Older establishment but clean. Welcoming staff who acknowledged our presence upon arrival and thanked us for our business before we left. The food was really good. Best pizza we have had in a long time.

My go to Sub place now. I get the #4, minus bologna, add sausage. Delicious

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, soccer at Wattles Park Men’s Club, late nights mowing lawns with my brothers and dad, some days and Sundays just because, always the best pizza I’ve ever had. Tim has been here for a long time and I can remember him tossing pizzas since I can first remember having a favorite pizza joint. A local business you can depend on and should support. Top 5 all time.

It was a Sunday night. We were staying at a nearby campground and decided we wanted pizza. We wanted to eat in but we're told we couldn't. Our pizza crust was burnt so not very tasty.

Never disappoints, and with the addition of Hot Honey, the pizza just got even better, always friendly faces and a hello when you walk in, this is one of the Best pizza places in Battle Creek.

Longest serving pizzeria in the same building and same name 50+ years. Excellent choice for flavor and service. Eat in or takeout. Excellent cooks and staff.

I was having a moment for pizza you know the kind where the cheese is so good it stretches with every pull from the slice so I got on Google and started searching and found Pizza Sam's I pulled up walked in and seen them working that pizza dough I knew it was going to be perfection. I ordered the big daddy supreme pizza 12",cheese bread and the large chef salad after one slice of pizza,one piece of cheese bread and a lil bit of that salad I was ready for a nap. All in all I give a 10/10 staff was friendly, food was amazing, atmosphere perfect. I definitely recommend this place and will stop by on my next visit. I'ma Mississippi girl.

Ordered a pizza because the power was out. Was ready to pick it up and couldn’t get my garage door to go up manually. I called to apologize and pay for the pizza over the phone. Told them to just give it to somebody, instead she asked where I lived. I told her and she offered to deliver it! I was totally surprised, what awesome service. It was still warm and delicious as always. Can’t thank them enough for this over and above service.

Loved this place the first time I went, it's been hit or miss since . First time I had a BLT I had a lot of bacon the second time it barely had any on it. The key is to make your items the same every time if possible. This place is too inconsistent to frequent. And it's too bad because when they're on they are on but when they're off they are off.

Awesome pizza! However Google says they are open at 11 am, this incorrect. The restaurant does not open until 3 pm. The below is not true. I was at the restaurant at noon today 3/23 and the restaurant was locked and closed.

Pizza is always under cooked no matter how well done you tell them you want it, shouldn't have to take it home & re-bake it

My husband and I came in and the young man who took our order was very friendly. I wasn't very hungry but was told I needed to. My husband ordered for my son and father in law and I saw the Baritza under salads and ordered it. I was very disappointed when I saw it wasn't a salad. It was extremely greasy and burnt. I'm not going to stop coming in over it but needed to express my disappointment.

In the BC area for work. First time visiting and ordered an All Meat to go. This pizza was loaded. Very good flavor. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good pizza.

The BEST in town! Aside from the amazing pizza, salads and subs, the staff is amazing! We’ve never had an item or special request skippered or questioned. Even on New Years Eve, our takeout order only took 20 minutes! We are so lucky to have found this spot!

Very good, privately owned pizza joint that puts out a really good product. I’m not a fan of most chain pizza places. This joint reminds me of my youth and working at a private label pizza business. The staff was friendly, pleasant and fast. The pizzas were tasty, hot and cheesy. Fresh toppings placed with care. I’ll be back.

Pizza Sam's is where we celebrate after the Post/Franklin Neighborhood Community Garden is done for the season. We have pizza n soda, n sometimes get a box of Post cereal as well as a thank you from the Post Foundation, who helps make this Garden possible by helping with funding. All the volunteers put in sweat equity to up keep the vegetation n flowers that are planted each season. Pizza Sam's owners n staff make our event a delicious one, as they do up everyone's request of pizza yummie from the first slice to the last!!!!🍕🍕 I can get a veggie pizza n others can have the meatiest pizza pie all are cooked to perfection. As far as the question of how much spent per person, I can't answer that one as 2 people shared a pizza their way. Another 2 also shared n yet another 2 shared, I'm only one who had my own pizza because I don't eat meat n the other's all do, n others don't do mushrooms. Price's are good n the pizza's are worth it n the variety offered or create your own pizza pr sub.

This is my favorite pizza in town! They have great customer service, reasonable prices, delicious pizza and cheese bread, and a laid-back atmosphere. It's welcoming and definitely recommended if you like a thin crust pizza.

I was in the area on vacation from Florida and wanted a place to get together with my grandblessings. Of course, Pizza Sam's came to mind. First, because they have the best pizza in Battle Creek and second because what kid or kid at heart doesn't love pizza? Well, let me tell you, after moving to Florida in 2013, Pizza Sam's is still the best pizza I've had in 10 years. There were 10 of us there, on a very rainy Wednesday night. It was very busy, but they were still very accommodating. The owner was still there, as always, working his butt off making the pizzas, and he had a few other guys helping him out. All of them were very nice and helpful. The price was right, and the pizza was great as always. A good time was had by all.

Wasn’t good at all for my first time. Plus I’m from out of town. I went because of the great reviews for the best pizza in the area. FYI..Sauté your veggies so they can cook through, on your heavy topping Signature pizzas. Great customer service tho.

Coming from NY it was hard to find a local establishment that is even close to the pizza there. Pizza Sam’s is NY pizza. Thin crust, crispy, great toppings, fresh dough, fresh mozzarella. Definitely the best in the Creek.

We were told this was “the” place for pizza in Battlecreek and it lived up to the recommendation! So amazing! If you’re in Battlecreek you should definitely check it out!

Hadn't had Sam's pizza in awhile. Just got through eating some and now I remember why I used to order it a lot. It was delicious, crust,cheese, toppings all were perfect.

This pizza is fire!! Real fresh hand tossed crust…nobody does that around here.

Amazing pizza, I love the crispy crust! Great atmosphere, I love the old school arcade game! Also, I gotta commend the employee of Pizza Sam's. While we were there, a lady pulled into the parking lot and asked an employee for the address so so should have a company come change her tire because it was flat. The employee not only provided the stranded lady the address but finished making the pizza he was working on then went and changed the tire for the lady. This was at 6:45pm, in Michigan, in January. It was a snow rain mix and was 30 degrees out. These guys don't only make a truly delicious pizza, they are amazing people who generally care about their community!!!

I have no idea how I have missed this treasure in my backyard. My neighbor mentioned Pizza Sam's, so we thought we would try it, (as we have ordered pizza from the same two shops for 10+ years), we we were not disappointed! If you like a "supreme" pizza, be sure to get their "big daddy"... there was NO shortage of toppings. The place was busy (a good sign) and we were greeted with a big smile. The environment was friendly and fun. We will be back!

The people that work here are super friendly, always a smile and a warm hello when I walk in the door. The pizza is great! Just the right amount of crisp in the crust.

Eric, Zach and Quincy were very polite and fun. Loved our pizzas but the turkey bacon ranch sub had little, unnoticable amount of Turkey

We stopped in for a quick meal on our way through Battle Creek. The cheese bread was perfect. The Taco pizza was AWESOME. The service was great, the staff helpful with the menu, and we WILL be back!

Pizza Sam's is the Best, their taste has stayed consistent since I was young. There's always more than enough cheese. People might complain of too much cheese, (if that we're possible). (When hot/warm- when separating and lifting your piece from the pizza the mozzarella cheese WILL stay connected with a long melty cheesy strand that has to be manually broken and piled on the end of your piece. The ham is cut into long thin strips that are all meat, no fat or skin. The quality is above most in Battle Creek, I'd say they stand closely to Sir Pizza and Steve's Pizza for Best Pizza Pie in Battle Creek.

While waiting for my food i could help but notice the two guys behind the counter ( not the one rolling dough and makig pizzas ) taking phone calls , touching doors etc and touching customers food , not washing hands AT ALL NOT ONE SINGLE TIME ! Unacceptable!!!

The BEST Pizza palor in Battle Creek Mi or in Michigan. They care about their customers and getting it right the 1st time.

There cinnamon bread is something no one else has around here! The service is always great!
