Horrible customer service, they were all rude on the phone and would not let me make and order

By far the best location I've dealt with in Omaha. 178th and Pacific location.

Why is this store never available to order from?? It’s beyond frustrating that I have to drive another 2 miles to the closest Pizza Hut because this one is never open.

Never open and the only location in the area. Is it that hard to run a Pizza Hut store consistently well?

I made an order for delivery with the app on my phone at 6:18. Everything looked good on the app and the tracking info was showing it was in the oven and would be delivered around 7:08. Around 7:30 I decided to call the store to get an update on our order. The recording on the phone said they were closed. Then the tracking disappeared on my phone. No one from the store ever contacted us to let us know what was going on or that they were closed. The app still took our money for the order. I wouldn't recommend ever ordering online from this location. I called corporate to get my refund because every time I called this location it was closed.

The two pizzas we ordered were less than half way cooked. Basically dough. Not sure how it happens to one, but to two?

This pizza hut is not customer friendly. It is very rarely open. Delivery isn't always available. Items I can order at other places, like stuffed crust are not often available. Worst is that mobile orders, don't tell you any of this until order is completely placed. Wish this would close down so a better location could deliver in Elkhorn.

This is the best pizza Hutt I have ever ordered from,I'm from mid Missouri and ate at alot of ordered from alot of pizza hutts in Missouri and I tell u this pizza hut wasn't only the best pizza ever had but the fastest and the most friendly people I have ever talked to I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

🤣🤣Don't waste your time!! Place is never open yet always taking orders online. You call, no answer. Email Corp., they say the store will contact you,but never does. I gave up and moved onto Marcos. Better deals and best part, I ACTUALLY get my food lol.

Wish I could pick zero stars. I placed an order online around 2 in the afternoon for 5pm so my young daughter and I could eat. at 530 I called just to check in on it, and I got an automated phone message that the place is closed? I check my bank account and they definitely charged me for the order. I call customer service and they couldn't give me an answer as to why it would allow me to place an order to a site that's closed...at 5pm on a Saturday I used to love pizza hut but this is the absolute worst experience I have had. Not eating with them ever again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I places an order online and was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called the store to find out where my order was but the phone just rang and rang. The online portion said they were still working on my order. I waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I called the store back and it said that the store was now CLOSED. My order was never delivered, I never received any cancelation when they decide to close for the night without following through on confirmed orders. AND my Credit Card was still charged for the order I never received. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever had from a restaurant before.

I ordered person pan pizzas for our team at 4 pm “when they opened” for 830 delivery. Plenty of time to put in an order!! At 615 I get a call that they won’t accept my order and SHE HUNG UP ON ME when I asked if she knew of a different location. I am absolutely appalled and understand why stores are closing their doors. The WORST customer service EVER!!!!

My food was burned and made incorrectly. I was given the option for store credit or new food delivery, but the expected delivery time was over an hour and a half. I chose store credit. The delivery driver couldn't find my house and spoke very little English.

Absolutely horrible area coach named barb. The most nasty rudest hateful person I have ever met. Good luck to any one who ever chooses to work there . I see now why pizza hut can't hold employees. The area coach ignores her staff and takes every hit below the belt that she can. Would never work for this company

Horrible management that does not prioritize their workers at all. The General Manager regularly will vape in the store and avoid all cleaning and prep duties leaving it up to the 2-3 works they have left. The rest have quit. I would not recommend ordering or working for this location.

This place has been closed almost 2 years now. I can’t get the other Pizza Hut locations to deliver to my house even though they are 2.4 miles away. Close this location completely so maybe the other locations will allow me to order delivery. This is RIDICULOUS.

You are ruining my life. Apparently this store will never come back. Cool. There are 3 other pizza huts in a decent proximity to my house that I can't get delivery from because whatever situation you guys are in that gets you listed as "temporarily closed" on the pizza hut site. Just close the store. I want deliveries again. JFC

Very skimpy on the toppings. Some pieces of pizza had only 1 or no topping pieces.

The restaurant did a fantastic job. The web site i got confused meant to order a thin cust but some how messed thing up and order a pan. Also thought I order wrong but I did not.

Thin crust taste and baked just right. I could not get any wings because they were sold out but the pizza more than made up for it. I will order the same the next time.

This particular location is the closest Pizza Hut to my house, so thus becomes the one I get deliveries from. I typically order online and then have them deliver. Wait time is usually around 30 mins, which seems really reasonable to me. I've been ordering from them for a little over 2 years and (knock on wood) they haven't gotten an order wrong yet. I have, on occasion, order carry out and then picked up from the store. Each of those times have been easy transactions with friendly employees.

Ordered ahead 4 pizzas for a specific time and they nailed it to the minute. Much appreciated when you're on a tight schedule.

The pacific street location is my favorite! Pizza is always on time and customer service is great!

Pizza tasted really good, but took forever. Said 20-30 minutes, but took 45... not a big deal unless your standing waiting with a starving toddler.

I had a large online order delivered last night. There was a mess-up with the online discount I was trying to use, and I couldn't get through on the phone (they were apparently really busy last night) before the order went out. Also, my extra marinara sauces were not in my order. I spoke with the manager Devin today, and he went above and beyond to make it right. I will continue to order from this location based on the customer service he gave me.

This Pizza hut location is pretty good. I've only had one issue over the last dozen orders over 2 years. I typically order through the app and they seem to get the orders and have it ready as expected. The people behind the counter have always been friendly and typically offer extras like paper plates and plastic silverware without extra charge. There are other pizza joints in the area, but I still choose this one. Only note I have here is to not expect to dine here. There are one or two tall tables with only a couple chairs, and those are usually occupied by folks that ordered at the counter and are waiting to be served.

For a chain pizza carryout place, this is one of the best. They are always friendly and prompt and will give you coupons if you don't know the specials.

Teníamos alas & pasta entregado a Holiday Inn donde nos alojábamos. Nuestra entrega puntualmente, sin embargo, no había Forks o servilletas.
