Just a gem of a family business! The owner and staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food is fresh and delicious and clearly made with love. They went above and beyond— they take care of their customers like family. Local treasure!

Ran into the Pita Pocket gents at Waterfire tonight, I will most definitely be going to the restaurant location soon as the gyros they served tonight were AMAZING. The garlic sauce is insanely good. So I really look forward to trying other items from their menu. Definitely gotta try the grape leaves too, they ran out tonight which tells me they're delicious

Authentic food and super-friendly service. Have enjoyed the wraps here but never had the grape leaves until recently: yum! Don't be put-off by its location; unfortunately, it just makes it easier to drive by and miss out.

Really nice spot! The falafel is flavorful/fresh with a nice texture. I also got the fries, which were light and fluffy and sprinkled with something that might have been paprika? Very delicious, whatever it was.

I ate here for the first time yesterday and just WOW. I got a falafel wrap and fries: the falafel was so moist and flavorful, light years better than most of the dry bland falafel you find everywhere else. The wrap tasted so fresh with bright notes of fresh yummy cilantro. I even think the pita was hand-made. The fries had a tasty seasoning too. Everything was absolutely delicious. The folks were also very sweet and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

I have come here a few times now and every single time I am treated with the upmost kindness from all of the workers. Their manners are amazing and make sure to thank us each time we order food. My favorite plate is the chicken gyro plate and I devour it every time! it is just too good! The owner has been kind enough to let me try other items on the menu which all have been excellent. I can tell this family hardworking and hospitable. They truly take pride in what they do which is rare to find nowadays. The owner is so kind and friendly sometimes I come here just because of them! Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent atmosphere. I love this place.

First time stopping here! We had salad, falafel, chicken wrap. Everything so fresh and homemade! Owner is very friendly and informative. We have also purchased food….including baklava from his wife and daughter at the farmer’s market in Tiverton. So delicious! No idea they were husband and wife. We will be back!

This is my favorite place in Barrington. Not only is everyone welcoming the food is amazing. Very fresh and flavorful. Everything I come here I feel special the service is through the rough! I'd highly recommend trying the home made falafel with hummus 😋.

We stopped in after having their stuffed zucchini at Mount Hope Farmers Market which was absolutely delicious. I’m usually not a lover of stuffed grape leaf, but I had them here and they are really good, so if you are a fellow non-stuffed-grape-leaf-fan type of person give them a shot here. We had a couple of plate entrees and everything was really really yummy including the baklavas. We can’t wait to come back soon.

Walked in for the first time last week and had a chicken and falafel gyro. Not only was the food fantastic and Halal, I have not met such a good man in so long it was as if I was speaking to an angel. Highly recommend!

I really love this place! Tonight was my first time dining here and I was very pleased. I look forward to going back. The food was fresh and the service was friendly and excellent. The restaurant was very clean and spacious and the menu had a lot to choose from. It’s nice to know there’s a place where you can get healthy homemade food that is not from a commercial chain restaurant. I think they put a lot of care into the food they serve and into the restaurant itself. I’m excited I have a new place to go when I work in Barrington. I had hummus and falafel. It was delicious. The hummus was very creamy and seasoned perfectly. My son had a grilled chicken wrap and our friend had the lamb plate. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. The prices were very reasonable. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you Pitapocket restaurant!

I visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience with the owner! I ordered a steak & cheese sandwich, some baklava (that his wife made and it was delicious!) and some bubble tea which he let me try as he was making it to ensure it wasn't too sweet. I highly recommend this place as it has so many options to choose from and the owner is just so friendly! They've earned the 5 star review 👏

Chicken Gyro and beef gyro unbelievable good.I am not gonna tell anything about falafel, salad, and side dishes, you must try them. Lastly Baklava is the best I ever had in my life( Of course after my mom’s 🙂) Additionally Bubble Tea is amazing. Can you imagine a small place all this options with friendly and mindful owner. What else would I want?

(Lower Your Expectations) I had high expectations b/c of the 4.8 rating on Google, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. We ordered 3 different platters: Kofta plate, beef & lamb gyro plate, and a burger w/fries. 1) The kofta plate had meat that was dry (not good) and the seasoning was fine but not great. The rice was plain/dry and nothing special. Also, this came w/small salad which was fresh & good. The tzatziki sauce was runny and it lacked flavor. Overall this plate was disappointing. 2) The lamb & beef plate was more moist and flavorful than the kofta meat, which was a good thing. But not that much better This dish was served with fries which were good, but the plate overall was not anything special. I have lived overseas for 10 years and I’m familiar with what good mediterranean food taste like. The food served here was just AVERAGE, and this rating is being generous. I prefer the plates and gyros served at East Side pockets in Providence near Brown University. The flavor and moistness of the meat is much better. To Recap: the service from the workers was excellent. But the food was not terrible nor is it great, Just Okay.

Best experience me and my daughter have ever had they have a brilliant selection of Boba tea ! Ect and the food is PHENOMENAL clean fresh non greasy all legit !!!!!! Truly our new personal favorite and the owner is a class act and a true gentleman you feel like family when you eat here !

My partner and I stopped at this locally owned restaurant for a quick bite eat during our bike excursion. What a treat! The owner is extremely friendly and inviting to his family owned establishment. We ordered the beef and lamb gyro and baklava. This is the best gyro and baklava I have tasted! Our food was fresh and made right there. Tender meat, nicely seasoned, and the perfect amount of food. The baklava is sweetened to perfection with nice proportions of honey, nuts and pastry. Baklavas in the past were either too gooey or too sweet. The owner was so sweet to send us home with a few more pieces of baklava. I only have picture of the Baklava. The gyro "disappeared" into my mouth before I could think about taking a picture. Please support this business. They also sell their food at Providence's event, Waterfire.

The food was absolutely delicious. I mean really really really good. I had the lamb and beef gyro and the baklava, both were super tasty. The owner explained that he uses only the fresh ingredients marinade and he makes everything in house. You could tell because the flavors were incredible. The proprietor is also a wonderful human being, kind and patient—rare qualities to find these days which also made the experience all the better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My favorite gyro wraps in Rhode Island! I've only had them at Waterfire but they're very delicious and fresh. Operated by a father and son team!

$11 for a falafel sandwich isn't bad, but the guy doesn't even ask if you want what he calls "toppings". I'm not upset about it, its just odd-- I've been to a hundred med food places and I've never seen one run like this. I guess "toppings" are things like hummus and taziki--and No Tabouleh!? Did he just run out? Also, the wrap was too dry... cooked on a grill-- never seen that before either. Baklava was pleasantly different! Just an odd experience, not unpleasant.

We have small talks every time I visit there and it makes me feel like home. The food was incredible as well! Everything was freshly made. Highly highly recommend! Would definitely go there again.
