Great quality produce and meats! Great employees. I love shopping here.

Standard Publix with a good selection of groceries but the understanding that every time you pay for your bill you're paying for policies that go against your very existence. Please try to use your money appropriately at the right place that actually approves of and supports your lifestyle.

Bright, clean, organized, baskets placed where you can grab them, and self checkout! Easy in and out, good produce, and most things are cheaper than a major competitor. And the parking lot has nice, big spaces, which I very much appreciate.

Clean fully stocked store. Had the most helpful, pleasant assistance from the meat man. Bought some yummy cheese, found one that was on sale and bought ham for some tortellini in place of pancetta. We chatted about my European trip-was refreshing, non racist, non automated, non AI. I always seem to miss the SR discount days-wish it or a military discount was everyday like my service was and seniority is.

This review is for the Deli department. Some of the deli workers are just plain rude. They look at you as if they don't want to be bothered. They give you an attitude if you ask questions or don't even bother to respond back when you say thank you. They try to give you anything just to get rid of you and go back to getting ready to go home. I have had a lot more bad experiences than good ones. Thinking of going somewhere else for my deli cheese/meats.

This store is always stocked with items you need. The self checkout is very useful these days!

Super bright, wide and clean aisles. Even when employees were stocking, they didn't take up the whole aisle space like other stores I've been to in the area. I was able to find everything I needed easily and the brands I'm familiar with. The pricing was that much more than where I'd been shopping so I'm thinking I'm a Publix shopper now. It's worth the price difference to have the items I want in stock, easy to get through aisles and check out fast and easy with 2 little ones in tow.

Store is always clean, well maintained and stocked but wow have the prices gone up here. Seems more significantly than some of the other places.

This Publix is my Publix!! I love the team there and how well the store is kept stocked and just looking great each visit. BOGOs make me happy as well. This location is ALWAYS my first choice.

Mother's Day weekend and absolutely overrun with shoppers but had plenty of staff and products. Management planned well. Picked up flowers and they still had plenty.

I will begin shopping other places. Publix has revamped much of their merchandise to conventional products; and, overall, Publix doesn’t cater to Gluten-Free, Organic, Natural-Based, GMO-free, etc. consumers. Most of the products I purchase are not carried anymore, or are replaced with conventional products. Pricing is probably an issue— some this stuff was marked up too high compared to other places. I really enjoyed Publix—great environment overall— but not much separates Publix from other stores now. Clean, yes. Organized, yes. Well lit, yes. Good vegetable varieties, yes. Maybe broaden organic, gmo-free, gluten free, natural-based product availability. Self-checkout is off-putting.

This is one of 3 Publix stores I visit. Easy access from home. Clean, helpful employees, great customer service. I visit this Publix to get specific items the other 2 stores don't carry, such as Xochitl tortilla chips with no salt.

Publix, customer service has been in a decline for several years especially the store. In addition to having the highest Priced groceries in the area now they have been in South check out. My husband went in there Saturday morning when they open at 7 AM at 7:15 they still didn’t have anyone ready to check you out. . Lady at the register said she wasn’t ready yet. It would be a few minutes. I knew when they put in self check out it was going to be all downhill afterwards.

Another well run Publix store. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the goods sold, and the store itself is very clean and well laid out. Shopping carts are always available. It is a pleasure shopping here.

Everyone is so friendly and super helpful. The employees go above and beyond for the customers and the food, groceries and produce are never a disappointment. I especially love that my kid can get a free balloon or cookie or fruit, and the cashiers give kids stickers! Best grocery store ever!

My wife and I pre ordered a Christmas Dinner Special of Ham and 2 sides. Went to pick it up at 3 pm Christmas Eve, and they first could not find the order. My wife showed them the order and was told they were out of the ham we ordered. After a more expensive substitute that was not sliced, she had to ask for the one they had to be sliced. The person at Publix was not very nice but eventually sliced it. and did not even offer a bag to carry the food in at first. Not a very nice experience for what is supposedly one of the best chains in the south. We will stick with Food Lion and Harris Teeter from now on.

I wanted to share some positive feedback from exceptional customer service I have received from Alicia the manager of the bakery department. I have ordered several cakes over the last couple years and all of them have been wonderful. Her attention to detail in each case completely exceeded my expectations. I used to go to gourmet bakeries specializing in high end cakes, but none of them have an Alicia!! In one particular case, we had a birthday cake picked up and all ready for our child's birthday celebration and we accidentally dropped the box in our driveway. Completely panicked, I raced back to Publix where Alicia, sensing my anguish, fixed the cake at a moments notice saving the day and more importantly the child's birthday!!! Her sense of compassion, caring and true customer service abilities are what make her such an exceptional Bakery Manager. I wholeheartedly recommend the Bakery and Alicia at Publix Cross Creek in Indian Land, Sc.

Love this place. Organized. Friendly staff. Great pharmacy staff and hours. They offer to assist you with groceries… or they used to. I prefer to take my own. Parking is narrow and people don’t always watch or can’t see … so be careful backing up.

I've been going to Publix for years. Like over 15! I started going on vacation in Orlando which I went annually while my kids were young. Then they came to NC/SC and to this day they have never asked me to take my groceries my car! I'm disabled and would have small kids in tow. So, no points on customer service especially being so high priced. Harris Teeter is my go to and the ask if I need help. Sorry Publix you need to do better.

My wife, Evelisa, and I are regular patrons of your store and have always appreciated the quality of fresh produce, meats, seafood, and cheeses at Publix. We recently discovered a product that holds sentimental value for us as a Puerto Rican household—“Pan de Aqua,” specifically made in Puerto Rico or areas with Puerto Rican heritage. While we typically enjoy a positive shopping experience, I regret to inform you of an incident at the bakery that left us disappointed. On the mentioned date, we found the "Pan de Aqua" out of stock. When inquiring about its availability, we encountered a lack of cultural understanding from the bakery manager, Alicia, and another staff member. The confusion began when my wife asked if they had "Pan De Aqua." The employee mistakenly suggested "Pan Sobao." After clarification, the bakery manager, Alicia, dismissed the product's existence, labeling it as "Latin bread" or "Cuban Bread" in a dismissive and rude manner. I attempted to correct her, explaining the product's details, but she remained uninterested and insisted on calling it "Latin bread." This interaction became uncomfortable and insensitive, as Alicia's remarks disregarded the cultural significance of the product. I later spoke to the MOD, Rob, who apologized and offered an alternative bread for free. While I appreciate the gesture, my concern goes beyond receiving free bread—it's about the insensitivity displayed by Alicia and her refusal to acknowledge the cultural distinctions between various breads. I believe fostering cultural awareness is essential in providing a welcoming environment for all customers. I hope Publix takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing cultural sensitivity training for staff members, especially in diverse communities. Although this store is going through a remodel still a good store. Always clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Only reason I can't give a fifth star is because they removed the healthy options for getting lunch and that's the salad bar.

A large variety of fruits and vegetables. The best potato wedges in the Carolinas. The prices are more to the high side. But they have quality.

New review: Very dissatisfied with the lunch meat. I ordered plain chicken and opened it to this photo below. Old meat stuck to it from the machine. 🥺 losing two stars.. 12/22 Relaxing shopping experience and just a beautiful store. Everyone is very pleasant. When I go dressed down or in work clothes , I don't feel judged. Debbie in catering is helpful, as is the bakery girls & guys, deli too. My favorite supermarket is due to the staff.

The bakery helped me find the perfect little cake with whipped frosting (rather than buttercream) and decorated it with "Happy Birthday." Those who got to enjoy the cake said it was delish!

New review here: I continue to visit this store because the products are good. Each department is stocked, and people are pleasant. Deli: They are working so hard, but flies were present around the counter, this past visit, which is disgusting, as flies poop as they linger. The meat machine continues to be used without cleaning the old meat off. Couldn't this be done by rotating machines? I like this store but have decided to take a break and go elsewhere. Old review: Please, CLEAN the meat cutting machine at least after every couple of times used. I ordered meat and flakes from old cut meat were on my order. This was several different meats. I was too shy to say something. It's just not cool, especially with prices so high. I could see blood on the machine, possibly from Roast Beef. Friendly service otherwise and good service.

This Publix in Indian Land is run really, really well! Stock is great and all their foods are very fresh. Prices are good, and the staff is friendly. Prices are very competitive too. Excellent family oriented Grocery store.

I was approached, right when I entered the store, to see if I needed any help finding anything. The girl then offered to help me get the items I needed. PUBLIX CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! I can’t find another store that comes close to matching it.
