One of my favorite groceries. Very big and clean!

Great produce section compared to other Publix’s, and has gotten much better recently. Very organized and clean. I met Ralph during my last shopping experience and he was so helpful.

Sorry for the delayed post, but back on Aug. 2nd, 2024, Tommy and Lizzie were EXCEPTIONAL Sub Masters!! Though their Publix location did not carry the Vegan Ranch Club on their sub menu, they went ABOVE and BEYOND making it. They were a pleasure to deal with and made the Vegan Sub PERFECT and DELICIOUS!! Thank you Tommy and Lizzie!! We live far away from your location but when my daughter and I are in the area, we sure hope to see you all again!! MaryAnn and Victoria

It’s a place where you can shop peacefully. Everyone is kind and helpful. I really enjoy this store. I heard they celebrated 5 years.

Best Publix in the area! Clean, organized, friendly associates and amazing management team. The store is well stocked and everything I need is always readily available.

I love this Publix. It's quick and convenient as well as having an amazing deli area and upstairs seating for the public.

I had heard it was fairly new so I stop in to shop.

I was in the store for 7 mins, and in that time, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance by 6 different employees. Really courteous and customer service focused workers there, and I'll visit again the next time I'm in town. Thanks 😊

I love this location! They’re so clean and organized!

Has what I need at reasonable prices. "Asian" section lacks variety, with some items costing three times what a dedicated asian market offers. It is convenient for daily necessities, and the produce is reasonably fresh. I won't be buying the $10 chili oil anymore when you can get a similar product, double the volume for $3 at the oriental market.

Big shout out to the deli manager JUSTIN. YOU SAVE THE DAY !!! I forgot to order my fruit tray in advance. I called in to see if they had any available and this kind gentleman said no worries. I can make you one and you could pick it up as soon as you'd like WOW You definitely don't see this customer service these days and I was blown away with Justin's customer service. Hats off to you sir. I definitely will keep all my shopping at the store thank you so much!

We moved from North Lakeland and shipped and Plantation Square. It was a great store but NOT so good on the sushi. This Publix does it RIGHT and I am so impressed. TY because the amount and quality is awesome.

Most things in this store will expire very shortly after you buy them and I’m talking about grocery items - soda, chips, etc. within 1-4 weeks. ridiculous that they can jack the prices up on something that has been siting on a shelf or in a warehouse for months on end.

Easily accessible from Hwy 54 or Ridgeland (Starkey neighborhoods). Well organized and managed. Plenty of staff to offer assistance.

I recently visited this Publix location and was thoroughly impressed by my shopping experience. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. But what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional customer service. The cashiers were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to the checkout process.

As the sun shone brightly in the sky, Aria and her grandfather Jesus Navarrete made their way to Publix Super Market at Starkey Ranch Town Square in Odessa, FL. With a list in hand and a determined attitude, they were ready to tackle their grocery shopping for the day. As they perused the aisles, they were thrilled to find many items that were buy one, get one free. With each item they added to their cart, their excitement grew as they calculated the savings they were making. By the time they reached the checkout, they had saved a total of 37 dollars thanks to the amazing deals. Aria and her grandfather were beaming with pride as they left the store, knowing that their smart shopping had paid off.

We had our wedding cake and a few platters delivered from this store, and Jill was SO friendly during our entire experience. We had to go in to speak with her a couple days before the event, and she was so kind and informative. She answered all of my silly questions, which made me feel less stressed. Jill and another worker safely delivered the cake with ease and perfection. I highly recommend going to this Publix for your catering needs!

Publix locations are always and uniformly consistently the best providers of high quality and considerate customer service that can be found anywhere in this country. This location is a smaller one on average and serves way more people then it is likely designed for. Despite that demand pressure, the management and staff maintain a spotlessly clean store and do not lack in the least bit on their service providing skills and efforts for their customers. This is simply a well-managed, quality staffed, and truly enduring neighborhood store that serves the public as a familiar and Beloved Community with quality and a unique dedication to customer service provided as an art form. You can't go wrong with any Publix and this is certainly a good one to point toward in that regard. Enjoy in good health! :-)

Smaller store, more aimed at younger tastes, nice deli area. Quick in and out

Ordered Cuban subs with a specific pick up time. I arrived a little early and my subs were waiting in the heated area. Evidently they ignored the pickup time and made them when I ordered them and placed them in the heated area. When I got home with them the bottom half (bread) was so hard you could not bite it. This was on both subs. Consistency is key and is not the norm for Publix. The next day they did refund my money.

Never disappointed, as they consistently do whatever it takes them to go over & above.

I'm 39 yrs old and out of all the grocery stores Publix has and will always be the best. Great meat, fresh vegetables and fresh fruits! Best deli (Boars Head)

Omg the biggest, cleanest, lunch on 2nd floor (or any meal for that matter) by way of elevator establishment with the MOST KINDHEARTED 🩷 AND AUTHENTICALLY FRIENDLY 😍 staff members - to name one specifically: MARISOL in the DELI DEPT! Not only did ahe take her time to show me around to all the yummy and different features/perks of this upscale "super" deli, she did so with a true passion and I could tell she really lives putting her heart into all the meals/yummy masterpieces she creates for the customers. She is one of the most authentically sweet staff members I had the pleasure to interact with at this amazing Publix! She told me about the bogo with the posted pic, freshly prepared banana 🍌 pudding - WHICH SHE MADE FRESH JUST FOR ME ON THE SPOT💛, the salad 🥗 bar option from sandwich 🥪 counter, the olive 🫒 bar, the cheese 🧀 station, and the prepared meals section! She gave me a tour of each area and really made me feel special!! It was the kindest any Publix staff member had ever been to me, and she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!🌟 Thank you to Ms. MARISOL for taking such pamper, individualized care with me! I can definitely tell that you genuinely care about my experience at your Publix and trust me, I will be back (even though it's a 9 mi drive) Your real service, and friendly personality made all the difference to me!!! With so many selections throughout, friendly staff, and a must for the hot meals. Especially for team lunches... the selection is varied, and prices are more than reasonable. Don't forget the cakes. Made to order and ready the next day.

Ordered a non-toasted Chipotle Chicken sandwich on multigrain bread and when I bit into it - felt like I was eating an extremely dry cookie. The bread was sharp and very hard to eat. Needless to say, I was unable to eat it all. Very disappointed because I like this Publix and have had some better experiences. See video and you can hear the crunching of the bread.

This is my favorite Publix, I love coming here on my lunch break and buying a bowl of freshly cut up fruit, then going upstairs to their Cafe lounge and eat. It's really cool. You can relax and look over the whole store.
