Good food, but it was kind of hard to understand our waiter.

Stopped by for dinner while travelling for work. Egg drip soup and beef w Broccoli were good but not great. It was very empty so hard to judge atmosphere, however I would return.

Service was outstanding however panda Express taste better in my opinion

The service was terrible four people and none of us got our soup appetizer or meals at the same time. Waitress was rude. Food was good.

Food has changed. From 5 stars to 1, I ordered a sushi with shrimp Tempura, I used to absolutely love these, long shrimp inside the roll, now they have 6 little salad shrimp, not even Tempura, sitting on top of the roll, not even inside anymore. Very disappointing when they charge 25 bucks an entree, and 13 bucks for a small sushi roll, that they have went to substandard food. My entree was HORRIBLE, I crave the honey shrimp, tonight its in my garbage, was not cooked enough, the breading was simply slimey goo and the shrimp crunchy and undercooked. It was horrible, definitely not the same food I have been used to there. It was disgusting. Had I not driven 25 minutes there and 25 minutes home, I would drive back and demand my money back. At least my wife's was OK. Will not be returning until this changes. 1 star is too much for overpriced sludge with undercooked shrimp.

On of our go to places for lunch. Always good food and service.

I haven’t had the luxury of eating here as a customer, but I do frequently pick up DoorDash orders from here. Zach went above and beyond the last time I was here and wanted to ensure he is recognized. He made my day!!

Good place for a nice meal on our road trip. They honored the discount offered by the Residence Inn nearby.

Overpriced version of Panda Express

I've been to a lot of PF Changs around the world. And for some reason this PF Chang cannot get their kung pao chicken right it is Bland and it's not spicy🤔😒 I don't know what they're doing what recipe they're following but they just can't get it right🤔 the food was just okay I was looking for spice, and I was looking for the five spice,but nothing. I gave them a second chance thinking maybe after I talk to the manager the first time that it would change, but it's still the same bland food🥱 I really tried but the food does not taste like the PF Chang in my travels that I've been to🙂 but the service is extremely awesome and the managers are extremely understanding and they also accommodated me and I really really appreciate them🙂🙂

Food is decent . I have had better from take out places but it's made up for by the atmosphere and service. The lettuce wraps are awesome!! Wish their desert menu was better.

First time, and it will not be the last time. I was very impressed with the whole experience of dining here. Plates were of good quantity and quality and the flavor was above a wonderful taste. Great job guys

Went for my sister in laws birthday. The staff is amazing, they are helpful and the atmosphere was nice! The menu and the food were underwhelming. Wasnt much to choose from and when the food arrived it was kinda.. meh. I could have gotten the same thing from somewhere else for a fraction of the price. It wasnt bad but it wasn’t great either. I paid over $100 for 2 people and all we had were some appetizer spare ribs and two plates of mongolian beef. Crazy how much it costed me. I guess you’re paying for the experience.

We had dinner here on 7/16/24. The food (orange chicken, vegetarian lo mien, egg rolls, and pork dumplings were very good to excellent. The crab rangoon was good . The service (Luis) was great. Any time we are in Albuquerque we stop here for dinner or lunch.

If you want to take a break from New Mexican food, I suggest going to PF Chang's Our server was great and the food was excellent. They have reduced their menu items, but they still provide my favorites; lettuce wraps, kong pow chicken, honey shrimp and Mongolian beef.

The menu is very limited. My service was good but the food is bland and kind of expensive for getting worse quality food than panda express.

Perfect for family and dinner dates.

My mom, sister, and I shared the Mongolian Beef w/udon noodles, Kung Pao Chicken w/fried rice, and Crispy Honey Shrimp w/steamed white rice. The food was delicious and with great portions. The service we received was attentive and accommodating. Overall, great experience!

I like to try new things each time I go. I am kinda sad they got rid of their sweet potato noodles, but food is always good. Lunch options are nice because they are a mini portion.

Not one to go to chains often, especially with certain cuisines, but am I glad I came here! last time I went to a PF Changes it was meh. this place has it DOWN! Food was amazing def making this our goto spot for chinese! and the service was amazing too, server/ Chefs were so nice to help accommodate my Wife's gluten Free needs.

Lunch at PF Chang's was fast, tasty and included gluten free options. My husband ordered the regular lunch delivered in a grey bowl. I ordered a gluten free option of Chang's spicy chicken, which was delivered on the red plate. The server also brought gluten free soy sauce. Yummy!

What a great night! We had a very large party & our server, Amy, handled it like a pro! She was beyond wonderful! The food was fabulous, everything was perfect. It allowed us to have a great night with good friends!

Food was okay. Our waiter was nice enough but our mains were brought out when we were half way done with our appetizers and everything felt rushed.

Jonathan, our waiter, was so knowledgeable and efficient. When asked, he made wonderful recommendations that were spot on! We will all definitely go back to P.F. Chang’s

The worst food ever from any PF Chang’s restaurant. Purchased the meal for 2. Food is alright, but the atmosphere and people are awesome.

Honestly, I could have saved 91 bucks and gone with Panda Express. Crab Wontons no cream cheese very bland. Sesame chicken sub par. Prawns were good. Best part was the desert chocolate soufflé with ice cream and raspberry Brulé. I will pretty sure never eat at the chain again. Over priced and sub.

Food and service was good but the management is a disgrace! I am in often and I have been there twice now where the head managers had their employees in tears. I have witnessed the managers yell at and degrade their employees in front of other employees and guests. I cannot believe anyone works for these people the way they are treated. Feels like a toxic environment and us customers feel it too!

Our server Johnathan was excellent and took good care of us. I am bit disappointed in the changes in the menu, no more Tofu Lettuce wraps, the sweet and sour tofu recipe changed. Overall, not thrilled with the menu changes.

I love going to pf Chang's with my family, we always have a great time especially with the signature drinks. Our bartender Ian was very charismatic and made us the best cosmopolitan I've ever had. If you have a free weekend night you should absolutely grab some drinks with your friends!

Ordered take out. Overpriced. Not worth going back. The lettuce wrap is the only thing I'd reccomend.

The pot stickers were excellent and the Singapore Noodles were tasty. Where it went flat was protein, as in I had a bowl of noodles that tasted great, but with three or four small pieces of chicken.

I like PF Changs, but have had better Hot and Sour soup. Lettuce wraps are good. Noodles are average. Service was spot on.

It's was super expensive the food took very long to get and was not very good some food had no flavor at all not worth the price your better off going to panda express instead I will not be returning to this restaurant

Went for early dinner. The lighting is horrendous! Bright lights in your eyes almost every table. We moved hoping for better but with little luck. We noticed we were not alone in that. Our server, Aracely, was outstanding and helped dispel our frustration. Warm, funny and accessible. I would ask for her again. The hostess, Shannon, however, has no business being in customer service or being the first contact at the restaurant. She is a truly an angry, immature person who basically threw a temper tantrum when we asked to move!!! The restaurant was mostly empty at that time. We almost walked out because of her. The food good but atmosphere is so off putting, I would give second thoughts about going again

One of the absolute WORST experiences I’ve ever had. I planned my birthday dinner here. All was set for a party of 20 for 6pm. They decided to force us to MOVE our reservation to 7pm. I wasn’t happy because we live far away and it was later than I liked but whatever. We get there, all 20 of us and we wait for over 45 minutes PAST our reservation time. So now it’s basically 8 pm we’re seated and we got the absolute worst service. Both servers were either new or just didn’t care or both. Our food was ordered in the worst possible order it could’ve been done in. Then we wait 30 minutes for drinks. Appetizers come out completely wrong. Half the tables food comes out. They try to talk us into why we got “communal” rice when we all ordered rice and are on different tabs. My nice found plastic on her food (YES, actual plastic) my little sister’s food never came out til the VERY end. She ate while we were all already done. Then ALL of the tickets were wrong. Even though no one moved seats like they asked. It was well past 10pm before we were able to leave. All around TERRIBLE experience and the manager did NOT care. Maybe this place does well for small parties but DO NOT go here with a big party! My birthday dinner was pretty much ruined and PF Chang’s could careless that they had a HUGE part in ruining it! Save your money and time and just go somewhere else. I will never stop sharing how terrible this experience was.
