I have been going to Brick House for years and it is the greatest place to go and forget all your worries, when you are having a self care day! Everyone is so kind and caring wanting to give you the best experience ever! I highly recommend them with the greatest confidence!

My husband and I booked a 75 minute couples massage for our anniversary. At the beginning of our massage we were told “we have an hour” and discussed what we wanted to focus on. I questioned the time limit since I had booked the appointment for 75 minutes. They confirmed it was actually 75 minutes. We paid and left at the end and I started questioning things with my husband in the car given what time it was. We only received 60 minute. Luckily we got charged for 60. But being we live far away and had to coordinate our schedules so we could both go, it was disappointing to not receive what we booked. Both our massage therapists were great, however.

I love Brickhouse! I have never had a bad massage there and it is less expensive than Elements or the other chains where my experiences have not always been good.

They actually were able to get me in the same day I called. They had a 45 minute window available, it was perfect for the area that I was wanting worked on! Therapist was awesome I will be back!

Ordered a gift card online, but first talked over the phone with someone in the front. She was very nice and helpful (I’m a guy that knows very little about these services. Also calling from Texas). She gave me the options of purchasing over the phone or online. I still had to think over the options so opted for a web purchase later. The online process then worked great and sent an email gift card to my sister in law. I bought a gift card to cover 3 pedicure/manicure packages, 3 fancy espresso drinks and tips for all. Very satisfied.

Kind, caring and meticulous. I will definately recommend.

Had my first massage here, didn't really need it but went with my grandma. My massage left me with a sore neck but otherwise feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The BrichHouse: The employees were very nice. I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment for my pedicure. I asked for the French Tip look and was very pleased. My next appointment will be for a manicure. They were easy to work with making appointment to fit my schedule. I will definitely go back.

The staff at Brickhouse are wonderful! They have a cozy waiting area with fun skin care and other boutique items to purchase. Hannah took care of me for my 75 minute massage and she was perfect for my needs! I’ll be back for sure!

Months ago my husband booked me a full spa day, sugar scrub , mud scrub , massage , facial , mani and pedi. I was so looking forward to it. During that time my health has taken a turn for the worst. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do some of the services . They made sure I was still able to do all of them with adjustments (for a port I got) . Corbin and Brenda were so extremely kind and good at what they do . I was grateful to have had both of them . Being able to have that day still really almost brought me to tears. I needed something for me SO bad. I was also provided a snack during my pedicure and a delicious beverage during my manicure .

I've been to the brick house before and was very pleased when I left. This time however was a different story. My nails are just eh. I was really excited to come back today but after leaving with my nails subpar I don't think I'll be returning in thr future for this service. I would add pictures but I don't see a spot to upload...

I had never had a massage before and I was a little nervous but excited. The experience inside is very welcoming, calming and peaceful. The coffee bar is a huge bonus for me. Who doesn’t love coffee and being pampered! The gift shop had so many things to choose from. The room is relaxing with soft music and the aromatherapy smell is inviting. My 60 minute massage was wonderful and I would highly recommend to my friends and family. I love that I can go there for so many other self care options. Thank you Hannah.

It has been many years since I "indulged" in a really good massage. Corbin was recommended by a friend and lived up to the recommendation 100%. In my opinion, she is a true therapist. Highly recommended and I will be a regular from now on.

Allison, who did my massage, was great! One of the best massages I have had. Ali, who did my facial, was great as well, she was very informative and very kind. I was less then impressed with my pedicure. The lady who did it was very nice but the service it self was horrible. I have gotten better pedis from the mall for half the price. I also ordered my 'complimentary beverage' from the coffee bar and that never came, I also never got my 'free take-home gift' unless that is the samples that came from my facial. Over-all it was a decent experience, though I wouldn't come back for much other than the massage. The booking process was and absolute NIGHTMARE. When I first tried to schedule for the 'Perfect Three' package, I was told I wouldn't be able to get those services all done in the same day because the schedules don't line up to accommodate that. When I questioned why it would even be offered then, the receptionist told me that the therapists all work at different times and she didn't have an answer. She then told me that I could book the massage and facial and then come back a different day for the pedicure, I again asked why that makes sense, when I could just get my massage and facial and then go elsewhere right after for my pedicure. I was told to call back in September and see if the schedule had changed any if there was any openings (mind you this conversation took place in April/May. I received a voicemail that they would be able to get me in on August 24th for all 3 so I took that day even though I expressed that weekend wouldn't work for me prior, I would make my other obligations second priority. I was called back about a week ago saying that some space opened up so I jumped on the opportunity, so I am glad Io was able to get in sooner. Again, overall it was a decent experience but I wouldn't fight someone over the chance to come back.

Got a massage yesterday from Hannah and it went great. She made sure to ask if I was comfortable every so often. I came in super tense but left relaxed. Thanks for helping me to reset. They don’t force you to wear masks anymore, so that’s a plus too.

The massage was good but the scheduling and front desk people are awful I scheduled a massage and pedicure 3 months in advance they changed my appointment 2 times and ultimately ended up canceling my pedicure a week before I was supposed to come in.

Do NOT purchase gift cards for a loved one at this facility! They never have any openings! It has taken me over a year to find an opening to use a gift card! Scheduled over 3 months out, and then 2 weeks before the appointment they call to cancel!! They could care less if they have adequate staff to meet needs, they just keep selling gift cards knowing that people will never be able to use them!! Completely dishonest!! There are several other spas in town, take your money to a place that prioritizes customer service.

Took my boyfriend there for our first massage ever did a couples massage... nervous but it was amazing and definitely plan to do it again...so relaxing and felt amazing!!! Both staff or therapists were amazing did not feel uncomfortable or anything...my person always kept checking to make sure I was ok and if the pressure was ok as I was nervous about my neck... They did amazing definitely recommend

My mom surprised me with a mother daughter day. We got the pedi/facial/massage package. The pedi (Barbara) and facial were the BEST I’ve ever had and I do this often. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is sweet and accommodating.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars, the massage itself was wonderful, Ariel did an incredible job. This was my first massage and she made things very comfortable and gave a great run down of what would happen and what I needed to do. My main problem was the customer service in the front. I understand wanting to chat with your co-workers and that sometimes check out doesn’t go as smoothly as it could, but there needs to be a level of professionalism because youre the first people guests meet and the last people they interact with. I had a mix up during checkout, my husband had initially paid beforehand but ended up changing and rescheduling the appointment so the payment ended up not being transferred to the new appointment. I brought up that I was willing to pay happily if they couldn’t find the information, but they just looked inconvenienced about the whole situation and kept glancing back and forth at each other the whole time. The phone call where my husband had to switch the appointment over was similar and it was hard to get the information we needed to reschedule the appointment. There was a similar inconvenienced tone of voice over the phone. Again, the massage was wonderful I highly highly recommend Ariel. However, please talk to your front desk employees about how they’re the face of your company, it really does change the experience and vibe of the business.

Always a true delight. The staff are all so professional yet friendly and welcoming. They all seem to care and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I have been a customer for years and give gift certificates from BH. Can't wait for my next facial. A slice of heaven!

I came here for a massage and pedicure on Jan 7, 2024. This place is so freaking cute the second you walk in. my massage with Allison was so relaxing and lovely. Being pregnant I feel she made sure I was comfy and truly enjoying my massage with her. For my pedicure I am the least bit impressed. I didn’t get the girls name but she was too busy talking the whole time I feel she didn’t give her best. My toes are all cut a different shape and some of my nails didn’t even get painted all the way. I really wish I didn’t get charged for this but I didn’t say anything out of guilty conscious.. I’m also confused on the pricing since I only got a classic ped for $50 but I was charged $65 for mine. If I come back it would just be for a massage.

I had a 90 minute Massage - . It was my first time there. I can't say I would ever go back nor would i ever recommend massage services by Hannah . The massage table (awful) that was actually a surgery type table was hard as a rock, and I developed a awful headache having my face in the cradle that was not very plush either. I was so looking forward to a good massage instead what I got was a rub down ... by that I mean she used her hands about 20% ( i'm being generous) and the time the rest of the time she used her forearm!!! . she never massages my arms or hands - I wasn't aware of a forearm massage- so for 90 minutes I got through it.... I can't say I enjoyed any part of it. I could not wait for it to get over. Hannah should stick with the cupping she mentioned - as she said it saves her hands. $110 -edit: my neck and back were so sore Saturday and Sunday from this massage this has never happened that table is the worst!!!

From massage to pedicures the Brickhouse is always the best.

I had one bad experience at brick house a few years ago- management was quick to communicate with me and make things right. Because of that, I have returned several times and have experienced amazing facials and massages. Ali did my facial last time and I was so very relaxed and I can’t wait for my next one. I love the cute building, the coffee bar, the friendly staff, the comfortable rooms and the bundle packages. Thank you for being my go to spot for over 7 years now!

Carrie (owner) has the most humble and creative mindset and just comforting smile. Dawn (manager) leads with the peace and warmth and resilience I can best liken to the fireplace in the lobby. Every single employee provides service with love and heart. They all want you to have a relaxing spa experience whether you're coming in for a keychain, coffee, massage, or planning a spa party. Everyone does their best to meet you where you are and with love and professionalism. Also THE BEST SPA SERVICES IN THE COUNTRY (look, I live on the other side, so I can say that, right?). If I'm ever back in WA, you better believe I'm booking ahead and reserving my relaxation at The BH. ❤️❤️❤️ Love to all my friends and clients!!

Pretty nice place, the loft and the plaza are nice places for a group. My issues were with the food selection, holding charges so long, and the kiosk system being kind of buggy. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the prices are pretty fair.

Three years . They over sell the appointments so you buy gifts in December that can't be used until may. And happy valentine's day! They are booked until September. BAD GIFT IDEA THEY ARE RAILING YOU

I have tried on three different occasions to book three separate types of services here and haven't yet been successful in securing an appointment. The receptionist is always eager to tell me how busy they are, but doesn't seem nearly as eager to accommodate booking an appointment. If you're looking for spa services, it might be wise to look elsewhere, as Brick House clearly has more business than they can handle at this time.

I'd never had a facial before and my sweet sis in law got me one for my birthday! The spa is beautiful and inviting inside with a very cute little coffee shop, and ample seating, the had gifts to purchase as well. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable, my spa experience was wonderful! Highly recommend!

I have been going to The BrickHouse for years and always leave happy! I had my first appointment with Alex for a 90 minute massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. The front desk is always so kind and I really appreciate getting my appointment moved from the end of November to yesterday because of the cancellation list. I always take advantage of their holiday deal and buy my mom and myself a massage to enjoy a girls day. Looking forward to another massage with Alex!

Had a lovely experience here for pedicures with my friend to celebrate our birthdays. We were a few mins late but everyone was warm and friendly. We got complimentary drinks which were delicious as well. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and the decor is nicely done. It just felt relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish and we will definitely be back. The quality for the price is excellent.

Sadly the brick house seems to have gone a little downhill. I’ve been going for years. I ordered a massage, mani, and pedi package. The massage wasn’t very good. The staff member doing my massage was very sweet but the massage felt like it was just someone rubbing around. Not really doing anything.. kinda like a massage I could get at home. The pedicure and mani did not come out good but I think the staff was super friendly. I was Soooo disappointed because it’s a lot of money to spend on top of having to wait over a month just to get in.. and when you’re waiting and spending lots of money then you expect to have a good experience. I left so unrelaxed. My back actually hurt more leaving.it’s the most money I’ve spent on such a bad experience. I work really hard for that money and it’s a bummer when you wish you would have just saved it. I used to leave relaxed and so happy. Now I really don’t think I’d want to return. It’s not worth it to gamble your hard earned money if you don’t know what you’re gonna get.

The technician was very good but the add on’s were cheap. My husband paid the extra $10 for coffee and truffle. Their texting service sent me an appointment reminder that was 1 1/2 hours too early and all they did was make excuses and no accommodations were made except for making me a coffee I had already paid for. The truffles used to be quality, but now they give you a wrapped Lindt truffle. The snack they give you is crackers and pre cut cheese. I have been going to brick house for over 10 years and this was definitely my last visit. I am accustomed to spas pampering you better, and making the total experience wonderful. This just felt cheap. Their turn over of employees is so high that you never get the same technician twice. You can almost feel the employees dissatisfaction in the air.

Went in to purchase gift cards. Very knowledgeable, friendly front desk that helped me decide on right thing. Not pushy, which was very appreciated. Hopefully the actual services are 5 star as well!

Went in for a 60 minute massage. Right on time and very personable. I enjoyed the experience very much. The room was clean, quiet with relaxing music playing softly, and a nice scent in the air. She was professional, but also easy to talk to. Answered questions, listened to what I wanted and gave a little insight as to why I was having trouble with my neck. Only complaint is that it was over too soon!

This place is legit. The Masseuses and Estheticians are obviously highly skilled and the operation is professional, clean and relaxing. Check it out!

I am a 63 yr old women, who has had several trauma's thru the yrs with my body. Every now and then I have to go and have them worked out of my muscles because of the pain. I have been to the brick house several times. It is a calming place, beautifully done, and you feel so pampered. I always feel so much better when I leave. They have a lot of services to choose from, and all done with exceptional people, very nice and really care that you get what you need. Then when you leave you get the yummiest piece of chocolate, and water, because they want you to rehydrate your muscles. Great place, set up another appt.

This place is hands down the best in town! I surprised my mom with a girls day and this was one of our stops. We had the best facials EVER. Not only that, both of our estheticians were outstanding! I had Betsey, who was very friendly, professional and just had a very warming personality. She explained everything in detail at the beginning and the entire 60 minute experience was very relaxing and much needed. Betsey is now my go-to girl for facials and I can't wait to see her again. Highly recommend this business. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very fair and they always have specials. Thanks ladies!

My husband and I got pedicures here together. My husband had never had one before, and he enjoyed it and will get more in the future. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is fantastic. They did a good job putting this place together.

Pricing Is average. Very professional, and punctual. They start on time and give the full time paid for. I have been here a few times and so has my wife and we are usually pretty happy. The massage therapists seem to know what they are doing. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable.
