Lovely place to get ice cream! Wish they had more flavors but otherwise its delicious and love the ice cream and location. Best treat our family could have asked for. Update Sept 2024: I reduced the stars from 5 to 3. The icecream flavors are worse, they don’t taste as fresh as they used to. The waffle cones are gross. It’s still a fun experience. The blackberry icecream was just fruit preserves swirled into the ice cream.

I saw a video on Tiktok of Konstantin making the viral Pistachio Kunafa chocolate bars and IMMEDIATELY wanted to try. When I visited his website, on 7/25 it said the next batch of bars would be shipping on 8/22. I placed my pre-order and counted down the days. The bars shipped from Michigan on the evening of 8/21 and I received them in Tennessee on 8/23. Packaging was fantastic! My ice packs were no longer cold at all but my bars were intact and not melted! I just had one of the bars and OMG, the chocolate is FANTASTIC. The filling doesn't have too strong of a taste but the texture is HEAVEN-SENT. I've never enjoyed eating a piece of chocolate as much as today. I immediately wanted to order some more chocolates from this chocolatier but the website is SOLD OUT! Preorders are now for December!! Makes my heart happy. I will absolutely be checking back frequently so I can try some more goodies.

You shouldn't miss this local gem of a shop. On a hot summer day there are a variety of options that always hit the spot: ice cream, shakes, and smoothies, including some of the adult variety if you are of age and so inclined. The chocolates are second to none, and the peppermint parties and turtles are some of my favorite things to gift people on almost any occasion. It's all made by the owner, so menu items and flavor availability may change from day to day, but the staff is always an accommodating partner in getting you something that will knock your socks off.

Just the coolest little spot. I originally found them via TikTok, where their owner makes the best content about candy making. But they also make the creamiest scoop serve ice cream in house. And the setting is so neat - right on a quaint little lake where you can feed fish and even rent a boat. Exceptionally friendly staff. The ice cream is average cost, for a high end product. The candy can be expensive, but they are basically works of art that will impress, so I buy them as gifts. It’s a must-stop if you’re in the area!

Their ice cream is delicious and modestly priced. Their outside seating looks over Park Lake. The Creamery sells fish food, and customers delight in feeding all the fish that gather up close.

We love this place! The chocolate is fantastic, so is the ice cream and coffee. Love that they have vegan options for my vegan family member and also love the boozy milkshakes!

You have to come check this place out for yourself. The home town feel, the views, the people and of course the ice cream is everything you could wish for and more!

Amazing ice cream and chocolates, personal favorite is the chocolate peanut butter ice cream (they hand make the mini peanut butter cups themselves!), and once you have their chocolate syrup you will forever be ruined from having store bought syrup again.

I have never been more disappointed eating ice cream. I had the worst tasting “hot” fudge Sunday I’ve ever had. The fudge wasn’t hot and tasted like Hershey syrup from the grocery store coming right out of the fridge. McDonald’s ice cream put this to shame and that says a lot!

Best ice cream and chocolates around

Amazing experience all around. Even though the shop is closed, you're still able to place online orders. I placed one for pickup as work had me in the area, but unfortunately I had to leave before it was ready. The owner was very understanding and accommodating by having it shipped instead. Of course, the chocolates are always delicious and of the highest quality. I will definitely be back for more!

This is the home of Konstantin J. Zsigo | Chocolatier. Konny is one amazing person. He is a TikTok sensation with his amazing videos on how to make the simplest of chocolate delights. That said he sells his chocolate delights online. To be honest, I don't like buying stuff from TikTok but Konny has an online store so I took a chance. I am now on my second order. The chocolate selection is very creative. He takes the time to wrap it very creatively. It is definitely gift-ready. After I ordered, I was emailed every step of the way. The chocolate I received was first-rate in quality, creativity, and flavor. I am going out of my way to put this review up because this is a real find. His online content is well worth a view. Many thanks to Konny for a great experience. I would post pictures but I ate the chocolate already.

I crave the cream. But you’re never open when I get there and it says you should be open….I get so confused, I check Google hours, I check the sign, I check the day on my phone, I check the time, I check the month, the year, I question life and then I die a little inside, every time.

Stopped by here for the first time a week ago. Had ice cream and some chocolates. Super good! We are definitely going back. Would highly recommend! Still good! Had a great chocolate Malt today!

I ordered items online and live on the east coast. The shipping was done to protect the products given the heat. The quality of the chocolate and goods is great. He also sent free tasters. Great customer service. The flavor is very good and everything is delicious. Highly recommend this creamery.

Beautiful location, wonderful service, ice cream was amazing, and the chocolate bar we got was so good! They gave my dog some peanut butter and it was the fanciest peanut butter she’s ever had, she loved it! The ice cream was lemon blueberry cake and peanut butter, it was perfect!

If you love ice cream don't hesitate to try this local gem. Homemade everything... the coconut and peanut butter with caramel and whip was so good. I loved the chocolate pizzelle just because. My Hubby decided on butter pecan and strawberry, which was also delish. We grabbed Chocolate turtles and peppermint patties to go. I wouldn't be upset about a return visit soon. It's also picturesque and on a lake where you can rent kayaks and paddle boats. Sweet spot for a date night

Even on a rainy day, this was a welcome surprise to find just off I-69. Our sandwiches were fabulous 👌 and my granddaughter loved feeding the fish. We will be back to paddleboat and have ice cream!!!

Used to be a really good experience. Ice cream is still good, service not so much anymore. Dining area closed, no restrooms to use..... this is the 3rd time coming and this was by far the worst. Only windows open even though they were clearly fully staffed.

Yummy Ice Cream, even better cookie dough (though I don't know if they make it anymore). Coffee is not good. But if your not picky about it, you might like it. However, very erratic hours. Never know when they will be open or closed. There is no set schedule. They are also a bit pricey. A little too much for this area I think.

Really high quality ice cream and chocolate! My moms been getting me truffles from here for Valentines since I was a kid but I went to the shop for the first time yesterday and was not surprised that their ice cream and sundaes were incredible as well. They make everything from scratch and it’s clear Konstantin is a highly skilled chocolatier! The shop is in a great location with outdoor seating looking out at a lake and boat rental!

Went kayaking and it was so peaceful and relaxing and had a grilled chicken sandwich that was amazing 👏 😋 🙌 I am going back and also staff is very helping and friendly

Park lake creamery has the best ice cream, shakes, and chocolate! We rented trikes on a rainy day and they allowed us to reschedule as long as no one else had that time off! It was really easy to work with them!

Top notch service and product. Chocolate makes a great gift, especially for people out of state. Product can be delivered around the US directly from their website. The crew has gone out of their way to ensure the best service every time I have visited, even opening the shop for me personally during off-season so I could browse for a holiday gift. It's an interesting experience. Kids can be fascinated when they see fish schooling off the dock next to the patio. In addition to really tasty ice cream and chocolates, Chef Tyler makes very tasty sandwiches on the patio. They also have boats for rent if you want to explore Park Lake from the water.

Local owned. Decent icecream, decent homemade chocolate you can follow the guy in tiktok.

A local gem worth a stop every time I drive by. Delicious high quality chocolates and sweets, great coffee, and friendly service. A nice quiet place to sit, with a great view. We are lucky to have Park Lake Creamery in our community. Stop by for food and a shake on the weekends!

Oh my gosh, the best little secret in all of the Lansing area! Rich home made chocalate, home made ice cream, outdoor grill, sitting on the deck over the little lake with the fish....just wonderful and the food is yummy!

Loved this place! We’ve lived in Lansing for years and never been. I wish we’d gone sooner. It was the best ice cream and chocolate I have ever had. They are also located in the cutest spot with a great view.

Everything is perfect, the price, flavor and the amount too. Wished they can open up on week days.

Health code violations. The “chef” was taking out the garbage/ cleaning outside and didn’t wash his hands before making my bratwurst. No public restroom for paying customers. Would it be too much to at least have a port-a-John? Ice cream is decent.

It was very nice. We showed up late, along with another couple, and 3 prom dates. The workers were very gracious. We had peanut butter ice cream and black cherry. Very Pleased with the experience.

Found this place through Tik Tok, and the chocolates look way to good to pass up. I ordered a box of assorted chocolates to be delivered and was not disappointed. The chocolates were absolutely delicious, each one better than the next. Considering a trip out to Michigan just to try the chocolates in person!! Will order again soon! Thanks Konny.

I’ve never even gone to this establishment before, but I saw the owners tiktok and he seems like an amazing person 🥹 I’m hoping to get up there soon to try the chocolates.

The chocolates are awesome, the owner is super cool, and has a great podcast about chocolates, they also have ice cream and out door seating right by the lake, I love watching there Instagram videos of them making the chocolates as well, definitely recommend, great place
