Here at least twice a week. Great customer service. Produce is fresh. Great place to shop.

Great experience, this store has an upstairs seating area inside and out, you can enjoy lunch with friends in a relaxing environment. shopping is the bonus since it is a large store that is clean, friendly staff. I really like this location ,worth the drive to shop there.

Worse cashier who literally made fun of me for using coupons. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Love the setup of the store. I love Publix, but this store's employee's well cashiers and bag person aren't as attentive and friendly as other Publix stores. They only talked to each other. In fact, the only thing they said to me was the total of my bill and was plastic ok. Even though I was on a scooter, they didn't even try to help me out with my groceries. They just continued to talk to each other. Not the Publix I'm used to.

Store is very clean and well staffed. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. It truly is a joy to shop here.

The young lady with blond hair working customer service at 11:10 am. on August 8th wasn't very pleasant. Especially working behind the customer service desk. I'm sure she was probably having a bad day or even going through something I wasn't aware of. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But she should have been relieved of her duties and sent home and come back when she's able to be kind, helpful, less of an attitude, and a simple smile. I feel bad writing this because we all have moments, but my experience was not one I would expect from my favorite grocery, Publix.

Generally speaking I love Publix supermarkets, however my last several experiences at this locations deli have been the worst I've ever had at any publix location.The sheer laziness displayed was more what I'd expect out of walmart. Three of us stood at hot deli for 15 minutes watching a couple people work while 3 others stood joking and chitchatting before we were finally approached to be told someone will be right there before they disappeared. After another 5 I had had enough and left to get back to work so although it's conveniently close to work for a lunch stop I don't suggest going to their deli unless you have at least an hour because otherwise your entire break will be spent waiting due to incompetence.

absolutely unsanitary and just disgusted, was eating my sub when my tomato fell out i picked it up to see a bug on it. Completely unacceptable just ended up throwing it away. Gross.

The young man in the Deli was AWESOME! I think his name was Hamilton or something like that (I apologize), but whomever the young man was who worked the Deli, Sunday night around 8pm, deserves a raise and a promotion!! He really took good care of my wife and I.

Not the first time but this time was unacceptable, especially for publix. Pre ordered a sandwich at 703am for 735am pick up. Got there right on time at 735am. Sandwich was nowhere to be found. No other customers. They guy wondered frantically as if he were lost, saying "one second". 10 minutes later he finally makes my sandwich. Paid 748am. The cashier said she'll give me half off coupon, not true, she took off $4,(not half). Come on. Have some integrity and accountability. Do what you say you will.

My online sub order was scheduled to be ready at 7:00 pm today. At 7:10 pm, the sub wasn’t started. I left without my order. Now I get to be late for work tonight. 6/4/24: Deli failed again.

Beautiful new Publix! But of the 3 times I’ve popped in and decided to grab a sub the older ladies working the line are consistently unpleasant and SO slow. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them for asking for a sandwich and they’re making you pay for it by moving at a glacial pace.

The County Line Road Publix is my favorite place to shop. Publix costs more, but the quality of their store brands and meat is higher. It's always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. When I need a quick meal, their chicken tenders are always a hit at my house.

I have 3 publixs within 15min of my buisness ,needed a birthday cake for a 30 years employee , called the other publix at harden blvd explain they could not accommodate me that day. Called county publix line ,Miss linda in the bakery, so sweet and always helpful made it happen, very good asset to the company principles.

I had a hard time finding a particular it was a very specific specific kind of battery. And one of the cashiers was so kind to make sure I have that specific kind of battery I needed not purpose they had stop particular hard to find item.

I have mentioned to many employees, including managers, about the cut fruit being unripe, they continue to do this Fruit doesn't continue to ripen after it is cut, perhaps they need a refresher on when fruit is ripe

Nicest Publix I’ve ever been in. Will not be shopping at this chain anymore due to the outrageous, and constant, rising prices. I am not paying $19 for 4 rolls of paper towels. I don’t care how many sheets come in the roll or what brand they are. That is ridiculous. Customer service was excellent here.

I love the convenience of this Publix! So close to home, and I only take back roads to get there. The prices are rather high. Also, there is a dead zone for cell service around that entire area. So, if you're trying to use their or any other couponing app, you'll be disappointed. Needless to say, I go regularly in spite of the negative points noted.

This store recently opened 3 weeks ago. I couldn't been more excited. Publix prides themselves with great customer service. On September 2, 2022 Publix is still the number #1 place to shop. Unfortunately the prices are ridiculous. Today November 12, 2021. Where r the bags of sweet onions? April 10, 2024 My bagger didn't offer help out to my car.

Such a beautiful location. I am just a few minutes down the road, I shop at least 4 times a week (I’m addicted) The customer service is great, the store is always clean and well maintained. Thank you for being our local grocery store. Update: The deli service has decreased, you have to wait 20 minutes in line and then it takes 10 minutes just for one sandwich 😂 And the old woman are so rude I cannot even.

Always a pleasure at Publix. Nice clean store with friendly associates. Everything looked to be neatly arranged and stocked. There's always someone tending to their assigned areas to keep things in order. I'm sorry but you won't find that at Winn-Dixie or Aldi's. And you definitely won't find that at Wal-Mart. Publix is the premier supermarket in Florida and will always be in my book.
