Their upside down pizza and wings are fantastic!

Very disappointed, heard good things about this place so I specifically went there to check it out. With all the great pizza places around I chose Primos. The pizza was less than average, actually not very good at all. Literally threw half of it away. Bad flavor, way overcooked to the point of being burnt. Most likely will never go there again. As a follow up to my above post. I am changing my opinion because Frank contacted me personally to apologize and making no excuses. He offered to "make things right". He sounds like a great guy and I very much respect this kind of honesty and responsibility. We all know mistakes happen and just judging from all the other reviews, I have to think that mine was just an honest error. I have to give Primo's Pizza the benefit of any doubt. I will certainly go back and give it another try.

I asked if they could give me flat chicken wings instead of drumsticks, they did!! They are the best and the pizza rocked!! They only place we are getting pizza and wings from

The pizza here is incredible. We came in from Cleveland Ohio and we got the New York Style Pizza with fries. They put love into their food. No fake ingredients. My wife also approves!

Primo pizza has some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! So good, can’t recommend enough!

This place has some of THE best pizza and wings around. Everyone there is friendly and of the dozens of times that I have patroned there it's good every..single..time. Rather it's a regular ole pizza or upside down both are fantastic and for their wings I've had hot, medium, and everything wings and their sauce is mouth watering. I always order my wings extra crispy and they dont disappoint. Their everything wings might be the best I've ever had right down to the parm cheese sprinkled on the top. I've also had their meatball subs and even those are fantastic as well, the bread is really good and the meatballs are tasty. To be honest I cant say enough good things about them, if you havent tried them, do yourself a favor and do so right away, you wont regret it.

Primos is a hidden gem. Alot of the pizza around here is mediocre but Primos is low key way better. Crispy wings, great sauce, great upside-down pizza too. Nice ppl. Give it a try.

Recently have gotten pizza, wings and subs from this place and everything was excellent! Pizza sauce was tangy and delicious. Wings were huge and crispy and even soaked in sauce! Subs were toasted & had fresh crispy veggies!

Loved the food, the only drawback to this place is that they dont have dine in. But the pizza os crunchy, the wings are very crunchy and delicious! There french fries are wow! I wished they were longer (hahah they were kinda short in length). Overall will go back here again!

I got Hawaiian pizza style and I loved it , I really like the wings I get with no sauce so they dong get soggy and I get sauce separated . fries are good too .

Everybody loves occasional hair On your mutated chicken wings and so much grated cheese on the pizza it’s horrible RESPONSE… why should I have to contact the owner during business hours why cant I discuss this on social media the media of Utica and surrounding areas needs to see this that DO NOT come to primos pizzeria because employees should be enforced to wear hair nets and wear gloves which is a violation against NYS health code and there is other reviews that there is hair in pizza and subs chicken wings is a new level of hairy issues this was 4 to 5. Years ago the owner must not care about his establishment or the people if same problems keep happening #stophairypie

No place to sit that I am aware of. Very small. But just because it's small doesn't mean what's inside doesn't pack a wallop! The pizza is excellent! The wings are awesome but I come back time & time again for their antipasto roll!! Oh it's divine!!

I used to live less than a mile away from primos and I can honestly say it has ruined other pizza for me. I have lived in a lot of places and eaten a lot of pizza and I still have not found a better slice than at primos. If your lucky enough to be in the area get a pizza!

Absolutely delicious! Ordered the upside down pizza and 20 hot wings. The pizza crust was crispy, which I absolutely love! The sauce tasted fresh, the toppings (sausage, mushrooms and peppers) were plentiful and delicious. The wings were cooked perfectly and had a good amount of sauce without being too much! I had my order delivered, the delivery driver was very nice and was delivered promptly! Awesome experience.

Potentially the worst pizza I’ve eaten in my entire life. Over cooked. Plastic dough. The sauce tastes like it came straight from a wholesale can, unseasoned. BBQ wings taste like vinegar. I’ve actually tasted better gas station food. People are seriously just being nice with the good ratings. Must be locals or something. My two year old won’t even touch this cat food pizza. He spit it out, and he usually loves pizza night. Someone said it’s “full of flavor” on here. You know why? Because it tastes like biting into a bitter, raw tomato. Don’t believe me ? Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Actually going to order food somewhere else tonight after wasting money here. It’s really that bad.

Hands down the best pie around!! Staff is extremely friendly and its always a pleasure to walk into. I swear the they put something addictive in the food to make it this freaking good!! Prices are phenomenal as well.

Great pie, excellent combo price for pizza and wings. Wings are big, I always get sauce on side extra crispy, they come out perfect at home and reheated. Great staff. Definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Recently ate here for the first time and am very happy that I finally gave it a try. Got the Wednesday special of small cheese pizza and 20 wings for $17. Can’t beat that deal! So far in this area, I have tried pizza from Hot Off the Brick, Little Roma’s, Pizza Boys NYM, Tony’s NH, and Giovanni’s- I must say that Primo’s has been the best so far. The sauce is very flavorful, they use a high quality cheese and it is cooked perfectly. Frank and family also provide great customer service. I’m on a mission to try every pizzeria in Utica area, but I will definitely be back here again...

Primo makes the best pizza in central NY. We moved to Souht Carolina last fall and one of the things I really miss are the upsidedown pizzas. They are amazing. When we come back to NYS to visit I will defintely order pizzas from Primos. There is nothing at all that compares here in Bluffton, SC.
