Stopped by today for lunch. My food and latte were amazing, the wifi is fast, the dining area is well maintained and clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get lunch, coffee, or be productive.

Such a cute coffee roaster in an equally cute town. The barista was very helpful and made a lovely mocha latte. There are some great locally made creams, local maple syrup and some used items to buy. I bought a house roasted bag of beans. I bought some scones and a pastry. The pastry was just ok. Will have the scones for tea, later.

Proverbial Heaven on earth. Also,beautiful music,real music.

I love this place. The scones are like wow these are too good to be scones. The barista makes a perfect coffee. Lots of seating inside.

Was there for few hours getting on with my work. It was cozy and snow day allowed me to be the only one of two customer there! The hot maple latte was great too!

Terrific small town coffee shop with extraordinary selection of drinks and bean selection. The maple lattes are to die for. When I took sips I said out loud that I felt like it was from heaven. The interior is warm and inviting. They even have local gifts and sell bags of coffee beans. Very affordable as well. This shop deserves a lot of credit.

Prices have gone up. 6.56 for a small cappuccino?! I travel all over New England for work and I have never paid this much for a non-dairy cappuccino ever. I'm so disappointed as I love Parker and Son's and having been coming for over a year. This will be my last visit. I wont pay almost $7. Shocking! :(

Nice folks but it looked like everything was grossly over-roasted, as almost all beans were nearly black and glistening in oil. I purchased House Blend and Burundi whole beans. Prepared in a French press and confirmed my observations. The roast smokiness completely overpowered the flavors of the coffee. Pity too because the house blend might have had good complexity, but no way to really know…

Parker and Sons is a small quaint shop with a great environment. Quiet seating and great service. The baristas are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The coffee and tea selections are very good and offer different and unique selections such as a maple latte. Teas are made to order using loose leaf selections. The drinks, hot food, and baked goods are of top notch quality and always made to order. Their shop also features local soaps, jams and handcrafted glass items. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a tasty beverage to go.

Travellers, this is an adorable cafe with a wonderful selection of coffees and teas, and the cafe serves sandwiches too. All the sandwiches are fine and tasty, especially the chicken salad sandwich and the bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. The grilled cheese is nice too. There is a selection of new and old ephemera to because and purchase while you wait for your order. Cups, mugs, slippers, bags, and glassware too. If you're in the area check it out. We recommend. First of all, the coffee is incredible. I've had both coffee and espresso and mainly go the hot route over iced. If you have allergies/sensitivities they have soy, oat, and almond milks. There are some knick knacks and gifts to purchase as well as freshly baked pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Every staff member I've interacted with has been lovely - they even helped me choose a coffee bean to purchase to try and brew at home! I just brewed their Burundi selection and it's incredible. Highly, highly recommend to support this small local business over any of the chains!

I tried Parkers for the first time, just got a take out breakfast sandwich, but it was delicious! Made Bay's fresh English muffins. I will definitely be back to try other items.

(They've moved; now on 202N in front of the high school. Missing the ambience, but cozy fire and great coffee nevertheless.) My favorite place to hangout; good wifi, beautiful views, indoor and outdoor seating and, oh, lattes and homemade English muffins to die for!

4 out of 5 stars is only because I've been once and the coffee was decent. I stopped after work to find it closed, missed by a few minutes. Just as I was about to walk away, I was greeted by the owners (?) and welcomed inside. I tread overly freshly mopped floors and apologized, but they were gracious enough to provide an iced coffee. Menu is interesting and great food ideas. I ordered a maple iced coffee adding only a touch of light cream so as to not spoil the brew, and while I think the maple was left out, (tasted like regular coffee, but don't let that deter you from visiting), it was still quality coffee. I'll stop in another time when they're fully open for a fresh pot.

Great service and very delicious coffee drinks with a wide variety of milks and sugars (dairy, soy, almond, oat). If you have little ones who are picky eaters or with wandering hands, this is not the spot for you. The offerings are for a more advanced palette and the interior has a gift shop with some breakables. Definitely an adult/older child spot, but a must-have coffee in Peterborough.

I enjoy the coffee here, especially their espresso beans.The staff are all kind and friendly. I generally go in the morning to study and contemplate life. I find the atmosphere to be very tranquil then.

Great, I mean really great coffee. Love the reusable jars they sell whole beans in. Just wish they had better hours, and staff could be a little friendlier. Up your game guys, Starbucks is your competition.

Parker and Son's Coffee Roasting (or Parker's, for short) is a very pleasant place to be. It has great coffee, great service, and a friendly environment. The staff is incredibly nice and cooperative and you'll never regret going. The prices are decently cheap ($1.50-6.00) a coffee and the building is such a pleasant environment to be in. Overall an amazing place

Very quaint little shop. A bit off the beaten path, but far far better than any coffee chain. Local is better and the owner has a great mission. They roast their own coffee and are very personable. Can create any drink you can imagine and know their stuff.

I LOVE this place! It has a great atmosphere and everyone is so nice! The coffee is awesome as well as their ginger chewy cookies 😊 It is a FANTASTIC study space and of course sitting by their raging waterfall patio is ALWAYS the right thing to do!!!
