Ordered 24 chicken and they charge for two extra sauces. Smh. $100+ order and they can’t give a few extra sauces. Sad.

I don't understand why all of the local Popeyes have such horrible parking lots and drive-thrus. The service is not great, but it kind of fits for some reason. I don't know what I would do if I ever went to one and the staff wasn't rude and I received the right order. Just wouldn't be Popeyes.

Maybe it's just me, they do a large volume at this location so everything should be fresh. The biscuit didn't have that buttery flavor and it wasn't fluffy it was pretty much flat. Redbeans and rice, the rice struggles to stay moist, it's 90% rice 10% beans. It wasn't always that way. The chicken was half dry and half ok. The workers were all nice and hard working. Why does restaurant chains lack maintenance, and cleaning.

Chicken was dry and the drive thru person wanted to argue with me about drinks that was clearly on the recipet.

The manager should be trained in Costumer device skills, and learn how to use tablets and computers. Her attitude is disgusting.

Fast service. The food was plentiful. Very clean. Best Popeyes I've been to.

The service at the drive through was not bad.

Not pleased! Usually this location has it together, but about 30 mins prior to close I witnessed the General manager, and one other employee feeding a customers dog at the drive thru window. I am an animal lover, but that should not have taken place at the window. The GM had treats and fed the dog twice. It was very unsettling as I was the next car in line. I know the GM did NOT wash her hands. How do I trust that she didn’t touch anything with my meal. I know all restaurants have issues, but come on.

Wasn't the best, saw some decently unsanitary stuff so We would not be going back.

I love this place. Spicy chicken sandwich is the bomb. Red beans and rice is my favorite side anywhere.

Very hateful charged for extra sauce didn’t even give me any sauce all food was cold . Called to ask about sauce said sorry you can bring food back . Well I’m all the way home. So let me spend more money to return bad food.

Went to the drive thru. Chicken was what I wanted. Leftovers is what I got. I happen to like Leftovers 👍

2 Chicken Sandwiches and a large red bean and rice $20.00. Enough said for that highway robbery . Really ? bread and butter pickles on a chicken sandwich (without warning) The ants probably have type 2 DIABETES .Stop putting those bread and butter pickles on a chicken sandwich. Who's ever idea that was is NOT from the South. Bring Back Fried Chicken Livers and Hot Sauce it's probably cheaper than B&B pickles . When you add something to a sandwich it's suppose to enhance the flavor not tossed to the ants.

Ok well i made a takeout order for the family which was only me, my son in law and granddaughter. My great grandson is only 3 months, so he didn't eat.She had the 2 pc tenders which were awesome, my son in law and i had the chik sandwich and the buns were so soggy that they fell apart. Ntm the girl at the window was being basically yelled at by a man who was clearly her boss. I was embarrassed for her. It upset her so bad that she shorted me $20 on my $45 order. I gave her $100 bill and was given $35 as change. I felt bad for her already so i didn't mention the $20. Normally the service And food are perfect. Clearly this is what happens when a Boss intimidates the employees.

I ordered the 12 piece signature hot wings and I only received 6 wings. I tried to call twice and both times it rang several times and then goes to a busy signal. This is the 3rd time they have forgot something in my order

The signature wings were way to sweet and it made me feel sick a little bit and it was way too much for me

Drive through employee acted so bothered do their job. Didn’t give me utensils for my mashed potatoes and didn’t give me the fries I ordered. This location does not have room for me to check my bag before I pull off so it needs to be right the first time

Over the years this location has always been okay......BUT now it has really been disappointing and I feel like I have to say something. The food quality is just not been good the last several times I have gotten it. The fries were old, cold,and not fully cooked,and I just threw them in the trash. The rice in the red beans and rice was not fully cooked,crunchy and cold as well. The mac and cheese was way overcooked,greasy,and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. The coleslaw was okay this time. The chicken was okay, but the thighs looked like they had been cut in half and were very small. I really feel that I paid WAY too much for so little and such poor quality. I don't know if I will go back, what a shame.

Didn't receive what was ordered, Didn't have what we wanted and the chicken was very much over cooked and very dry. Sadly, Publix or even po folks has become a better option, even KFC. Each time gets worse. When a thigh is the size of the sauce cup and they say they don't control what comes off the truck, that means they don't care. SAD,SAD,SAD. BAD OWNER.

I ordered a 8 piece family meal with potatoes with extra gravy and Cole slaw. They first handed me a bag with a sandwich and a small box of chicken. An employee argued with me about my order. Finally they took it back. Handed me a new bag with just chicken and a potato. I called and the same employee argued with me on the phone. All I can do is shake my head.

The usual for me. I walk in and order a box of the spicy chicken and a side to go. This time red beans and rice. The mild chicken and coleslaw are very good too. The whole thing only takes about 6 to 8 minutes. The people waiting are lined up for the drive up window.

I love Popeyes. Only disappointment is apparently they no longer have the Cajun rice which had always been a favorite of mine.

I ordered online through the website because I had a very large order. I expected it to be ready when I got there and Gordon, the manager, explained they do not prepare it until the customer is in store. He and his team worked hard to get me my order and keep drive thru moving. Once I got home, there was not one mess up! I always expect something messed up ordering a large order and Gordon and his team ROCKED IT! This is what my niece wanted for her bday dinner and I cannot thank Gordon and his team enough! They worked together and communicate well. I manage a resort in Fort Myers Beach and having a good team is everything! Thanks again to Gordon and his team!

Great food but no more Cajun rice!

For comfort food you can't go wrong. Definitely prefer over McDs, KFC or Taco Bell.

Some of our food was cold and there was flies flying around in the dining room.

Why have chairs to dine in if the customers can’t come in and sit to enjoy the meal? Having to walk out the car in the with kids only to have your door close during opening hours.

I know times are tough but Popeyes on hwy 77 must be going bankrupt to give out portions like this. Not worth the $2.99 for the extra gravy. Go to any other Popeyes besides this one. The one on 231 is great.

2nd time I've ordered online for pickup and the order is incorrect when I get home. 1st was two 3 piece dinners and 5 strip dinner on receipt and paid for. Received two 2 piece dinners, 5 strip, and correct sides. Called restaurant and only got voice-mail. Never contacted by management. Next time ordered two 5 strip meals and the side items were incorrect. Didn't bother trying to call again. Will never go back!!!!

We like it spicy and they make it spicy for us and they're very good. We love the fried chicken I like the red beans and rice and coleslaw.

Seemed to be waaay too many employees behind the counter. Very little eye contact. I was a bit confused as to who was working where. No one at the front counter seemed to be concerned of a guest there. Until, from out of nowhere, an awesome and extremely pleasant older gentleman made eye contact with me, took my order, etc. That interaction with him literally was a third of the time I was standing at the counter just waiting to place an order, muchless to be acknowledged.

My boyfriend ordered thru the drive thru. I heard him say "They got that order wrong.' I figured it out when I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich .The order consisted of 2 chicken sandwiches ,12 piece of shrimp, and 2 small red beans and rice. I think sometimes when they don't have it cooked they just give you spicy when you asked non spicy. It keeps food cost down and things from being thrown away. (I'm assuming) Because at the end of the night it's slim pickens on what you can order. I know my boyfriend isn't stupid enough to order a sandwich so spicy Satan couldn't eat it. Also when ordering a 12 piece shrimp he got 10. Not to mention it was over 25.00 dollars.If the packaging is the problem that spicy is hard to know from non spicy then you may want get that fixed. This isn't the first time that this has happen when ordering a chicken sandwich from Popeyes .It just a matter of time there is going to be someone that has a reaction to that type of Heat /HOT chicken sandwich when they ordered non spicy....Just disappointed not mad

I don't leave reviews but it's just plain ridiculous at this point every single time I come through there in the last 6 months there has been wrong with my order or it's like kind of gross. The chicken you can tell have been dip back in the grease to make it hot I mean the inside of my box was disgusting and it's like not really edible and what's the point of asking me if I want sauce if you don't give me none this is the only Popeyes in town I ever have trouble with and it's like consistent I don't know if management is aware or if the problem this location is really gone downhill I've been eating there since I was a kid.

I hope the owner actually see this. I have been eating at Popeye's chix for 20 yrs. I got these (3) thigh's to go on 1-16, when I got home this is what I found. I called there and no one answered. I took my receipt in with these pics today requesting fresh chicken. I was meet with an argumentative staff that actually tried to justify these pieces. One was so small it looked like a chix wing (flat). They did ultimely give me 3 fresh pieces, I don't think they should have argued the point. After all I have never been there in the past trying to scam 3 pieces of chicken, JS.

Wow service was crazy backed up. Seems one little girl was running around trying to do everything. The manager on duty was having trouble ringing up order's. Alisha the young lady was even running to show the manager Patty on duty how to ring certain items up. One cook on duty where they say they normally have 3. I know there is a shortage of help every where but it seems if the general manager cared how their site ran I'd of never encountered such a sight. Food was hot over all. If Alicia wasn't there that day I personally believe they would of had to close the doors.
