Can't rate anything else because I didn't experience anything. My husband and I came around midnight and was told in drive thru that they were only taking Door Dash orders. So we parked and placed an order. When it said it was ready we went to pick up and the drive thru automated system said they were closed and when we drove to the window the pets walked out. Thankfully able to get refunded.

We went to Wendy’s drive thru to get our usual 2 large chocolate Frosties for seniors. Young woman at the window said $5.77 and we asked if there’s been an increase in price as we were paying $4.49 for two. I gave her $6 ( 5 & 1 dollar bills) and received 0.23 change. Then I’ve noticed only one senior discount of $1.19 was applied and my husband asked the young woman why not 2 discounts when we’re both seniors?? She stared at us and kept saying with an attitude, I gave you a discount and refused to understand we were asking about the second discount. We asked for a manager and witnessed the young woman busy telling her side of the story to a manager. Manager showed up then without even asking our side of the story stated I can give you your money back if that’s what you want? When we explained to a manager what’s going on she stated that some employees are more lenient when it comes to bending the rules while others are not. This so called manager lacked the customer service or resolution skills. We got so upset over the stupid incident we gave back the Frosties and 0.23 cents (change from my $6) asked for our money back. A few minutes went by while the manager tried to figure out how to give our money back. She came back offering $5.77 and we told her it should be $6 as we’d given back 0.23. Again she comes back with $1 saying here’s your money and we told her that she’s short by $5, it took her few more minutes to finally figure out how to give our original $6 to us. It’s no wonder the team members are so poorly prepared under such so called manager. We’ll never go back to this Wendy’s or perhaps no Wendy’s at all going forward. In the end we gave back the Frosties and will never visit Wendy’s again. It was embarrassing and demeaning as customers and seniors.

Then this evening I got some spicy garlic Parmesan nuggets and when I got home I realized they basically threw the container in the bag and all the sauce spilled into the bad. The Lynn Haven store needs to make improvements all areas. I was 2nd in line for several minutes and the lady in front of me was upset because she had already been there several minutes without anyone even acknowledging her. I asked for the manager and she was right there. She hadn’t even greeted us. It wasn’t for the lack of employees, either. I seen probably 7 or 8 walking around and 2 on break in the lobby area. There were several employees over by the drive thru but no one at the counter. When I ordered the food came fast but it should have because I ordered a salad and those are made ahead of time. However, my salad was missing it’s usually cranberries and the apple chunks were slices, not properly cut for a salad. The atmosphere was not good either. It was not cool, kind of damp and stinky especially near the trash cans.

Terrible experience . Restaurant does not close until 1am . Arrived through drive thru at 10:50 pm and was told they are only accepting DoorDash and Mobile app orders . The lights for the restaurant were off in the front part of the store almost as if to make it look like they are not open . If no drive thru/walk in orders are being taken from the time I came at 10:50pm - 1 am that is crazy . Seems like just running the clock . Paid to chill until close .

Awful experience. Went through the drive through, they said no card, cash only. I asked if I come inside can I use my card she said yes. I park my car and walk to both sides of the resturant, both doors locked. Had to walk up to the drive thru window to get them to open the door. (Didn’t proceed to unlock any doors) Me and a family with kids walked in and waited at the counter while multiple employees walked around , no one walked up to us. Apparently the front desk lady was in the bathroom so we all left. Absolute joke. Upset. Disappointed in all of staff. Went to McDonald’s right after, great service, great food. Thanks McDonald’s.

Not always consistent with providing the requested condiments to go with your order even though you ordered them and ask the person giving you your food if they're in the bag and they tell you yes. And now they like telling you they are only accepting DoorDash only at 10:00 p.m. when the hours clearly state open till 1:00??? Also the mobile orders are going through on the app, and the money is being taken, so it is obviously not DoorDash only, and people are lying. Seems they become a hotter mess each month sadly. This used to be the good Wendy's, sad to say this happen.

I came to the restaurant at 10:00 pm and went through the drive thru and waited for 15 mins before I called the actual inside because nobody would acknowledge us.. I was answered by a manager and I still had to wait another 20 mins and my order still was not ever able to be put it because whoever is on the drive thru placed me on an additional hold and it was cars in front of me as well as behind me. Who had to wait just as long. I am highly upset and will not ever come to this location or recommend this location service to anyone again.

I'm not sure where to begin, other than to say I will never pay my money to this franchise again. NEVER. Cold food, once in a while can happen, but every time you get something from Wendy's, it is cold. Even the baked potato is barely warm and has been under a heat lamp so long it is completely dried out. This Wendy's is terrible and the staff act as though you're really putting them out by being there and placing a order. This has happened too often. I finally got the message. This was the WORST service I have ever had at a Wendy’s! Pulled up ordered food, the menu lights were out and couldn’t even see the menu… they were “out” of everything… people in drive through in front of me ordered online and nobody addressed their order so they had to go through drive through…. RED FLAG 🚩!! I proceeded with my order they took it then had me “pull up “ I sat there for 20 min. My son needed to use the bathroom… all doors were locked @ 8:25… meanwhile we continued to sit and wait “pulled up” no update! no nothing! 5 cars after my order came and left… I then called via phone #… then the girl asks…”did you pull up?!” Ummm..,. “Yah I been sitting here for 20min.!”… she said “ Don’t get an attitude, I’m not trying to here this!” Me neither! Finally 35min. After my order they finally bring outside and…..wait…. they didn’t even include the fries from the combo that was ordered! So then it was a matter of principle! It is funny that the owner of this Wendys on their owner response directs you to download the Wendys App even though everytime including today when I went there they claim that their system never works. This Wendys doesn't follow the App or claims its never working so don't waste your time, I went to a more reputable restaurant afterwards that is not shady. The night manager has to have the rudest I don't care attitude, even furnishing snide comments! Not professional to be mocking customers after they pull away, definitely not a good example for the other employees. Seems like you would want your management with a smile and putting forth as much effort to keep customers happy. Manager gave ZERO help would not offer me any information to a number I could call when I asked for one. The other employee seem great, but the night manager on shift on 3/15/24 at 9PM, she must hate her job? There are many options when it comes to where to dine... this one will have to clean up its act and quit false advertising, some of us don't have a choice to go but late at night and we don't deserve such ridiculousness... they used to have a lady that worked nights who was the manager (I assuming she worked like crazy) who was always great and now for about last 9 months this new person is awful and it is going to effect your bottom line I promise you. BOTTOM LINE: Don't visit Wendy's in Lynn Haven Hwy77 !!! Looks as if the owner does not care about their business seeing other people's responses to issues are all unanswered. Negative Stars ----- Go out of business or shape up.

I really wish I could give them 0 stars! I picked up food for a friend on my way to work and they sealed the bag since it was not for me I didn't open it but I did ask if there was sauce. The lady said "oh yeah I threw a bunch in there." Get it to my friend she can't even eat the food! Fries over cooked and ice cold, burger burnt and like nothing on it, chicken nuggets undercooked. My favorite fast food in town. This is a couple of blocks from my house and is my go-to place for a quick meal. The employees are always nice and helpful and appreciate their customers. I ordered $74 in food online and used 800 points for a free salad. My husband gets to the store and was told the order doesn't exist. I checked my card and it was charged. The store was adamant so I called customer service 800 number and they told me the STORE cancelled my order!! What liars! I realized as with every other problem I have with this store, they don't want to make that much food on a Friday night rush hour. I lost 800 points I can't get back and now waiting for a refund. I do recall this establishment having a Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo. And that is what I asked for. Well it must of been discontinued. Both times I bought the sandwich back because it wasn't what I order I never asked for a crispy fried chicken sandwich. Long story short I ended up losing $11. Visited again, this time went via drive thru. I like the brick building, it's simple and a pleasing aesthetic. The food was delivered quickly and efficiently, and the fries were salted. I ordered a 4 for 4 Jr. Cheeseburger, and I'm sorry I have no picture, I was too hungry. I ordered a Root Beer but I think I got diet because it had an unusual aftertaste I only get when drinking diet. That's my main complaint, but other than that really great service and food!

I hate coming to this Wendy’s and the one on 23rd street. I don’t know what is going on; they got either one person doing the cooking, the taking orders, etc. because waiting almost 40 minutes or more in line is ridiculous. And this has been everytime I have went since 2022. You also have to wait almost 5 minutes or more for someone just to ask you what you want over the speaker. Learn to keep your employees happy and maybe they won’t quit on you. Then we might finally get the service we should be provided.

Maybe need to teach the white lady cashier who usually is on late night shift customer service..never sounds pleasant over the speaker just like she hates working at Wendy’s (which she probably does) and you’re bothering her with your order. Update: just don’t go at all during the night shift I’m assuming that’s after 4/5pm? The day shift is much more pleasant and knows how to speak to people on the headset. It’s like 8/10 they put the rudest workers on the headset to take orders.
