Haven't been here for awhile. Great service tonight!

Food was great, to much to eat on lunch.

Service was really good. The person who made my burrito was nice and not stingy with the toppings. Overall good experience.

The people working on June 24th around noon were amazing best Qdoba employees ever! Our food was make quickly and smoothly and the store itself was very clean

Great lunch spot. Always fresh, and plenty of food.

Spent over $300 to cater a taco bar, guac was brown, lids didn't fit so salsa spilled all over the bag, 2 VERY small containers of shredded cheese, paid extra for queso cheese that was cold/lumpy and very thick (had to spread, not pour!) and missing 4 serving utensils...tried to call the store several times but nobody would answer the phone. OH and had to make a return trip because they didn't give me chips for the queso! NOT a great experience...won't do this again!!!

This location needs a good management who treats everyone the same and of she has racoaypr hate personality then she must not practice hereraviayand baised behaviors at work place because it damages the reputation of ty business

This location is struggling. High turn over and staff that doesn’t know how to make menu items. Multiple times I’ve had to describe how to put together items on their menu - I’m not customizing anything, just looking for whatever their current special item is featured on their menu. The location is dirty - there is food on the ground behind the counter, employees not wearing gloves/hair nets or hats, etc. Usually either lemonade or utensils are out of stock.

Just pulled up and it’s 7:39 pm on Thursday night and doors are locked. Employees inside staring at me. I can see one gal sitting at a table on her phone. Does anyone come to the door and explain why they’re closed early? Nope. Just stare at me and others who also walked up at same time. Was there a note of any kind on the door? Nope. This happened on April 11th. I’ll also be calling corporate to let them know.

This location always gets an attitude when you come in any time after 9:30pm even tho they close at 10 pm. Today I came and they locked the Door and said they were closing I said y’all don’t close until 10pm and she said yea but we are closed it was 9:40pm. How annoying! Lazy and Rude!

Never on time. Ordered couple of times - one had to cancel as we were told after 40 mins of waiting that the rice will take another hour.

Tried to get food all the doors were locked. People were inside and the hours online and on the door said open... Maybe next time post something on the doors if you aren't going to open when you are supposed to.

We had a fantastic experience at this location! The employees were very friendly and helpful! The restaurant was clean and inviting. I got the surf and turf bowl and it was excellent and highly would recommend it!

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Qdoba does not allow special instructions through app. Called Qdoba before placing order and spoke to a very nice employee. I asked the employee if I could get the queso on the side. I wanted to try it on my rice bowl, but didn’t want to cover the bowl in queso to find out I don’t like it. Employee said she understands and explained that they charge for a side of queso, but would give me a smaller amount to mimic what would be on bowl. She said she will keep an eye out for my order and put it on the side. I placed the order not even a minute later after our phone call. Received order and there is no queso on the bowl or on the side. Disappointed. Also discovered a hard chunk of gristle larger than the size of a black bean. Almost broke my tooth. Wanted to like it but I’ll stick to my tried and true, Chipotle.

Great Qdoba location. Went at 8pm and it was slow, but Tim at this location still provided excellent service!

You can never go wrong. Staff was well trained and things were rocking and rolling.

I've had bad experiences with Qdoba but this location was amazing. Whoever is running this location need to help out other location. I will definitely be back to this Qdoba.

144th & Center . Visit 10/26/23 approx 7pm. Not sure if there was a manager on duty. Crabby employees, crunchy rice, and dirty location. Will not be returning.

My favorite Qdoba! Very clean and staff is great!

It's not as good as Chipotle, but it's a healthier option when it comes to fast food. It's a bigger amount of decent food. The service at this particular location is very nice and helpful which is great. If you want to grab something quick that isn't a greasy cheeseburger or a soggy taco, but don't want to spend the extra couple of dollars for Chipotle absolutely try this place out!

Delicious, reasonably priced food with large portions! So many options and they don’t charge for queso sauce or guacamole!

I ordered a bowl. I ordered extra food and he did click his tongue to me. He said I can't do this to cashier. The cashier tried to close wihout glove. He touch my food without glove. I had worst experience ever at Qdoba. I can't belive. I go Qdoba often and had bad attitudes sometimes from employee however, this is worst. I couldn't eat food even I bought because he touch my food without washing hand after helped other customer payment. I'm sad I had to pay for it 16 dollar... I didn't expect great behavior at fast pace work enviroment however it is wrong to do click his tongue to customer. I will never go back again.

Ordered the chicken protein bowl. Supposed to come with double the fajitas and I barely got a pinch. Asked for more, had to wait for more to cook, no big deal but the rest of the meal was left uncovered for the few mins it took to cook the fajitas. Meal was pretty cold and wasn't much chicken put in the meal to begin with. Have always had good experiences here too. Just an off day I hope

You guys did the best thing and brought in an amazing area manager! So very helpful and a great team player! Will always recommend Qdoba in his area!

Liked it better than Chipotle, except for the chips. Some of the chips were LOADED with salt and some were soggy, not crisp. Table area could have been cleaned up better.

All the meat for the burrito was on one end of the burrito. It ruined my day. Love the flavors... they just need to shuffle the meat in. Let the jalapeños and onions get to know their neighbors.

One of my favorite places to eat. Wish there was one in Fremont.

Paid $29 for 3 tacos and steak nachos and a side of queso and chips. The queso was cold. The steak nachos had barely any queso, steak, amd toppings. The tacos are super small, and had very little chicken. Very disappointed because we like this place. Won't be back!

$20 for a burrito and drink. Got charged for double meat when I only ordered half and half. They're no longer giving straws however they've got thousands of individually wrapped plastic silverware, make that make sense. Won't be back.

This location has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever seen. 10/10 would not recommend, it was ridiculous.

Food was gross. The guy ripped my tortilla three times before just double wrapping it. Food was gross, I could say it ten more times and it still would be under stating it. $15 for a disgusting burrito and a drink. I will never go to any Qdoba ever again in my life.

Qdoba no longer has trays and for a mother of a toddler, this is awful. Their straw-less lids leaked no matter how careful I was or how tight the lid was.

Located a block from Hampton Inn, great food, friendly staff, lots of seating including outside, will eat there again if in the area

Very weird. We were only able to sit at a booth because they had to mop the floor while we at. If it was close to closing I would get it but it was almost 3 hours to close. Food was good and the employees were ok.

ordered the new surf and turf bowl that was advertised for $12.75. The lady working did a bait and switch and did a custom bowl without telling me the difference and my bill was over $16. I said I was unhappy and she said well you got 2 extra shrimp than I was supposed to. My whole family could eat at Taco Bell for $20. What a complete rip off:

This is my favorite Mexican, fast food restaurant in town. The food is flavorful and the service is most often prompt. I love the wide selection of choices, from the types of protein, vegetables and sauces. The food is rich in flavor and reasonable priced.

Have had previous poor experiences at this location but today was good. Gave 4 stars for the lack of freshness for the guac, cilantro and a couple other items.

Good burritos or rice bowls..they should bring back the ancho bbq sauce though. Chicken is ways good there.

I have a broken foot and the ramp is like 10 feet from the parking spaces and to the door is another 10 feet im on crutches I dont get around easy so not that handicaped accesible second off the seats were hard and unconfortable good food but never going again

Fresh food and the wait wasn't long considering the crowd they had.

Crusted quesadilla is undercooked. The cheese isn’t even melted, let alone crusted.

Ordered a DoorDash order and didn't receive silverware. I was working alone so I called and asked to pay for a delivery for silverware because I was working alone and unable to leave- the woman that answered said she was the GM and she was about to be off for the day. She insisted that she bring me silverware so I could eat my meal. ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service! I'd give ten stars if I could. I'm very appreciative!

I got my family burritos and my husbands had disgusting fibrous bone like things in it grossed yuck do not eat here

Got a burrito with steak and chicken there were what appear to be fibrous fishbones could have been fibrous pepper pieces or something like that I suppose. Point being this was disgusting don't eat here. They didn't even have drink cups available. Any manager in the world could have run up to Walmart on l Street and bought some cups for his customers if he cared. It's about going the extra mile. I figure this place is a lost cause

Got my order wrong. Understaffed when I was there.

The rice was hard, the beans were under cooked, the chicken was dried out. We spent $38 on two meals. Very disappointed!

Me and my buddy Jeff braved the arctic cold, so we could warm our bellies with a big Qdoba bowls. Tasty fresh, beany, meaty, creamy, crunchy, and steamy!!! It warmed my cheeks! I need to visit more often.

Been here many times. Really enjoy the food and the price isn’t too bad for the amount you get. The service is quick enough as it can get busy during lunch/dinner rush. I always see staff cleaning and picking up which is great.

I've eaten here several times over the past few years. The food is always good, the service is fast, the employees are friendly. The building is usually clean, sometimes after a rush the tables need a cleaning, but we expect that. The restroom is well cared for. My only complaint is the rewards program is cumbersome, most places just ask for your phone#. But here you have to go online and enter your recite#. How do you even collect from it? It use to be easier, I was a regular customer then. Now I only visit occasionally.

Good social distancing experience. I feel like the worst part of this pandemic is the no refills on drinks and the cups are never big enough. I love me sum soda with my food.lol great food and good experience

Gotti is so nice and the ambience (even during Covid) is wonderful. Wife and I went out to lunch and there is the same delicious food and service is extraordinary.

The food is so good and fresh, I had a taco salad, the shell was perfectly crispy and I love that you get guacamole included in your price.

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to review a chain / quick service restaurant but I had such a great experience last week with Andy and Goti (I think it’s spelled). They were in such good moods, enjoying their jobs and getting people to have fun / smile about their order. Nice change of pace that you don’t normally receive at fast food places. I also love that they have impossible meat now! Thank you for accommodating vegetarians.
