What happened to Panera ?? I am not talking specifically about this one, but about the place with good quality and consistent good all over the US... The souffle was a real souffle, like a French one.. now it is more like a pastry or a tasteless bread.. in another subject, we arrived at this place exactly 10:30am and they said they could not serve a toast because it was part of the breakfast and it had ended a minute ago :( .. pity. I liked Panera so much.

Every time I have visited this location, the staff have been friendly and patient. I normally get bakery items. I asked for recommendations last visit and the staff recommended some yummy options.

I would prefer to give a good review, but I have to be honest about my experience. Hopefully it’ll help the business/mgmt make the necessary adjustments if they care about customer servicezz I recently started going to Panera more often bcuz I enjoy their salad/sandwich selections. At this location, the kitchen staff who make the orders are polite, quick, and efficient. The same is with the female cashiers. However, the two male cashiers either need more training or maybe management should give them other roles. More often than not, my order is wrong when served by the male cashiers. If there is a language barrier, they should not serve customers who they cannot properly communicate with or understand. All they are doing is punching in an order and taking money. How hard can that be? No one should have to waste gas driving 40 minutes round trip to have their orders fixed. When I see a pattern of crappy service, it makes me not want to patronize any of the locations. I hope y’all get it together.

This location has had repeat errors in filling orders. This week they set a new standard - two thirds of our entrees were incorrect items and not what we ordered. Panera needs to improve.

Never have items. Last time there they had no bananas and avocado and tonight they had no strawberry’s. You need a new manager.

The guy at the counter was super nice, I really felt like he appreciated that I was there. Got my order really quickly. All around good experience.

Never use them for catering. No organization, poor customer service, over priced, this is a poorly managed facility. As someone who is constantly catering to the surrounding area with the local restaurants this is by far the worst experience and the most expensive.

Used to a Panera where we live up north. This one was fine...nice atmosphere. We got take out and order was accurate. Neither of us thought the food was as good as we are used to. I looked at the pastries and saw a fly crawling on one. No thank you. Would help if they were enclosed.

Came in during lunch, so it was a bit chatty and busy. Atmosphere overall was alright 👍 . The sandwiches were yummy. Tomato soup was really salty, recipe could use some improvement there. Would visit again

I got a caprese sandwich. The lettuce was completely lifeless, sopped, very unappealing. The mozzarella cheese was so thin..... it was not the quality Panera started with when they opened this franchise, that is for sure. I took a picture of the lettuce- true, there was a balsamic dressing on the lettuce, but this lettuce was .... see the picture. It was even worse that it looks there. I replaced it with my own lettuce when I got home and ate it that way, with some added cheese.

Service was fast; staff was very friendly. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious, as well as, plentiful.

Use to come here pretty frequently but stopped once they took away the Chive Onion cream cheese. Won’t be back for breakfast until they bring it back

I ordered online was told my food would be ready by a certain time get there and my order was not ready! In fact, they did not have bread bowls. When ask for my number to update me about my order, then don’t use it! The manager was too busy to apologize and my order was wrong! Never going back.

I live on this are for almost 3 years and this was my first time inside this pleasant and clean place. Love the menu, had a variety of choices, all well organized, you see someone walking around making sure tables are clean and ready to sit. The service was prompt and my order was ready in minutes. I like that from a place where you can sit and enjoy a good breakfast! I ordered the new Toasted Italiano and it did not disappoint! It was fresh and tasty! I highly recommend Panera Riverview to anyone in the area or passing through this area. And of course, I will return!!

Attentive staff, consistent food quality, and clean. The only issue if parking. Difficult to find parking immediately by the store for they are often taken by Crunch gym members who want a bigger parking space than the ones designated for Crunch attendees in-front of Crunch (which are tight).

Food alright; I seldom do diners where they serve alcohol.

The chicken caesar salad I had was not up to the standards I have come to expect from the Panera brand. The grilled chicken lacked seasoning or the grilled flavor and was overly moist. The caesar dressing was even worse, super bland. This experience has left me reconsidering my patronage of Panera in the future.

Went there with a party of 4. Someone ordered Onion soup, and it was cold. I ordered a salad and was very specific about no dressing at all, and my salad came with dressing. I ate it afterward because I had no time to reorder. Was not a pleasant experience 😕

Food always good. BUT, they stopped making their clam chowder 🤥

My favorite place for soups and sandwiches. The bread isn't just fresh and great tasting, it's healthy with better ingredients. I take home the loaves. Keep them in the fridge. They run out so call ahead if you really want loaves of a certain type.

The food and service are pretty great! But the condition of the bathrooms are awful! They have mold all through them and really need a new update. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like if they don't care to keep the bathroom updated and mold free.

Observation : noticed a cook come out from the back kitchen to place soup into a pot. Individual who was a male had his long hair hanging down from the back and covering his face. People who are working with food should always have their hair tied back. This is poor sanitation. Hair can fall into the food.

I got a 4 cheese souffle....it was mostly crust, air and no perceivable cheese. The quality of Panera seems to get worse and worse....I go less and less.

Tomato soup is very, very good. I get it every time I go. The orange scones are wonderful also.

Panera is always a solid choice for different types of food

Food and service were acceptable. The place is clean and comfortable , the staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate a Greek salad, Tamatoe Soup, Mac and cheese and Avacado/bacon sandwich. The food was amazing! We were a party of 4 and received our food quickly. The place wasn’t too busy. We left full and Happy. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing.

Getting to be pretty expensive.

Prices are way too high for the small portions you get

Despite putting our food on the counter, no one called our name while our food sat there getting cold, when I asked the girl about my food, she noticed and called my name thereafter. When my food was ready and seated on the counter, I asked her why my name was not called. As she stated, they did call our name, but it was not loud enough. I told her we were here next to the counter a nobody call our name. When I ask the manager for his name he give me his name with each Alex, but he never ask what was wrong how can I help or what’s wrong. As a manager you should be more professional and find out what’s wrong and how can I help you.

This is a nice Panera Bread! Young staff but very friendly. I pop in here three or four times a month to host my zoom meeting.

Great Food a little pricey but it makes up for it with the Quality and Taste Broccoli Cheddar Soup is Awesome!!!!!

Panera bread has the best Autumn soup, which is butternut. It is excellent.

I come here regularly, I guess. This visit, I arrived a little after they open. There was only one person placing their order at the time and I used the kiosk no problem. About 5-10 minutes later our food was done. Delicious! They had pink Barbie for Breast Cancer Awareness everywhere 💕

They were awesome. My order came within less than 2 minutes! Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean and fast Wi-Fi

We had the meaty melts and salads very good, but very pricey not as cheap as it used to be. There was 3 of us eating with drinks came to 75.00

My first time in about 7/8 years in a Panera, was disappointed with the food and environment. Probably won't be going back.

We are Panera junkies. Lol The food is so much better than your typical fast food. It is a bit pricy but you get a good amount of food for what you pay. Oh and their chocolate chip cookies are the bomb! You can thank me later for that tip!!

Shared a meal with my child to celebrate the end of the school year, it was a perfect place. The tomato sandwich 🥪 was delicious 😋. My son enjoyed his first soup in a bread 🍞 bowl 🥣.

I've been going to this same Panera Bread for 10-years or more. The quality of both the food and the service has deteriorated over the last several years. Today, the side bread was completely soggy on the bottom and cold, so I went to get another piece. The girl pulled a baguette out of a plastic bag and broke off a piece. It was the same soggy texture and cold. Not warm and crusty on the entire outside as it used to be. It's a restaurant built around "bread", so when that sucks it is a good indication about the state of the chain. Also, about halfway through my soup, I felt something in my mouth similar to a shrimp shell. When I pulled it out and put it on the plate, it was a piece of plastic that had been in the soup. Not going back! The 'Southwest Chicken Salad' gets an 8/10.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and got nothing but broth. no chicken, no noodles, nothing and the chick that answered the phone had an attitude about it. how do you mess up chicken noodle soup

Best tomato soup, decent Greek salads, my only complaint is their bakery….bake goods look amazing but aren’t very tasty.

Nice Panera Bread on 301 and Big Bend. Service is fast and efficient. The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade was delicious. Food orders come out fast.

So annoyed with this place. I ordered a ‘Green goddess’ salad without meat, to go. when I got the receipt I checked to ensure it said ‘no meat’. Instead it just said ‘Greek salad’ which isn’t the same salad at all. So I went to the pick up counter and told the person making the food that the order was incorrect, and what I wanted (again, green goddess no meat) and she said ‘no problem I’ll take care of it’. After I got my bag, I didn’t check the food because I had just had the conversation with her not 5 minutes prior. I get home and open it.. they made a green goddess salad, no chicken, but with BACON.. Also, no baguette even though it always comes with bread AND it’s listed on the receipt. Last I checked, bacon is meat. I would hope the people working at a restaurant know that bacon is, in fact, meat, but someone may want to explain it to them again. Just in case.

Dined outside. Decent food and service. No complaints.

This is the third time my order is messed up. I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt. And I got my sandwich with no avocado. Literally the name is on the sandwich. Ugh it’s so disappointing, to even eat here anymore will no longer be eating here. 3rd time is way too many mess up’s. And not to mention they forgot my sides chips and bread. Ugh no thanks I’ll pay $22 for a sandwich and Mac and cheese somewhere else.

Had some quiet time here early on a Sunday morning. Prices are reasonable and the coffee is good and plentiful. But...why don't you offer jelly?? I always use it on my breakfast sandwich.

Wayyyy too much bread for the salad and soup and not enough meat. Overpriced for what they give you. See pics. I also don’t like that the cashier didn’t ask me if I wanted to make my food a meal and charged everything a La carte. She also assumed that I wanted bread for my side and didn’t offer apple or chips. I don’t think I would visit this location again.

I do like that this place is changing the menu frequently to not be the same all the time and the food does taste good but it's getting a bit expensive in my opinion. $12.69 for a sandwich? There was a cookie for 4.69 when I was there. One cookie. Bit outrageous. But the people are nice and the place is clean.

This is a popular place - for good reason! Just came to have coffee with a friend, but the food looked very tempting, so I'll definitely be back soon. Lots of space and a great atmosphere.

Great and tasty first time visit to this location.

They need to start keeping the bags of food for rapid pick up behind the counter. Last 3 times my food was either stolen or taken by accident. Staff is very nice and great customer service.

The food was poorly put together this evening. Typically this is not an issue but it looks like a newer crew.

I live in the area and I’ve been going to that Panera since they opened. It used to be really nice and enjoy the food and staff. Things has changed. The food is not fresh anymore (got a soup and it looks the pour water on it & bread hard as rock, the cafe stinks and looks dirty and staff is not that that nice anymore. I’m not sure what is going over there, but I hope they improve cause I really like the menu.

Ordered a Mediterranean veggie sandwhich. They gave me a chicken salad sandwich. I can't even eat it because im a vegetarian. After a 45 minute drive to pick up your dinner, and then it be wrong, the whole order should be comped. The worst part about picking up food and getting home, is having nothing to eat after you get home.

I don’t know about you, but I prefer my grilled cheese not black and burnt. I can’t believe you served this to me. I tried removing the crust, but the cheese was burnt too!!!! I’m sick right now so I did curbside pickup. I didn’t realize until I got back home that my grilled cheese was burnt black. You could have had some decency and remade the sandwich. Learn to serve quality food to customers.

This is my favorite panera. All the employees have been very pleasant and nice to me. I haven't really had any issues with the food. Even when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, they switched it out with no problem. Compared to other Paneras I have been to, I will continue to choose this one.

Panera never disappoints always fresh always hot!

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way to Sarasota-only about 2 miles off the interstate for a convenient location. Food was tasty and arrived in good time. We both had a warm bowls. Perfect amount for lunch! Roadwork in the area is a mess; getting back on the main road to the interstate is tricky.

Order broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl and they forget the bread bowl… and utensils.

A great Panera, with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Service is really fast without compromising the quality of food! Highly recommend the Chicken and Wild rice soup when available!

Food was not fresh at all. All of this wilted lettuce was in the middle of my salad and tomatoes were soggy. For the price I atleast expect fresh food. How could someone even think it was ok to put bad lettuce in a salad.

Cashier was pleasant. The food was tasty. However, the past 3 times we've been to this Panera it was hard to choose a table/booth because none of them had been cleaned. We don't go during the busy hours so it doesn't make sense that tables are not being cleaned. All 3 times we had to clean our tables. I could stay home and save money but we chose Pamera as a treat. Not sure we will be back for a while.

Great experiencing dining with my Mother. But the most hilarious situation was that we took a selfie and later looked behind us in the photo and saw a PB employee in the photo😄

Soup!! I love this place from the drinks to the food!! Quality is always on point.

-Menu almost unreadable. Many dishes dropped from menu, new items almost inedible. Staff preparing food unkempt and rude. Ordered Baha Bowl...ingredients dumped in bowl cold, 90% beans, paid for added chicken and got one 4inch sliver. When complained was told "that’s all we had left." Have been a customer for many years but never again.

My wife and I got a message. Patt was my therapist. I normalget deep tissue but booked with Patt knowing her pressure was medium. She did a great job focusing on my trouble area and it was truly relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Patt you did a great job I feel refreshed

We had little human interaction with the new order kiosks. The facility was similar to all of the other Panera I have visited. Clean, plenty of seating, fresh food, wifi, and plenty of parking
