S/A is excused by HR in the workplace. Managers offer promotions in exchange for intimacy with young women in the workplace. Management also promotes family members instead of by merit. They over work good associates and selectively enforce rules on anyone that says anything about their incompetent leadership.

This place went above and beyond the driver before me accidentally left his lock on the trailer and my blindass didn’t see it they have been super awesome and tried to cut it with no luck but amazing

Do not arrive to the appointment early. My appointment was at 8:30 PM. I arrived at 6 PM thinking I can be in and out it's now 10:30 PM. I have not gotten to a dock or anything no call no nothing.

I worked there for 21 years. I am retired now. There were great times and not so great. I have been blessed for the opportunity to have worked there and would tell anyone it is a great company to have a wonderful career.

Need better service and customer service

Sad to say, not every department in Publix is a great place to work. DO NOT WORK IN THE LP/SECURITY Department. It was the worst experience in my career and I use to work for the government.

It’s ok fast offload low parking space and gets real busy

I work there. Besides, Publix is a great place to work. This is my 2nd time around with them. I really like my job an the friends that I've made.

Delivered to Publix for years. ACROSS THE STREET. No problems over there. Now the Bakery Building 6 is a different story. Very small docks. If you have a W9 or a Pete, good luck Brother. I had to wait for the end dock. Don't even come over here if you have a Extendend frame you will have to back out. But the Guard is nice and sweet. The guy that takes you paperwork at the dock. Needs a Vacation. No hello, No nothing, Bad Attitude. Anyway I still like delivering here on the other side of the street. It would have to be a really good paying load for me to come back here to the Bakery side again. Hope it help. Please everyone be kind to your fellow drivers. Yeah it's a little bit tight but thankfully I had no other tractor trailers in the docks when I went (0730) and everyone is super nice, I left my wallet at guard shack and he sent someone to tell me. They were all so nice and quick unload too!

The dock of kinda tight back there, be on time and not real early.. not much room to maneuver a truck with a sleeper

El proceso de contratación de Publix es demasiado lento. Cuando aplicas casi un mes después recibes un correo electrónico para la entrevista. El hombre que esta el gate comiendo en horas de trabajo. Es una vergüenza. Si necesita un trabajo rápido, la mejor opción que obtuve fue en Amazon. El mismo día de su solicitud realiza unos assessment. Si los aprueba, le muestran los turnos disponibles, elija uno y luego haga la cita para la entrevista. Todo el mismo día. Vas el día de la cita, verifican tus documentos y luego la persona que te atiende te envía un correo electrónico con los detalles del día que vas a empezar a trabajar y el turno. En el mismo lugar y el día te hacen el drug test oral. La fecha de inicio depende de pasar el drug test, verificación de antecedentes y otros requisitos de empleo. Esperas al email que te confirma tu fecha de inicio y en menos de un mes ya tienes trabajo. La paga es mejor. Si usted tiene tiempo para esperar perfecto, pero si necesita encontrar trabajo rápido no recomiendo Publix. Esa fue mi experiencia. (Le doy tres estrellas porque la persona que me entrevistó fue muy amable y humilde)

Folks I came in contact with were nice got in 640 dock 710 started unloading 40 mins later . You have to weave your way in and blindside dock and yeah it's tight but doable and been in worst .

Publix employees are always so very nice and I happen to know they donate to a lot they help a lot of people so I love Publix

I do commercial/industrial pressure cleaning and the company I work for cleans a lot of Publix property. Great company!

I work for Publix and love my job. I go to the bakery cafe to eat sometimes when on the nightshift, nothing compares with anything with the Publix name on it.

No communication at all from inside employees and guard, very unorganized.

This place is full of drama and have favorite but as long as you know why you come to work you should be good. Tight parking
