Ordered delivery to be CONTACTLESS since 1) I have a huge dog that does not allow visitors into or near the front door and 2) I can’t open the door and handle him at the same time with just recovering from a shoulder injury. This is for the safety of BOTH of us hence the reason I ordered it this way. The driver stood outside my front door and made us go out to sign for the food anyway. This made for a difficult situation. Don’t ask if we want a contactless option if it isn’t going to be one. GG’s my friend.

Ordered pizzas for a party with a meal deal of: 2 LG pizzas, cinnamon sticks, and a 2 liter soda Then added: A LG pepperoni And a free medium birthday pizza When the driver arrived, we only received the first meal deal and not the 2 other pizzas. I call the store and ask what had happened as the receipt got and the receipt online were different. Was told to try it again, that maybe they were booted for being different than the promo? Tried ordering just the free pizza but needed a minimum amount to get delivered. I decided to add the LG pepperoni since we wanted one originally anyways. The second delivery is only the pepperoni... Call again asking why the birthday pizza didn't go through and was told to try again. I explained how I needed a minimum amount to make a purchase and was told to call the 800 number. So in total, I spent $70+ for 3 pizzas, cinnamon sticks and a soda...I'm just confused why the app isn't adding things correctly and it needs to be addressed. I love pizza hut but this has been a frustrating experience.

I ordered 2 new Chicago tavern style pizzas and except cici's they are the worst pizzas I have ever had. That includes frozen pizza. They had the appearance of a frozen red baron leftover that had been sitting in the fridge for a day (which i would still prefer over this pizza). It had very little cheese, sauce and toppings. My 4 year old only eats pizza and as soon as he saw this pizza he gave the all done sign and wouldn't touch it. They wanted to charge extra for parm cheese and pepper packets. The only upside is the drive through. Pizza hut is now bottom of the barrel for me and I recommend a frozen pizza or one of the many good pizza places over them.

ZERO IF I COULD- first of all every time you order online, it’ll charge you but then the order won’t go thru. So we call - first person puts us on hold without a word after we explain the issue; 30 seconds later she picks it back up, denies the last minute even happening ( called her out for being rude) then we explain the situation a 2ND time and immediately get hung up on? So he calls the number right back and a completely different MAN answers?? Idk are y’all scamming peoples cards or something?!?!?!?! How is someone else picking up your store’s calls???! !!! Cuz the 3rd person claims there isn’t a female working there? So explain that… and why am I getting charged without the order even going thru ?!?!?! 🤔

I see that I left a great review for this place a few years ago but tonight I did not have such a great experience. My issue is that I was confused by the app when ordering the large NY pie it looks like from the photos that it comes with pepperoni so I did not add it. My wife took it back once I had gotten home with it and found out it didn’t have pepperoni on it. They added pepperoni and ran it through the oven again which ended up with an over done crust. I spent over $32 which included a $3 tip for me picking it up at their drive through window, and it did include a medium cheese pizza and a chicken bacon ranch melt that were both pretty good. I suppose the mistake in the order was mine as I feel the app was a bit confusing. I attached a photo and the NY Big Slice Pie shows a personal pan pizza although I am not sure why. Anyway, after paying $13.99 for a pizza I wasn’t happy with, I think I will continue my frequent pizza business with Domino’s and their $7.99 large pie.

Very skimpy on the ingredients. Go to a real pizza joint.

Worst then frozen school pizza. Insane this place is still open...they didn't cut any of the pizza and the wings only had sauce at the bottom of the try......

If I could give no stars I would.. pizza was cardboard... after a long day out in the heat today and not wanting to cook dinner we decide fo order 2 lg pies 1 just cheese (literally they forgot to add sauce) and 1 lg pepperoni... both were super dry and lacked any flavor... the box had more flex to it then the pizza.. very disappointed to spend $40 on pies and not be able to eat them. Probably not go back to this pizza place again.

Our pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. It wasn’t at all what we ordered and what was on. It was all clump together and not at all spread out on the pizza… TERRIBLE!

This North Port Pizza Hut is never consistent. It was pretty good for about 3 months, until just now. I picked up my personal pan pizza, and it was not only a mess, but still raw dough. Looks like extra cheese galore, which I didn’t order, and very stingy on my pineapple topping. Inedible.

Used pick-up window cannot comment on atmosphere.

Randy at the North Port location was completely awesome. The website wasnt processing my reward nor was the app. Neither way would work but the manager Randy was willing to help me out and take care of the problem in his own way. I will definitely keep using this location even if only for aolid customer service! This is the 2nd time the app/website has screwed up but the first time I mentioned it and he was on top of it.

Worst pizza I think I’ve ever had. Very little sauce on the pie. The sausage was spread on the outside of the pie. The inions were almost non-existent. The dough was heavy and not good. Pie seemed “old” by the time I got it home and I picked it up on time and was home within 10 minutes.

This is a delivery/take out location only. It's currently being renovated so it appears like they aren't even operating. They were very understaffed and I kind of felt sorry for the woman running the place. The pizza was Pizza Hut delicious so great job under those circumstances.

I love mushrooms on my pizza and my guy accommodated me quite well.i had a personal pan smothered in mushrooms and the pizza was cooked and hot..He was very upbeat and nice.. Id go back in a heartbeat! Kathy Lew

First PIZZA HUT pizza in about a year and a half. It was excellent. Pan style... was cooked perfectly and still piping hot when I got home. Cinnabon Mini's were perfect addition.

I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese they sent me a regular pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. It was undercooked. The breadsticks were cold and stale. I ordered garlic sauce and they were out. This has happened last 2 times i have ordered from them.

Seems as if Pizza Hut must Micromanage every slice of pepperoni.. if I order a Pepperoni Lovers pizza I expect more than 10 slices of pepperoni on a large pizza 🍕 ... skimmping on toppings is PETTY !!

I ordered a Super Supreme Thin Crust...contracted salmonella...spent nearly 3hours in my bathroom...I did get a refund however...Davis was VERY understanding! It was supposed to be my birthday present dinner from a friend. Jokes on me

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the pizza was literally paper thin like there were cracks in it because it was so thin 40 dollar order and a dilivery tip for nothing.

I really hate leaving the bad reviews, but enough is enough. It's not the first time my pizza wasn't how it should be. I have been ordering pizza from this place before couple of times, I understand that sometimes they might be busy, short staffed, and some pizzas don't come out how they should. Yesterday was my last time I ever ordered pizza from this location. The pizza price went up, which I understand because prices of everything went up. My pizza had barely any toppings on it and was not cooked long enough. It tasted horrible, also there should be an option to leave a tip after you receive your pizza and not before, just like at Starbucks. I always leave w cash tip but they didn't deserve any yesterday. I am super disappointed ☹️

Have called this pizza hut several times in the last week to order, they immediately place me on hold and never answer. Always end up happening to hang up and call back and they place me on hold again. They don't even give you the option to ask for a manager. Very poor customer service for a place that only does carry out and delivery.

We have ordered delivery from this pizzahut for over 5years..last night I wasnt happy at all...there was a couple pieces Missing from our pizza.....why?would someone do that?

One of our pizzas had either no cheese or very little of it on white sauce, it was hard to tell, but definitely noticeable in the taste.

Wish I could leave no stars. They told us they would deliver. Then while waiting for our food . Calls us and says yeah we don't drive 5 miles out ur way. Ur foods ready come pick it up. Mind u that was about the 5th phone call to fix an order and make sure they would deliver

Picked up a large pizza with Beef topping last Saturday and when we got home we found out there was no beef topping at all. We checked the receipt and found the beef topping was listed on the receipt. Contacted Pizza Hut customer service to bring it to their attention with no response.

Ok so I've ordered the bbq beef pizza from here 3 separate times. All 3 times it's been made different. I love the bbq beef pizza and have eaten it all across the country. These guys have no idea what they're doing and should take it off the menu. Pure sadness

Ordered two pizzas at 5pm at 5:20 got the notification my order was out for delivery .At 6:15pm it still had not arrived I don't live far from the place a mile maybe but i was tired from work and my wife gets up real early for her job 5 minute drive at most 10 minutes if the traffic lights get you .So we call our order was marked as undeliverable no call nothing .I'm going to risk a guess that its cause we tip cash tip not tip on the web order .Drivers loss I tip well and ultimately Pizza Huts loss as in the future I will order from one of the dozen other pizza places.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed with the Detroit style pizza. Can't compare to a Detroit Buddy's pizza or even a Little Caesar's. It in no way resembled the one in TV ads or the one online. It was not thick and crispy around the edges. The sauce barely covered half of the center of each piece. One piece of pepperoni on each piece was a joke. The drive thru area was not well lit and hard to find.

Put more of the mushrooms and black olives on the pizza.

The food was exactly what I ordered, hot and delicious...as always. I would give a better review if you brought back the sandwiches I always loved.

Best pizza hut location. The same man is always at the window and he makes me smile. Nice to get a genuine smile or laugh from someone to brighten your day up.

Lower the prices..... to charge almost $5 for delivery is nuts then plus tip. Total was at $39.18 which is high just for 2 pies
