Got everything about my order wrong, was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have been here many times in the past and this was by far the worst visit ever. How hard is it to listen to what someone wants and do it the correct way? I will not be going back for a while that is for sure.

I have loved pita pits food for a very long time, and still do. However there service has been absolutely terrible the past few times I’ve gone. Ordered my pita and never got an option to add any other veggies I usually get on my pita. No friendliness what so ever because he was to worried about what he was doing in the back of the store. Very displeased with the Pensacola pita pit service so I recommend only ordering online there from now on.

My husband suggested we come here to see how good the pitas were and unfortunately they were underwhelming. The place is very understaffed so I tried to take this into consideration when writing this. My husband ordered the super Greek and wasn’t very impressed with it. I built my own pita and order it like I normally order my pitas and wasn’t impressed as well.

A placed I used to frequent weekly. The food is consistantly good but year after year, as the items go up in price, the food options go down. This is a clean store that seems to be struggling. I hope it hangs in there but sadly due to the expense, added upcharges for things that were once regular options and removal of other basic items, this has moved from a weekly visit to a once a year check in to see if they are still afloat. It is still worth a visit if you haven't tried it as you won't know how great it once was. The food is still good as you choose from their basic sub style ingredients on what you want added to create your own option after you choose your meat.

The sandwich (pita) was quite delicious, I would order it exactly the same way again.

The Pita Pit is a hit! The very first bite was a flavor EXPLOSION that nearly made me wreck my mail truck! Unbelievable flavor in this fat boy pita! They'll stuff this freaking thing with whatever you want too! This human baby sized pocket sandwich is warm and chewy, plus all that melty feta is top notch! My face fits in this thing! What an experience! All this yummy food and under $10! PINCH ME! Get up here and put your face in one of their pitas! You'll be glad you did!

Friendly staff, fast service, fresh food. Best restaurant when you want to avoid greasy or heavy food.

The Pita Pit on nine mile Road in the Publix shopping plaza is top notch!! We got the steak fajitas and the wheat Gyro and they were fantastic!! John and Ashley were so helpful and made wonderful suggestions on how to customize our order.

We love love love it!!! There's something for everyone.

This is a renovated store. Everything looks modern and clean. I prefer Pita Pit over other deli places because I can have onions grilled. Staff is frequently asking if you want to customize your pita and have made nice suggestions. No complaints from anytime I have had lunch here. I come here once a week usually.

This place was really good. It was so fresh and delicious. This was a last minute decision to come here ans I'm so glad we went there! We had the gyro wrap on whole wheat pita. Delicious. I wish we had one close to home! We will definitely be back! Edit- the only thing I would fix is dusting the ledge beside the tables. The rest of the store was clean and the lady behind the counter was nice as well.

Had previously been in to Pita Pit once and enjoyed meal I got. Went in today, ordered my food and felt/noticed the girl on the grill seemed annoyed/bothered by me or some- thing else. However, she prepared my food as I requested and I went to my table to eat. While sitting eating my lunch I hear the same girl who made my food (Audrey or Aubrey) telling two other prople behind the counter "I don't feel good, I feel sick." To which the man she was talking to sent her home 😷. Maybe next time she should be the one on the register instead of touching/making customers food? Or perhaps she should discuss her illness in the back room so customers don't hear - kind of makes ones meal less appetizing. Sorry - but truthful.

Love the customization of the pita. Even if it's not on the menu you can make it. They also offer UWF student discounts.

The delivery service is awesome. One of the few places in Pensacola that delivers. It can take about an hour though, which is a long time to wait for something you could pick up yourself in 10 minutes.

Fresh wraps made to order are excellent here. They have a double meat option, but I don't think it's really needed because the wraps are big. Gyro with peppers and olives is my personal favorite.

Customer service is great here and at the mall. My son and I have been trying to eat healthier without compromising taste so now this is my favorite restaurant.
