Jose the bartender was amazing!! Great service awesome attitude

I want to tell you that Jose is the absolute Best bartender and is so very kind and knowledgeable. The bar manager Oriana is also top notch and very customer oriented and very friendly. Over all this is an awesome experience and awesome food and atmosphere

Went here for my 10 year anniversary with my wife. Hands down the best lobster ravioli I have ever had in my life. Rachel was our waitress and was very personable and very knowledgeable when my wife asked what type of wine would pair with the grouper she got for dinner and she said it was amazing as well.

Slow service and weak pours. Not recommended.

I never review anything and honestly I'm doing this out of pure spite the service was terrible the food took 2 hours to come out i had to ask 3 times for my girls food to come out hands down worst experience of my life at a hotel

First night the server was great but the drinks were bad both nights we went. I’m not sure what happens in Florida but margaritas are made with tequila, not vodka. I ordered one and it was $15 the next was $18 and they were both bad. Someone needs to train these bartenders.

Daniel is out of this world amazing. We had the time of our lives. Thank you Daniel. You are so charismatic and truly care about entertaining your guest. We really appreciate everything that you have done to make our stay here at the Wyndham grand resort so amazing. We hope to see you again very soon in the near future. I also wanted to mention how amazing Oriana was. She was such a delightful experience and made sure we had a time never to forget. Thank you, Daniel and Oriana. I was only looking for something small for delivery to the room but, I wish I had ordered a whole meal from there! I got the Blu crab mac and cheese and it was the best I've ever had, it was absolutely perfect and the price was good for the taste and amount. I Loved it and will hopefully be back for more in the future.

Such great sushi and cocktails! Sat on the porch all evening watching the sunset and the fireworks at Disney. One of my favorite nights!

This is a diamond in the rough as you would only find this bar at Bonnet Creek at Grand Wyndham in the Disney area near the Downtown area. The drinks and the chocolate dessert were magnificent and our bartender made us feel like we were there for a party. So if you are staying at the Wyndham properties in Central Florida, go and visit Bar 1521.

Service was really nice and kid friendly. Food was a truncated menu from "Deep Blu Seafood Grille and Sushi" across the hall. Do expect to spend money if you stop here to get a bite to eat. We took the recommendation of the server and tried the Rajun Cajun sushi roll, which was a different taste, but a good one. The kids devoured the California roll as expected. Entree meals were the expected level of a Hotel restaurant. 2 Adults and 2 Kids ~ $110

The meal was delicious! I had sushi to start and then had a huge ribeye steak. Came out perfect medium rare. Service was great also!

Let me start by saying I had hi hopes. Wine by the glass awesome! Bartender was average. Ordered a ribeye it was over cooked. That being said it was still good! Would have loved to tasted it how I ordered it. Then ordered desert and never got it😔 I know this is a tourist hotel but when I pay 100 dollars for dinner by my self I really feel like it should have been better. I will give it one more shot with my family and maybe they can fix these issues

After a miserable day of flights getting cancelled at the end of our trip (Honeymoon) in April and scrambling for a place to stay, we ended up at the Wyndham Grand. We were tired, miserable and hungry. We went to Bar 1521 in the hotel and weren't expecting much. The service was great. The food was really good too. I had fish tacos and my wife had the burger and fries. We both had a couple of drinks. They do have some interesting beer choices, which surprised me. We were done and ready to pay and go up to our room when our server asked us if we were ready for dessert. We said we were good. He then asked, "What if you don't have to pay for it?" He knew it was our honeymoon and we had had a miserable day. We got the Warm Walnut Apple Bar: Bourbon, Caramel, Cinnamon Ice Cream It was soooo good. We ended up ordering another one the next day via room service. Shout out to Bar 1521 and the Wyndham Grand as well for making what could have been a miserable couple of days waiting for a flight, a small extension to our honeymoon.

Lian and Jillian were amazing. We showed up back at our hotel after a long day at Disney. Both servers got us into the busy bar quickly and kept making sure everything was great. The food came out hot and delicious and they even threw in ice cream because of a short wait we had. Over the top.

Was greeted by Michael, I had great service and a good overall experience. I would highly recommend this bar. The drinks were just perfect.
