I ordered online to be picked up at 3:17 .I entered the stall # when I arrived at 3:13 as I watch the car hop run out 2 other orders .i hit the red button a 3 x before I was ever acknowledged. And when I told them I had an online order to pick up she told me it was drive thru only. I pull up before two other people watching the CarHop deliver them food then be told that it's drive through only after I set there 20 minutes. Terrible customer service not happy at all

If you can't keep your bathrooms unlocked we just won't come here no more.

Ordered a mini sonic M&M blast on the app park at the stall and let the app know that I was there only be yelled at by the lady who inside saying that the stalls don’t work and it’s drive-through only with no sign posted to let me know that. We were sitting there for 15 minutes. I believe she could’ve handled it nicer. Were we going to the drive-through to pick up our order our blast is melted, I then ask if they can remake it since it’s melted the guy goes back inside changes the top and just put more m&ms on it handing me the same melted blast back. It sucks that they treat people like this like we’re idiots. All I wanted was a sonic blast to cheer up my daughter. She’s had a tough day. Thanks a lot you guys!

Felt very rushed and the service was very rude. Screens don't work half the time, and even if they do you probably won't get your food for another 30 minutes.

Ok I hope not to go back for at least 2 years or more. Another bad meal. Chill cheese dog with tots, tots cold of course, all the cheese stuck to wrapper. Total waste of money. Ordered side of groovie fries and sauce, fries were regular and no sauce in bag at all not even katch up. Sad so sad. I could go on but it was all bad and it a waist of my time to keep writing.

Arrived 20 minutes before they closed, and they refused to serve us, stating they weren't taking any more orders.

Went Sunday 8am. Staff said they were short staffed and would return soon. Spent 15 minutes waiting but nobody could take my order.

Your employee Meredith is an outright bully to customers on a regular basis and you do nothing. What a horrible place to ever visit.

Worst service I’ve had at a sonic drive though never go in the morning they are with close until 10:30am or you get crazy lazy lady at the drive though window those people need to be drug tested there they can’t work without showing how messed up they are.

Im on a bike at sonic trying to order food but their monitor I think it's broke so I am ok ill just go to the drive thru instead no big deal right ? Wrong .. I clearly spoken to theperson working the drive thru and she said I can't serve you at the drive thru on a bike so I clearly explain to her that I wasnt able to hear her voice on the monitor and she said well I'm not going to take your order in the drive thru and I said ok I'll go back up there and try again well wrong again while trying to get food a lady pills to the sonic drive thru and honked no response from sonic then they go to the window and honks again. Still no response from sonic how rude of it now I push to make order and then I wait to see if I can get food still nothing so I will wait to see if I can get a order15 mins and im still jot eveb had my order 4aken

Young girl at window does NOT offer your change back or give reciepts.

Beware drivers…these people including management are rude. They treat drivers badly. Expect very big wait times. Expect to wait on the patio for your delivery order even during bad weather and very cold temperatures. There is no consideration of how this impacts drivers and customers. Why would drivers want to accept orders from this business. I already stopped taking orders. Customers complain the driver didn’t deliver on time. Drivers make money on the number of orders they complete in an hour. This business pays for the delivery service that drivers are refusing to accept orders.

My picture of the crispy chicken sandwich and burnt fries speaks for itself. Spent almost $50 for 3 meals and this is what you get. Also I may add the long curly haired man who took my order was rude and was vaping in the store, the whole inside of the place was fogged out, MAKE THIS RIGHT Sonic in Lynn Haven!!!

I come here once a week on my lunch break, which is the only reason I’m making this review. I never have any issues, however today was a waste of my $$. I ordered through the app, checked in, waited awhile for my food to be brought out by an unpleasant worker and left. Once I opened the bag, to find my mozerella sticks fried - with NO cheese in them. I was confused? Also got 2 pretzels with 0 trace of salt on them. I think there has to be someone new in the kitchen because this isn’t typical. I was not able to eat any of my lunch.

There is complete discrimination and the Doordash Dashers do not bring the food to the car, you have to get out to get it but the other customers do take it to the car 👎🏼

Absolutely the rudest person taking our order. Burgers were not made like we ordered. When I ask for no onions I mean no onions. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to them. Sonic your customer service sucks.

Pulled into a drive in space, parked and pressed the button for service. No response, but I decided to be patient. 15 minutes later a truck pulls into the space next to us, presses their button and gets immediate service. Tired of having my time wasted.

They had me wait for an order that had two drinks only on it. I watch 6 family’s that came after me get their food and leave 30 mins for two drinks I didnt even get. I tried to get someone’s attention to ask what’s going on I heard someone but they hung up quickly.

Every thing was burnt. $30 waisted 😭

My wife and I got a sonic cheeseburger and our usual drink from here, they were both TERRIBLE. Plus the cheeseburger were like $9 each The lady that brought out our food was a grouch. Just the whole experience 1 star

I went throw drive thru today 2/28/2024 at around 5:38 pm one of the worker was Vaping and blow the smoke in the kitchen area I did not even get my food I just left. will be noticing the heath department. .

The food is sloppy and service has gone down hill as well. Used to be much better and I always receive the wrong order.

I didn't think they could get worse, but I was wrong. Corporate should really get involved. They are absolutely atrocious. This place has gone so far downhill that it should just close its doors. Between getting food wrong and people who shove your food at you without saying a word the entire time. It's just bad.

Can't find much on the menu that I like. Burgers are very thin and bland . Milk shakes are very expensive.

Okay came through the drive-in last night 09/26/2020 food was cold. No receipt was given with the food. Turned around to return the food all lights was off they closed. Returned this evening 09/27/2020 after calling the MOD he replaced our order after I told him I was bringing the original food back. Sad thing this replacement food was cold. He instructed me to let the employee know I was returning the food. Management should of fixed the food and delivered it to us. Management should ALWAYS, ALWAYS set and example for their team. I gave them a chance to correct the mistake it was just repeated again. I won't return.

Milkshakes are nothing more than ice cream in a cup. Impossible to drink through a straw, even after waiting 30 minutes. Shakes are improperly/ insufficiently mixed.

Night shift is ridiculous. The younger people are standing there eating food, playing on phones and ignoring customers so the elderly employee has to come up front to do their jobs for them.

Usually a great spot, but tonight my burger was burnt so badly it felt like I was eating wood chips. The tots were clearly not fresh and were too crunchy from being in the warmer

Never again sat at order drive up for over 5min waiting..pushed button twice. Could hear them pic up..even if broken they could have came out. Was right next 2 door. Gave up went thru drive thru and food Cold and shake a hot mess and chunks of huge strawberry

First of all it’s fast food… they are very slow always!!! Tonight I got a hot fudge sundae and it was melted. My husband brought it back and he was told that’s how the ice cream was coming out tonight… How about showing customers service by giving your customers a heads up and bout that upon ordering it. Customer service is really common since mixed with being thoughtful.

Horrible service. Lady running window on Aug 6th, 2023 at 10:30 PM was a complete and total jerk to us. Highly unprofessional. Gave us the wrong order two times and we sat checking it to make sure it was correct and then she opened the window and asked rudely if there was something else we needed. Then slammed window shut after. I felt like I highly inconvenienced her as a customer. Was very unsatisfied with this Sonic location.

I had my food in no time. It was delicious and the lady was sweet.

White granular substance all in my drink. Guy didn’t even wanna pass it to me. Made me grab it off the tray. Super weird experience. Never again……

This location is always slow for some reason even when it's late and there are very few customers it always takes a very long time to.get the food.

Don’t go at night! The employees don’t care about your food, my order mostly wrong and the ice-cream machine is always down at night. I think half the kitchen staff is high, the food tasted old and not fresh. The best time to go is earlier in the daytime.

Was absolute worst food you can get! I have been here twice within the past 4 months both times were very disappointing to say the least. First time I ordered large mozzarella sticks. Every single one was soggy, drinched in grease, and still halfway frozen. I just went there again today hoping for a better experience. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they were absolutely nasty. Cheese all clupped in the middle the egg was just rolled up and thrown in and had more tortilla than anything . I will not go back at all!!

Ordered ahead, waited about 10 minutes before heading to Sonic. Waited there another 20+ minutes for the food. No marinara with the mozzarella sticks, we indicated no ice in the drink, no onions on the burger, got both ice and onions and no lettuce on the sonic double cheese. My chicken slider, tater tots, mozzarella sticks all tasted burned or salty or something, it was like the oil was old. Then the milkshake with Snickers tasted off, the candy bar portion seems old, like maybe humidity got to it. Again, disappointed with sonic.

Cold half filled tots. Bacon toaster with burnt bacon half piece of cheese and nothing else, exploded cheese sticks. $40 dollar order and not happy. Woman at window very rude to her fellow workers. This is 3 rd time this location has been ridiculously awful. I will not be back. This location needs serious attention.

The guy that we had bringing out our food last night was the sweetest and so patient. The food was actually super fresh and tasty. I was shook that the corn dog was fair type quality and delicious!

JayVlin totally reversed the poor experience in delayed service I had after a mobile app last week. He was efficient. Expedient. And also kind.

Unfortunately I cannot give this location zero stars. Over the past few months this sonic has gone completely down hill. It started with customer service and now has trickled down to their food. Today I ordered 2 bacon breakfast burritos and I was so disappointed. The burritos were literally tossed together with hardly anything inside. The bacon was extremely burnt and the preparation was done with such carelessness.

This location used to be a top ranked store. Now it takes 20 minutes for a drink and grilled cheese and that was with a nearly empty lot. When they brought out my order I had to tell them 3 times I was missing the sandwich. pretty bad since all I had ordered was the drink and sandwich.

I ordered a super sonic burrito x3 and got a burrito with an egg, a piece of sausage and cheese. I take the order back because it was not correct and ask them to fix it. I received a half made order for the second time and burnt bacon real bad

We went thru drive thru for drinks, got the drinks, they were bad, sprite had evidently quit working. Pulled around to a screen and pushed button and told them the issue, they told me I had to go thru the drive thru again, where there were already 6 cars waiting for their orders. They could have easily walked fresh drinks out to the curb to us, they new full well the drive thru situation and assumed correctly that we would not wait in that line again. Every time I have gone there in the past year it has been a bad experience in some fashion.

We had a Butterfinger and a Snickers blast, and they were excellent. Pieces of candy in every bite, even at the bottom. Ice cream was smooth and tasty. I gave 4 stars because I had a difficult time getting my truck into a drive in stall. We went back to Sonic today (October 1st), and placed the same order It took over 20 minutes before we received our order. The ice cream was melting, and dripped on us and our seats Furthermore, the "blasts" only had the candy bar pieces on the top - there was no candy bar pieces mixed into the blast. We essentially paid $10 for two cups of ice cream. Not a happy camper. Three stars, because they were good, but not now. We tried Sonic again today (June 5) and ordered a hot fudge shake and a Snickers Blast. Food was great and the wait time and service was excellent. We were very pleased.

Service can still be improved here but I'm giving you an A for the improvement over the past year and a half. UPDATE 5-16-2023 : there seems to be a disconnect using the SONIC phone APP as when you pull in and put what Stall # you are at it shows you have checked in for a few seconds then someone inside clears the order. The last few times I have had to press the red call button to ask for my order and once had to call the store phone number (I was wanting to speak with a manager to see if there was something I was doing incorrectly) I was told it was the app by the server though and never spoke with a manager, funny how I go to other locations and the APP works perfectly fine...something is telling me it's this stores issue.

Tried to use the app to get half-price drinks and feed a family of three but since you couldn't pay with cash we didn't eat you should totally all her cash as an option to pay on the app

Speaker at the slots parking didn't work. Went through the drive through. Ordered a sonic blast but said they couldn't make ice cream. Ordered a cherry limeade. I'm not even sure what they gave us. This was my second attempt at a Sonics. Probably my last.

I’ve never had bad experience with sonic. But today I went by and bought me Oreo cheesecake shake and I drank it. It was sour. I got nausea few minutes after. I tried calling up there and nobody didn’t even answer the phone to talk to the manager. I would not be getting the shake again.. I’m very disappointed…

All I gotta say is after having a long night at work I just wanted some food. I wasnt aware that the stalls don't work after 8am. So I waited about 15 minutes seeing two cars coming and going through the drive through, I would assume someone would tell me that Id have to go there (as any other place) kimd of giving me the heads up, right? But that's fine, I was as friendly as always and as soon as I said I would wait for the ice cream machine to be done "setting up" (i ordered a breakfast sandwich and an oreo blast and she said it would take 10-15) the attitude completely changed towards me, after I completed my order I said thank you, as I was raised. When I went to pay got the window slammed in my face after she took my card, was looking at my phone and she just handed out the sandwich, once i grabbed it slammed it again, and she said she had to do a mixture on my shake, that my shakes consistency was going to be different because the machine wasn't reasy, I replied with "oh okay, than-" before i finished saying thank you the window was slammed again. Yet no one in the drive through but me. Now I'm afraid to touch my food thinking something might of been put on it because I believe i made her mad and I just wasted my money. 😔

Needed ice, and I guess the speaker was broken because they couldn't hear unless I yelled loud at the box. Then when I got to the window and had tried to pay they then mentioned the card reader was broke. Just inconvenient and wasn't a big fan that day..

If I could give 0 stars I would terrible establishment I went there for a quick meal I waited in the stall for about 30 minutes I pressed the button twice and i finally went through drive thru but that was a bust got to order and there were only about 2-3 cars in front of me yet I was still there for another 20 minutes but when I got to pay they got my order wrong but I just went with it and then even though they said I was waiting for fresh food my popcorn chicken was hard as a rock and the woman at the window was an absolute nightmare I asked her why my food was wrong and she just huffed and puffed as if it was no big deal practically threw my change at me didn’t give me my receipt and when I got home my food looked like it was thrown in the bag my fries were upside down and my burger was smashed overall I will never come back here and never recommend sonic to anyone.

Best fast food burger joint in town! The employees here are the friendliest, quickest, and helpful(est)! I’ve consistently seen the kids here go above and beyond to take care of customers. Thank you!!!

Was pleasantly surprised at how good the hamburger was and everything seemed pretty fresh. They do need to work on the surrounding areas as they're a little run down.

Second time we have stopped especially for onion rings. They do not have onion rings available to purchase.

Ordered (just) 4 drinks ahead on the app. Arrived 15 minutes later. Informed that I was there and waited almost 10 minutes. Then, I hit the red button to let them know that I was about to be out if time and that I had to leave. Waited another 3 minutes with no answer and finally had to leave to get my kids from school. I was ghosted for almost 15 min, paid for my drinks, and all I got was a waste of time. I'll have to figure out how to get a refund from the app.

Very inconsistent hours. 1 day the open till 10 next 12, next 11. I like Sonics but there hours drive you to go to the competition.

We went today at 11:30. Ordered 4 coffees to take to park. My brother goes here most every morning for coffee and has had issues with cold coffee. When ordering hot!! We’ll guess what ????we got 4 cold coffees. Being from England when we order coffee we get hot coffee!!! Very disappointed and my brother very upset. Wasn’t worth going back as we fly home today!!! Please ask staff to insure when serving hot coffee customers get hot coffee!!!!!

It's sad that my boyfriend is sitting almost 5 minutes at the call box for a doordash to walk to the door to see one girl sitting on the counter eating ice cream and on the phone people walking around after only attending to the drive thru, one talking to the girl on the counter and all he was waiting on was a sonic blast so he left and let the customer know the deal and doordash decided to cancel the order....so who is the real manager here

Asked for chili cheese fries, got cheese fries that were glued together with hardened cheese. Asked for a m&m shake, got a blue slushy. ...sigh ...

Didn't get my full order and what I did get it was all wrong.

The food late night is absolutely garbage. It’s like the employees just don’t care about the quality of food they’re giving out. The tots were cold, old, and hard. And the burger was just gross. Had to go back up there after getting home with it and demand a refund because I’m not gonna be taken advantage of or eat food that I wouldn’t even give to a dog.

It took 32 minutes to get through the drive through.

I got the shark week drink they did not make it right but still tasted good.

I ordered a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper with lime, to be placed inside a cup with great girth, to go to save on time. But, it was so tart that upon the first slurp, I was torn apart in a way that did not hurt. I felt my face cave into the straw which began my fall. I was sucked down the straw, body and all. I went down and around it's circumference which was very small. When I came forth from the straw head first, it was to a land unfamiliar to what we know as earth. The sun was a lemon and the trees looked like giant limes, th,at sprouted more limes from its foliage that dangled like vines. Soon I realized that the tartness of the refreshment that I earlier mentioned, transported me entirely to another dimension. A dimension where limes are as plentiful as the molecules in the air and sour is an abundant growth, that is harvested by the bushels, with great care.

Went for a cup of ice. It took forever. My friend finally got out of the car to just go get it. Always a bad experience so try not to go anymore.

i ordered a medium snickers blast, which was $8 btw, but the point is i went to take a big drink out of it and it was sour. horrible sour ice cream snicker shake.
