.

Saw bad ratings but I found service was top notch and food was good. I am able to get a taco, drink, sm. queso and chips for $9.. perfect for a senior.

This is by far the best Qdoba I’ve been to. The employees are so incredibly kind and made us feel so welcomed here. I’ve never been to a restaurant or anywhere actually that has had such kind people. The food is great too but these employees just made our day.

This location is rockin’ it. I don’t eat out much but Qdoba is my go to when it is available. I was greeted promptly when I entered. The servers were fast, efficient and friendly! They apparently were doing some training and it seemed on point! The food was fresh and delicious and it was very clean. I had a nice visit with my son over lunch. Great place!!!!!!

Awful. I have never had this bad of an experience at Qdoba. Everything looked gross, they were out of ingredients, but were not attempting to make more, and they were cleaning like they were closing at 6:30pm. To have the audacity to ask for a tip?! No effin way! I paid like $10 for this bowl in the picture. No meat and 4 ingredients because everything else looked so bad or was out.

I like Qdoba for lunch or dinner. I LOVE it for breakfast. So glad that Colorado Qdobas serve it - other locations don't! Unfortunately they made a change to their Chorizo a couple years back that was a change for the worse, so we don't go as often anymore. (Bring It Back! Bring It Back!) I know that it's warm in the kitchen, but good grief - no way it was over 60 degrees inside this Qdoba. We got our breakfast burritos to go, and they were good, but not quite as good as if eaten immediately.

I go to many different Qdobas. Everytime I go here the workers seem high. Today I went an no one was in line. 1 worker slowly walked over and eventually but reluctantly greeted me. No sense of urgency as usual at this location. Very slow. And in the middle of taking me order they were messing around and being weird. Super rude. Also they cooked the chicken charcoal black and it's inedible today. Again. Qdoba is a favorite of mine.i usually go to the ones in ft Collins but everytime I go to this one is a bad experience . I love qudoba but wow terrible service a tall guy and a girl making food and terrible…bottom of barrel beans that wasn’t even on full scoop had to scoop 5 times like go get a new one terrible attitude made the burrito kids size…i’ve never been so disappointed and will not be coming back if we see them working.

Thus Qudoba Owner should be ashamed of this particular store: filthy, everywhere!!! The floor’s grout is so filthy that it will never get clean again; the food service area hasn’t been wiped down, scrubbed, or inspected in A VERY LONG TIME!!!! I hadn’t been back to this Qudoba’a n over a year due to the FILTH in the store; went back last week & IT WAS EVEN WORSE!!! Shameful & Discusting!!!!

Order a crusted Quesadilla , was not even crusted was just a plain quesadilla , the chicken was burnt on one side and slimy on the other. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here, i didn't even get what I payed for.

38 bucks for a burrito, a bowl, a kids Nacho and 3 drinks? I can think of a half dozen places that are locally owned here that I would rather support. What's with the frosted plexiglass before the order station so you cannot see who is taking your order or what is going on???? If you can't see into the kitchen for cleanliness that should be the first indication that you shouldn't eat here. This location needs to be shut down. Super nasty, chips swept under everything, not swept up and disposed of properly along with chichen and god knows what else. Everything is filthy, the person serving had a apron on that probably hadn't be washed in months? Also was wearing a bunch of jewelry which is a health code violation. The surf and turf burrito was made poorly, shrimp was overcooked, rolled up looking like a softball with unknown substance on the outside. Not a care in the world. The bowl my wife ordered the beans weren't all the way cooked or perhaps stale? Crunchy? Virtually no protein either. Chips were also stale for the nachos, and the queso was cold. It's funny how you crave the quality and consistency of something which no longer exists on this planet. What a gouge, glad we didn't order delivery, reviews speak for themselves. This will be our second negative experience with Qdoba in general. But this was by far the worst. Support your local businesses! Always read and leave reviews no matter the experience. This spot needs a health inspection stat!

Either eat somewhere else or drive to the Qdoba across town!! This is hands down the grossest restaurant I've ever been in. Food smooshed on all tables, on the floor, on the counters. It's nasty. They're always out of stuff (once we left with no food because they were out of all rice and beans) but today they were only out of sour cream and white rice, so that's an improvement. I ordered nachos with chips on the side, and when I got home there were no chips so I ate nacho toppings with a spoon. My husband's wheat tortilla was stale. The amount of cross contamination where they make food was stomach churning. There's chicken in with the beans and just spoon drippings all over. Qdoba is good. This one is not.

Unbelievable. My fiance just went there to order takeout for us and he was given a small breakfast bowl instead of a regular breakfast bowl. Both employees claimed that was the regular size and charged him for the regular size when he clearly received a small bowl. Highly disappointed, especially after we had received excellent service in the past.

The employees decided to take there time and do one bowl at a time. They also argued about who would refill the black beans and just soon decided that they didn't have any so I got none. There were also a few employees just sitting around and not working which caused us to stand in a small line for 30 min. Overall the worst Qdoba I've been to.

Missing one of the main proteins and all of the extra topping what was suppose to come with it. It wasn't worth the money they charged for it when order can't get right. Didn't order anything special for it to be messed up on.

This location is awful. Don't go there! Second person in line for breakfast waited 25 minutes. They jumped a bunch of Door Dash orders while people were backing up inline. Very unorganized all 3 times we have gone there.

I’ve been coming to this Qdoba location for nine years now and just received the best service by far from Erica. Her customer service was awesome and she smiled the whole time! She worked quickly while also crafting the perfect burrito. Thanks Erica! Please hire more staff like her, she’s a star and would make a great leader if she isn’t already

This location was absolutely filthy. The food area was a total mess, and many areas looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. No sign of management anywhere. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Very disappointed I got a small breakfast bowl and it did even fill the bowl up half way!

I’ve been to a lot of restaurants, and this one is pretty bad. My wife and I went to lunch Feb 13 around 2:15PM. The manager pulled all the employees down into the back of the dining area/corner of the front of the building and proceeds to yell and complain at all of them. This was very audible across the store and several customers got up and left during this time. It was unprofessional, inappropriate to customers, and unfair to the staff. The employees do not deserve a manager that publicly yells and degrades them. Those conversations deserve a closed door, and one on one correction. You can tell the employees are unhappy and do not want to be there. The employee that did help me did a great job. I was just highly disappointed in the manager. Because of this manager, specifically just the manager, my wife and I had an unenjoyable lunch. For the sake of the employees and the customers, this manager needs to go. The attitude, mentality, and verbal harassment is something that should not be tolerated. I am disappointed and want to reach out to the Owner/District Manager.

Don’t order delivery! I ordered a chicken queso burrito. What I received was only rice and salsa. Absolutely disgusting. No chicken, no queso!

I had a very similar experience as other recent reviewers. I walked in to a dirty and uninviting restaurant. The person behind the counter was wearing a mask and had hair over their eyes so I was essentially talking to a nameless, faceless shape. I repeated my order at least twice and was given the incorrect protein on one of my items. Once my burritos were made I asked the employee if they had marked the wrapping to indicate which item was which. I got no response but the employee found a marker and then asked me which one was which so they could then mark them. The area near the checkout was extremely dirty. Bits of cheese, tortillas, chips and straw wrappers littered the counter and the drink cooler immediately below the checkout counter. The cooler was quite understocked so the abundance of debris was extremely obvious. On top of that; looking behind the counter reveals a food prep area that is not well taken care of. Loads of chips, cheese and other toppings are easily visible behind the legs of the tables and stoves. Once I got my food home I found it to be lukewarm. Looking back, there was no visible steam or condensation coming from the steam table from which the food was served.

This place is horrible! Went early before the lunch rush (about 11:15am) thinking it would be cleaner before it got busy. Was I ever wrong. The drink station had crumbs all over it. Looked like it hadn’t been wiped down for days. I had to ask the guy making my burrito to change his gloves because he had just been handling cash at the cash register with his gloves on and had no intention of changing them before touching my food. The food prep area was already messy with food spilled all over. This place has really gone downhill. I remember several years ago this place was a decent place to eat but not anymore. Hope I don’t get sick. The health department needs to pay a visit. They’ll probably close the place down!

The restaurant itself is filthy. The managers and staff are ill equipped to do their jobs. We had a free entree coupon and the manager refuses to allow me to use it on anything but a kid’s meal, despite the coupon having no restrictions printed on it. They tried to get me to pay for the people behind me despite both myself and the lady behind me stating the orders were separate. The cashier would not separate the bill until I refused to pay and started to walk away with our food sitting on the counter.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Great staff upfront by the names Nate and Anahi whom did an exceptional job preparing my meal together. Left with a smile and would definitely recommend to friends looking for a quick bite.

Ordered delivery. Got a chicken queso burrito bowl. They didn’t add the chicken. How hard is it? That’s one of the main ingredients. Absolutely ridiculous. They want more money a hour but can’t follow a simple order. Said chicken right on the receipt. Thanks a lot.

Very disappointing service...when ordering our food AND paid for they gave it to another customer...aside from that we order again BUT when opening my bowl i see the lettuce had these little fruit flies or whatever bugs it had i tried getting refund but told i couldnt only free meal coupon...never eating at this place again very unsanitary...

Wow Dirty ,sloppy ,and dried out. My wife and I used to work at a Qdoba as a shift supervisors. She worked the front mainly before being a supervisor and I was a cook and did maintenance then worked the front before being a supervisor. We met there working side by side and bonded during our lunch break. I still love that Qdoba in Wyoming. But this one is messed up it's understandable when its busy things can get a little messy but the food is turning over so quickly it can't run low or dry out. But that's not the case at this place. The lobby did not have more then 2 clean tables. The drink station was dirty with a wet floor sign in front of it. The soda had dried onto the floor and station before it got wiped up. The soda machine was over carbonating the drinks making cups easily over flow. The napkins were very much empty. No straws. The station over all was messy. There was only a trickle of people it wasn't physically busy with people. There were 2 people dedicated to just online orders and it was clear the staff was prioritizing online orders over people in the restaurant. But the food was old and dried out the ground beef was black and grey. The chicken looked dry from several feet away. The steak was the same. The the pans were almost empty. Both kinds of rice were low. The brown rice was dry. The beans were low but were good. The pork wasn't bad. The line was covered in food and cheese. The queso was clumpy low and old. The shift supervisor was still wearing her purse 30 mins after we walked in and couldn't be bothered to put down the broom she was carrying when helping customers even though it looked like her cleaning efforts were not paying off. The quesadilla press was black. We used to never let staining stay on those more then 1 shift when I worked at a Qdoba. The line server doing only online orders had riped stickers all over the counter and the other was calling back occasionally and not getting help or food. At check out they seemed to be assuming every order was to-go like they just wanted to get everyone out of there. Overall, we felt very unwelcome and were disappointed with the service and the food. Been here a few times. Some of them can't even roll a burrito or they just put little effort in and it opens up and falls all apart. The staff is nice enough tho. Just need to be trained a little better

Absolutely the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. Service is SUPER slow, the teenagers running the place are rude and made sub par food. Half scoops of everything. When I asked to get a full scoop I was told they would have to charge me for a side of that item. We ate there and the cashier wouldn't even hand me our food. No plate or baggage or anything. She looked at us, then the food and just stood there. My burrito was wrapped so poorly that it fell apart immediately. And I was was forced to pretty much eat off the table because they didn't gives is plates or bowls or anything to eat there. Horrible. I will seriously drive all the way across town to the other one or just get Chipotle before I go back to this store
