Ordered to pickup on way home from work, when we got there it was ready for pickup, just gave them my order number and they got it for us. Everyone was nice and helpful. As always the food was fantastic.

discount Tuesday fell on Halloween this year so they were so busy! 25 people waiting to order/pay/get pizza and the staff provided excellent customer service. The speed at which they made everything was impressive. My favorite papa murphys location!

I like the pizzas when they're fresh out of the oven, but they don't reheat as well as other pizza, in my experience -- especially the thin crust. I DO love their regular deals like the recent BOGO offer that I took advantage of.

Brought in coupon that they didn’t honor and was up to date. Lady running show scammed me n I walked out. Even gave tip before noticing I was charged wrong. Go to any other papa Murphy

It's so disappointing how everyone is asking for a tip, 18% or higher. 15% used to be the norm (20-25% if you were trying to be cool). Job duties haven't changed, why should the tipping? Plus you are already raising prices due to inflation. Offer a 15% tip option to show appreciation to your customers. Sorry papa Murphy's, I'm not picking you specifically, it's us and it's tipping habits. Your food and service is great! I appreciate you!

Excellent crew !! every Tuesday.. I'm always greeted with a smile! Never hear anyone complain about their job or other employees!! As some other places have done. They all have a great time and seem to enjoy their jobs! Always respectful and friendly!! I go to this particular papas off of dishman and Sprague because of the employees and Manager. Thanks Ray.

Wouldn't honor employee discount from another Papa Murphys . Besides that, customer service was excellent. Even got me to purchase the extra sides deal.

It's the only take and bake I'll ever get, they're the best hands down. My favorite is the Chicken Garlic.

It's always been busy, but don't let that detour you. Call in your order ahead of time. Get the cowboy, along with garlic monkey bread or their cinnamon monkey bread. (Cinnamon wheel replacement)

This was the first time that I have been inside the business and was pleasantly surprised by the speed in which my order was made as well as the service of the gentlemen that were working that night definitely plan to go there more often excellent service and fresh good quality food

Good! There should be a discount, since you have to cook it. It would be nice to use emailed coupons in store, without using the app! Better pizza than the competition.

My wife and I love Papa Murphy's. They make dinner such a breeze. We learned a long time ago. Just order a cheese pizza. We stock all the toppings at home. So much easier to create your own pie this way. Just decide what sauce you want. White or red and let them make your base. The location we use. The staff has remembered our names and just what we came for.

Pretty good! Have come here for years and they never switched up. Love the music on the speakers while u wait, and the cookie dough, monkey bread, and other treats that go with the pizza. Love how you can see them make the food which makes me trust it more. Food is great, people are usually nice,and soda is kept cold. Do wish it was a bit cleaner in there sometimes, but overall it's good, especially for poor family's who have EBT but still want a good pizza :)

Great pizza and friendly staff. I love that you can split toppings on a pizza. I also have heard that because the food is not cooked you can use your EBT card for purchasing pizzas at Papa Murphy’s. I have also bought multiple pizzas with a sale or coupons and frozen the extra pizzas. And in a couple weeks when I decide to cook the pizza, it tastes as great as it would have the day I bought it.

I've never had a bad experience at this Papa Murphy's. Nor, have I ever , had bad food. I just don't rate anything five star unless-somebody "goes out of their way", to give some special service. This store has been efficient and friendly.

I live closer to another location but this is the store I always return to, because the staff is so friendly and straight to the point. I love when food industry employees are honest when I ask whether or not they like certain items, me being indecisive, their honest opinions help me decide and save time. They also accommodate just about any special requests I ask. My comfort food is a papa’s perfect with a zesty herb crust, best of both worlds. Don’t care about the customers who complain the store can’t bake their pizza pie, it’s “Papa Murphy's take and bake” the fresh bake at home with fresh ingredients definitely hits different. Always have to include one of their sweets, they’re all yummy.😋😁

Prices have gone up and I hate feeling like I need to tip when I don't when I go to WinCo or Albertsons. But good is still good. Especially with the pink sauce.

When someone shows up for a online order please make sure there is crust ready. I understand short staffing issues but I wasn’t told that it was going to be a longer wait until after I paid. If I would have known I would have selected something different. The short blonde is incredibly rude and not friendly. I see why they are hiring.

I have been going to this location for 13 yrs and today will be the last. Regular crust has gone to thin crust since December therefore cooking instructions do not cook the pizza properly. Cheese has gotten a lot less then normal as well. All around aweful! I gave 2 stars due to the service I received from the staff, they were the only thing good about it.

I LOVE Papa Murphys! The food is excellent! It's not the run-of-the-mill pizza. Order over the phone or online and then Pay with EBT if needed in store.

Papa Murphy's never fails us. We are pretty picky on our pizzas. The staff are always willing to accommodate our requests.
