Java the Nut is my favorite smoothie to get! A delicious combination of coffee, peanut butter, and banana. Alexis is awesome and always makes delicious smoothies! This location is always clean and all the staff is friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Planet Smoothie today! Jazzy was incredibly helpful and made our visit even better. We ordered a small PBJ and an Amazon Kick with added peanut butter, and both were phenomenal! The flavors were spot-on, and the smoothies were perfectly blended. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks, Jazzy, for the great service!

I had never been to this mall before. I parked at the entrance and walked all over and of course it was a hot day in florida. Decided to stop in the storebto try a smoothie. I was welcomed into the store. There were 2 staff on shift. 1 at the cash register and the other making the smoothies. There was only 1 other customer in the store. I mentioned that it was my first time in the store and trying their product. There were no questions of asked of me like what I was looking for or how to decide on what I wanted. I picked up the menu and tried to decifer on my own what to do. I had asked for a few suggestions she kinda helped me out but really wasn't to much help. I decided on an item and also 1 for my husband. They smoothies were very good. Kinda spendy. I ordered 2 smalls and they were over $15.00 dollars. There were no thank yous or come again or have a nice weekend. I did say that to the staff and went out the door.

Planet Smoothie for the win! I got the Vinnie Del Rocco and the Captain Kid smoothies and both were AMAZING 😍 Tre was helping us and offered fantastic recommendations! He was helpful, energetic, and so kind. He welcomed us right away with a smile and took such great care of us!! Thank you Tre for brightening our day! 😊 Cheers!

The Berry Brazilian Acai bowl is so incredibly good. I've had smoothies from this location before that were delicious too. Everything is so fresh and customer service is top notch. Braden waited on us yesterday and he was great!

Completely run by disrespectful teenagers. It was a young man and young lady. The young man was very short with me and tried to rush me. I have never been to this establishment before so I had no idea what to get. I was browsing the menu because like I mentioned I did not know what they served and had not ordered here before, the young man tried to rush me to make a decision and was growing annoyed with me. Then once I ordered the young lady did not fill my cup all the way and dropped a cup on the floor and put it back. I do not recommend this business.

Just a little high priced but that's relatively too my wallet. Was great in every other way.

I’ve ordered online twice now, and the first time I ordered, (around 9:30AM ish) the front doors were both locked even though the facility was open. I had to make a phone call for him to let me in. Turns out, the guy was in the back scrolling on his phone, and my smoothie wasn’t even ready for pickup. This morning, i walked in at the scheduled pickup time (9:17 AM) and again, a girl walks out from the back with her phone in her hand. Smoothies weren’t even made. She was very rude also and didn’t seem to understand what the online order was asking for. Step it up planet smoothie.

I visited the store in Lakeside village. Lakeland Florida.And it was my first time in the store and I had the pleasure of meeting Trey and Vante . Trey helped me choose a mango pineapple orange sherbet smoothie that is absolutely amazingly delicious. He helped me choose by asking what were my favorite fruits and he nailed it with this smoothie. Thank you Guys ☺️

So this is by far the best planet smoothie in Lakeland and surrounding areas I drive at least 30 min to come here! Staff is wonderful and smoothies are Absolutely delicious!

I’ve been to this location now 3 times and there is no reason I should have tell or ask you to wash your hands before grab gloves or make my smoothie. Also not to touch the top of my or any cup. I’ve left b/c I witnessed some unsanitary conditions and handling. Very pleasant greetings but I won’t be back due the lack of proper hygiene and sanitation handling
