These establishments offer a very varied range of products, distributed by departments: groceries, clothing, appliances, home, electronic equipment, stationery, garden and more. Therefore, it is very likely that you will find what you are looking for.

If you are going to change the oil, be prepared to waste the whole day!

Products in Walmart are way cheaper but quality are good.

This Walmart is great except it's truly overly overly packed. You either got to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon and by then God knows what you'll find but for the rest of it is pretty cool

I went for an oil change and there is never an appointment, plus the person who attends is very unfriendly

Definitely not the best Walmart to go to. I would advise others to travel a little further to the other locations. This location seemed to be more overpriced than the other ones. No inexpensive spoke English to help find anything and that’s if you can find someone.

Options to get Disneys products cheaper

Was a good store to find what I needed on my vacation. The staff was on point when I needed help also everything was in stock. That's my second year in a row going there when I was on vacation I had no issues. 2023/2024 done will be back in 2025

Ok so I feel like I have to leave a 5 star review for this Walmart. Honestly it’s been decades since I’ve been in a Walmart this clean and well run!!!! Wow I feel like I went through portal and landed on another planet. Everything was clean and neat and there were actual employees literally everywhere. They were even helpful! Wow is all I can say. The managers here are doing it right!! If only we had that kind of management at our Walmarts in Naples…

On holiday from the UK, we enjoy Walmart, there's always something to see, and normally something to buy, thank you. Although this location is in a tourist area or feels more like a local store

A complete market here in Orlando! It has all the products we usually use in Brazil, from cleaning, perfumery to oriental products! And with very reasonable prices!! I recommend it!!

I have a disabled father can. I could not walk around with him for too long. I was told there was no disabled shopping carts. Only 3 available in the whole facility totally unacceptable. I couldn't shop for a long time. I had to make my shopping trip 15 minutes or less. Due to my dad could not stay walking for a long time.

Place is a mess. Bathroom was disgusting!!! Won't be coming here ever again.

Today there is a lot of waiting to pay, not because there are many people, but because most of the self-payment boxes are not working.

These people in Walmart no matter which one you call nobody picks up the phone! Sad

Employees always on phones, never can help locate anything, state not my section. Employees shopping from on line, come around corners thinking you have to wait for them. Never apologizing when going in front of you just dirty looks. Dirty store, rude Employees no assistance.

My experience today was horrible at this location since the customer service is one of the worst that I ever experienced before. I had to do an exchange but the lady at customer service desk was rude and condescending to the point that she told me that she was so busy and she is not going to move to find the product when the product was in stock only that Walmart, also that if I want the same product I have to go to another location. After that I went to talk with one of the floor managers looking for help, but she was overwhelmed and told me that every time that she start working on something someone interrupt her. After 40min from time that I arrived to the Walmart waiting for someone to help me until she decided to stop what she was doing and call someone to get me the item.

What's in town for the weekend Park the vehicle go inside they have our vehicle towed parked in two spots in between the lines because it was a limo we were way out of the way of anyone else

Wonderful supermarket,.. I loved it!...

Don't go. It's trash. All Walmarts now are trash. Lines are horrible. Nobody cares. I think every worker there has a goal to close as many lines as possible, act like they don't understand you, or change as many rules as possible as you wait in the hours long lines.

Guys, let me tell you: I usually do my grocery shopping online to pick up first thing in the morning. The service is fantastic, very punctual ( no waiting line), friendly staff and good quality products. As I make many purchases for the Ministry, for a company and myself, I do frequent returns too and the ladies from the customer service desk are the best, they are knowledgeable, quick and friendly. I arrived at the place to perform an oil change on my car, and they told me that they would have me in a few minutes and made me wait for more than 2 hours, finally they never performed the service. The workers were rude and provided terrible service.

Hands down the best Walmart I've been to. Visiting from Australia & I bought a dud product from a store in Kenner - New Orleans. Long story short, trying to return the product to the Walmart in Gentilly Woods, New Orleans is the worst store I've ever come across. Be sure you're armed if you're planning on going there even though they have cops camped inside the store. The Kenner store, New Orleans is not much better. Both store managers lied to me & refused to help me. I've spent a week & a half chasing up customer service & visiting the original store with no progress. Walmart Vine St, Orlando - I cannot thank their manager Jose enough for taking time out to listen to my experience & help me straight away. He is a true asset to the store & the Walmart brand. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jose!

On jun 27 2024 at 7:14pm The walmart employee with curly hair standing on the exit, body block my 10 year old daughter from existing the store demanding to get the receipt from her. Racially profiling her, out of 3 people leaving the store he only block my daughter. Your not allowed to do that but especially not to a child. We just went out of self checkout and she was carrying the receipt in her hand. She feel intimidated. And told me she was scared. I didn't notice at first cause she was walking 5 feet behind me. If this ever happens again there is gonna be legal consequences.

I think that Walmart management do not training the employees, because it doesn't matter which store you are employees are uncooperative and evasive. The only attractive Walmart has is SOME prices. Today I had to wait a lot to pay because most of the registers were close, I went to the manager and he told me he didn't had enough employees. I told him about the self check registers and he insisted he couldn't do anything. That's the importance they give to the clients. Why have many self check registers if you can't open them. Walmart definitely is NOT A SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY. They are a net earnings oriented company. THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE TO DO IS TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE SERVICE ORIENTED. LAST TIME I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA, EVEN THE EMPLOYEES TALK BAD OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED AND BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A VOICE THAT MANAGEMENT LISTEN. HOW WOULD YOU EXPECT HAVING GOOD SERVICE OF DISGUSTED EMPLOYEES.

Never again, this is the worst Walmart I've been in a really long time. Many open things, the people who work there don't know how to help you with sizes, very messy!!!

There is no parking for trucks, this is when the same truck driver brings in the money for everyone. And that’s why he gets robbed all the time and that’s it. All TRUCK DRIVERS are very unhappy with this store

Terrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to electronics department to unlock something. They never even showed up after asking several employees for assistance. Most of them just walked away when I asked for assistance.

UPDATE: Services has gotten worst especially at the checkout counter. Only a number of self checkouts are operating. The only available lane are for Walmart + members only. OLD REVIEW: Huge parking. Good number of supplies. Friendly staff! The isles are not too crowded compared to other WalMart stores.

I hate this Walmart. They never have what you need. They prices be one amount on the shelves but when you get to the register it's a total different price. The workers don't know where nothing is at even if it's their department. There are always long lines and one or two registers open. The workers watch you and accuses you of stealing all the time. The workers are very rude.

I had the absolute worst experience at this Walmart location. The store was incredibly unorganized and chaotic. The aisles were a mess, with products strewn everywhere and shelves half empty. It was nearly impossible to find anything I was looking for. The staff were unhelpful and seemed just as lost as the customers. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, only to be met with rude and unprofessional service at the checkout. Overall, this Walmart was a complete disaster. I will never be returning and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this location. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Went when they opened needed a portable charger. Tried talking to two employees both ignored me and walked away. Finally was able to speak to ann employee outside of electronics and was informed by another employee, that they don’t open electronics till 7 AM. Why would they have that section open at all then? I understand that it’s early in the morning, but Basic customer service skills isn’t that hard.

Tremendous Walmart supercenter!!!! It is very difficult not to find what you are looking for. Very wide range of multiple products at a very good price. Attentive and friendly staff.

Unpleasant customer service, the sales girls in the tire area do a terrible job, the wait time was long and when they served me they were rude and unprofessional.

They had what you needed. The only problem I had was that they closed down one side of the registers when the store was super crowded.

As a Walmart + member I don’t appreciate the fact that although I’m able to prove my membership using my phone, I’m forced to stand to the side and scan every item in my cart using my phone so that I can use the “member fast lanes.” It literally is called a “member fast lane,” not a “scan and go” lane. What a complete waste of time and money on a membership that doesn’t save me any time or hassle.

It is a great place where you can get whatever you want from pharmacies, hardware stores, food, clothing, everything in one place.

It's a Walmart. OK for shopping. Where they've really gone downhill is checkouts. They recently redid it to have mostly self checkouts, which is fine, since it means I don't get punished by checkout clerks' errors. But now most self checkouts are closed at all hours of the day, and the line to get into the checkout area is as long as it used to be only during busy times.

Today, May 30, I had a bad experience in customer service in the engine oil change service for my vehicle, waiting 30 minutes to tell me that I had to make an appointment for the service

Come here in the daytime is good no problem whatsoever coming here at night is where the chaos comes in. The problem is almost the whole right side of the store is closed down they only have a few things open with one big line open which is on the left side with one line and the line was all the way back going towards the hygiene area. That's insane for someone trying to hurry up and check out and leave especially being out at night I don't want to be having to watch over my back if I would have known the way everything gets shut down at night I wouldn't have even stopped at the location.

11am and all the self-checkout registers are closed

I went to go return a battery I brought over a month ago didn’t fit my car at all. Was sent everywhere to only be accused of stealing the battery but I walked in with it just bc a man at the front didn’t sticker my item! Worst customer service ever!!!!! DONT GO HERE!

I have particularly gone because friends choose the place to celebrate a birthday and it is on the way to their homes. But nothing to do with the Miller Ale House franchise.

Reference in the repair of shoes in general (tennis, dress shoes, high heels, etc.) in Sobral. He also repairs suitcases (zippers, handles, wheels, etc.). I was promptly attended to by Mr. Batista, who is a great figure.

1 star review and I'll explain why. As of recently they're closing all self check outs and today on mother's day I came in to do some last minute shopping and have been standing in line for over 20 minutes to check out and haven't moved 5 feet because the line is wrapped around the front and there is one cashier checking people out. ONE. Absolutely absurd! Very very poor management / planning especially on a holiday morning. I've also had terrible experiences with the tire center at this location in the past and dealing with management goes nowhere as they seem to just want to argue. Truly wish someone from corporate would get (heavily) involved with this store ...

BILL the manager has to be the worst manager in Walmart history. Walmart should really reconsider who they put in their Managment roles because not everyone should be apart of the management team. I went to Walmart to pickup an order that was made via in store pickup. Upon arrival I was too early for my pickup time so i asked bill the manager if i can pick up my tv early and he told me to cancel my online order and purchase it in store because they are not allowed to do early pick up’s. I then walked to the back of the store to electronics and no one could find the tv I had purchased. I was now being told that my item is no where to be found. They check the back and the truck that has came in with shipment and the sales floor and they could not find the tv. I asked to speak to bill the manager again because I had become frustrated by the fact that I’m being told to walk back and forth around the store and no one knows nothing. Bill arrives and is annoyed and shrugs that he sees me again. He’s arguing back and forth with me and nothing is being accomplished. I’m a store Manager for a high volume luxury brand and would never treat my customers like this. I then told bill that I feel had he checked to make sure they had the tv when I first asked him this all could have been avoided but instead he brushed me off and just sent me to the back. BILL took that as an opportunity of instead of apologizing and acknowledging his mistake he says instead “ if I didn’t want to help you I didn’t have to walk back here and I could stayed in the front” well excuse me but as a manager to manager if there is a customer conflict it is you job to come resolve it whether you like it or not. So for him to say he didn’t have to walk over to come help me is ridiculous and rude. I then ask for the inconvenience to be given another tv for the same size and price. The tv I purchased that they lost was a 65 inch tv for 298 they had another for 396 also 65inch and when the electronic associate presented it bill IMMEDIATELY says ABSOLUTELY NOT. That would be $100 off I would have to do and I’m not doing that. I then said you know what it’s fine I’m leaving I’ve had enough and this isn’t going anywhere. BILL must have a soft ego and doesn’t like being spoken to a type of way and as I’m leaving the store bill says he can have me kicked of the store for calling him a d***. I felt he deserved that name for the behavior he had and how we was handling the situation. I then responded with that’s fine because I’m literally leaving as we speak. Then he yells across the store and says I can have you kicked out permanently. Mind you this is all because his soft ego and feeling were hurt. He threatened to ban me for this store because he didn’t like being name called. Well I didn’t like that he handled the complete situation beyond un professional. I don’t care to be banned because k will never everrrrrrrrr come to this Walmart again and I will tell all my social media and everyone I know to not shop here either. I’ve never experienced such horrible management in my 15 years of being a manager at any of my retail stores.

This place was very packed and crowded. They have a VIP line for members so that they can checkout faster and wouldn’t have to wait…..THAT LINE WAS LONG 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂🤣 save your money people. Overall my cashier was nice and professional.

I tried picking up a passenger that requested a ride, I was waiting for my passenger and security honked their horn telling me I could not wait at the front, I had to continue driving around until my passenger came out. Guaranteed they thought I left them because they could see I was driving away after I was only parked like 2 minutes. Thanks Walmart, great way to have your own patrons find another place to shop because of your security drivers being so rude and inconsiderate.
