This venue always feels like home when I dine here.

I have trying the Patty Melt.Great burger with right amount of onions.Plus the bread is delicious too.

Pinewood is one of my go-to places. The food is always great, and the staff is super-friendly. I enjoy their burgers, the steak in a sack, chicken sliders, and many other items. For the sides, their fries are very good. Their onion rings and potato salad are among the best I've had.

Ordered the 12oz aged rideye.. Med rare, it was cooked to perfection. Got a side salad and onion rings.. The Steak was tender, and flavourful...wife had fish and shimp.. fresh and light batter.. all good. Thumbs up..

Small place, but Very Good at what they do..

This place truly is a hidden gem in Riverside, they have fresh cuts of meat you can buy or you can get some of their food. Their burgers are delicious and you can taste the better quality meat and that they know how to cook some meat. My favorite burger of theirs is the hoss burger, it's delicious and the sauce that's on it is great. Would highly recommend giving this place a try and to get the hoss burger!

Listen, if there is anything we ultimately learn in this life is this: NEVER judge a book by its cover. Pinegrove originally was a bitcher shop. It was a great one too. It still is. It ain't a french castle. but it is a great butcher shop because they know meat and get great quality meat, especially steaks--aged and prime cuts. This is why you should go there and get one of those prime aged steaks for dinner. You can't beat the quality for just about any price, but especially the one they charge at Pinegrove. My wife and I went there last week and ordered two ribeyes. I had the 16 ounce and she had the 12 ounce. We each had two sides--she had a salad and baked potato; I had a baked potato and onion rings. Our meals were delicious and high quality. Our total bill was less than $60.00--with tax! Now, it isn't the decor of Ruth's Chris or Capital Grille. It is still a butcher shop. But the atmosphere is relaxed. You can eat a first class meal in shorts and a T shirt. For the price, unquestionably the best steak in town and maybe not even considering the price.

Excellent food and they have a happy hour too. They have some of the best burgers in the state.

5 stars full stop. Food is a little pricey but it’s worth the cost. Expect to spend around $20 a person.

The Pinegrove Market and Delicatessen is an excellent venue! They have a variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, salads and platters available for dine-in and/or carry-out. In addition, they have a wide selection of meats available for purchase at their butcher shop, and they offer catering services as well! The prices are reasonable, and the service is efficient!

Hands down the best sandwich you can find around here. It’s the go to for me and several of my buddies. Super friendly staff and great service. The Steak in a sack and the Greek burger are my favorites. I really like their pita bread as well.

Got myself a Nader and some onion rings for lunch. Fantastic! I'll be back to try some of the others as well.

We went for Valentine's Day tonight. It was the first time I have been. It definitely will not be the last. The staff was very kind, courteous, and so very patient while we decided what we wanted to order. It is Half price of what we would've paid at Ruth Chris. Even the sides were delicious. I highly recommend this place. Such good food and such friendly staff. A very laid back welcoming atmosphere. I loved it.

Well….. where to start! This is definitely the best butcher in town. The steaks will grind up between your finger & thumb. The meat is perfection, and the cuts are top notch. Really looking forward to going here for lunch last Saturday. Ordered a Cuban with potato salad that didn't have any taste at all and the Cuban was toasted but limp with also very little flavor. Not much better for my wife's Chicken Salad. No taste at all and additional salt didn't help much. Very disappointed.

I waited for over 45 minutes for my food. I had to cancel the order because my order was never received..After I canceled my order, all of a sudden, the staff was indicating that my order was ready.. I visit this place frequently and have purchased meats from the butcher counter as well as the deli..After this experience, I highly recommend finding another sandwich shop that has better customer service..
