Same situation happened to us today!!!! 😡 THEY DO NOT PRINT OR SPECIFY TERMS OF SALE, SO IT IS AS YOU GO? My mom and dad wanted the Sweetened condensed milk. The cashier says is limited to 4 cans, mom wanted 6. Dad says NOWHERE in the flyer or display says limited quantities. Cashier calls a manager, Dad shows manager the flyer....etc., she has the NERVE, and tells my Dad; " No esta en el flyer, pero lo digo yo!" 😡😱😡😱😡 Means...ITS NOT ON THE FLYER BUT I SAID SO .... .... 😵‍💫LADY MANAGER YOU WERE SO RUDE...... What a wasted opportunity to show your service! THANK GOD✨ not all Spanish Markets have people like this....Hope you and your family don't have to experience this EVER! 🙏

The cashier I dealt with was incredibly rude and refused to sell me a cake because the bakery was closed. Despite the cake being cold and eligible for purchase with food stamps, she insisted on charging me cash, claiming it wasn’t eligible. To make matters worse, she proceeded to talk negatively about me in Spanish with another coworker. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. It's unfortunate that a place I once visited will no longer see my business. I highly recommend avoiding this supermarket if you value respectful and professional customer service.

Don't go, I live in TN I always go to Orlando to visit family and buy supplies. I had my car full and when I arrived they took 10 pk Cafe products from me and left 2. I had already asked the cashier to charge me 2 and my husband another two. That's when the manager arrived with a terrible attitude and she took them from the cashier; While she was doing it, she said that she would take them, otherwise people would fill the cart with only as many products as they wanted. This market is Cuba and Venezuela in Orlando, Florida. For my part, I don't go anymore, I buy what I want because the money is mine and that's why I work for. No se Los recomiendo racionan los alimentos. La administración pésima me dio hasta pena con la cajera por que ella no tiene la culpa pero yo compro lo que me da la gana. La manager bien grosera para no decir otra palabra . Pongan cartel si quieren limitar los alimentos. Para eso me hubiera quedado en cuba a mi nadie me dice que comprar y que no con mi dinero.

cashiers are unfriendly, you give them a smile and a salutation and they stan still , but they are really good on telling you things that are not post it on the shelves when you wanna buy them....i was a regular shopper and used to send people there for the array of spanish products that they offer, but theres lot more places that you can do your shopping without dealing for people that are supposed to do there job and serviced the payng customers, but not here anymore, produce i found mold on some veggies that are pre wrapped, and bad lettuce and a fowl smell like bad meat was all over the place,i go like 2× month ad do my grocerys but last few times was like this...... sorry for this review but it was my experience there...

When go to the Cashier and I had Been check out, she Told me: .- WE HAVE RESTRICTED TO SALE “UNTIL 4” Sweetened Condensed per Person. I remember when this happened in my country and never expected happened here, When I checked the flyer DONT HAVE ANY NOTE OR NOTICE OF LIMITED QUANTITIES In the pictures the facts:

Excellent produce department. The vegetables and fruits are plentiful at a very competitive price. As an English only speaker, occasionally a challenge but there are English speaking employees if you ask.

It's high priced but the sale items are worth it. Too far for me.

Price are ok, customer service is really bad.

This is the second time that the same cashier goes to the register next door to help the other cashier and hers waits and waits... the manager is supposed to be the one to help the girls so they don't wait in line... .and also wasting time asking an adult person for ID for some beers...and talking and talking it is difficult to leave tired, stop to buy something for us, choose you for our purchases and find yourself with a useless and meaningless wait ....the manager should take action.

Unfortunately, a large part of the employees are not friendly or ask them something and they think that we should know what we are asking. I don't feel uncomfortable, so when they are serving one another employee comes and starts talking to him about work or personal things. They take away your attention and You deserve a little more respect. And I was realizing the attitudes also came from the managers. When there is a negative person, the negative tone towards the employees continues. It is unfortunate I marked it one star, but it's really negative 1. star

It was my first time going here, and definitely the last time!! They charged me for 4 bags of mandarins and payed $32 for the one bag I got.. I’ve been going back and forth trying to get my money back, and they keep giving me excuses on how there’s no one there to look at the cameras, because they don’t believe I only bought one and got charged for 4z.. the worst customer service, none of them know what they’re doing.. I keep wasting my time and gas trying to get my money they stole from me in the first place.. I’m really upset about that.

Customer service horrible. None. The last time the cashier was yawning while scanning the products . No word. Not even sorry . Very rude. This time I say hello and when this cashier finished I say thank you. No word spoken from cashier. Like I wasn't even there before and after paying. Got ignored. Terrible. I like the selection of products but will try to avoid this place .

Carribean, South and Central American food, Africans would also enjoy shopping here due to a variety of foods required in said cuisine. Great prices, even if traveling here from far. Deals can be found online. They just built a cafeteria, but I would not recommend it because sanitary practices need to get better. The fish and meat department has great prices, but workers who only speak espanish.

The General Manager is Terrible, she doesn't even say hello and leaves people with a greeting in their mouths.

The manager Daniela is not useful as a manager. I went to buy some things and she came out with a very rude attitude. They put something special and they didn't have it and the next day they cut it up and the product is in the chopper without limit and she came out with an attitude and He didn't want to sell it to me, I had to leave the cart with all the purchases. I hope the owner moves it, it's going to hurt his business.

Since there is no zero star, I have to give it 1 Star. The bad smell that exists when eAmen! This place is unbearable. It smells like damaged meat. Since it is the closest we have, I have to buy emergency things but the worst thing that happened to me was buying 2 avocados and then getting home to see that they were useless. When I returned it, they didn't even give us the courtesy of good treatment or an apology just because I couldn't find my purchase receipt. I'm sure that many people don't return just because of that. I only bought bread again and took the avocados to see if they would at least give me an apology, and if it was possible that they would refund the value or a credit, although as you want we went to something else that was to buy bread... I bought the bread and I gave him the 2 avocados, since they were of no use to me. We no longer return to this location due to lack of good customer service. They deserve a triple 0 for bad service!! Better go to Walmart, 20,000 times.

Disgusting place! Customer service is non-existent and meat/produce is either spoiled or rotten. All the vegetables I purchased were bitter, and had no flavor. The cashier was miserable and rude. This is the second time I come here and it's exactly the same, if not worse. I will never come back to this dump.
