Our party had an incredible time at Rec Room following our gender reveal earlier in the day. We had about 20 people from the party join us out and there and there was something to do for everyone. I had an issue with the machine giving me too many gaming cards and the staff was able able to help me get my money back all the way from Naples, FL. highly recommend Rec Room!

Drinks were good, service was fantastic, the bartenders had good attitudes and are funny 😁 the games were fun as well ! Cool place 😎

So, we haven’t been here in months and tonight it was VERY different. Bartender didn’t know how to make a cherry vodka sour, both games I pictured took our money and didn’t work, also the first ski ball machine. Multiple games and the floor were sticky. And the bathrooms were um… interesting to say the least, And we witnessed 2 obvious drug deals go down… keep in mind this is daylight before 8pm… I would never bring my kids here. The place is falling apart and they’ve gotten rid of at least 5 games since we went in the fall. I do love they made tables out of the old tokens - cute touch but they obv should’ve kept that old system vs. charging for a disposable plastic card (they aren’t recyclable) Pros- could probably buy anything I was craving that isn’t food, free ping pong, free parking across the street on weekends. Cons- not eco friendly AT ALL and strange vibe.

good drinks and nice atmosphere. I played a few games, had a few drinks and had a good time, staff was friendly and attentive and the games were fun.

First time there was a great experience . It was a mellow crowd mostly college students. Everyone seem to get along with each other. The staff was very helpful from he security who checked your I.D. in the front to the guy helping out with the game card..They told us to please come again as we leave. Really hot crowd on a Saturday nite I will be back with friends. Great bartenders had my drinks within a few mins. A Big THANK YOU !! To the staff .

Not a bad atmosphere for some fun. Staff if typically young. An instance where staff put hands on me for having an unopened alcoholic beverage that wasn’t theirs. 2 Stars

They don’t sell food. That’s why the rate on Food. The place is really great, bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. One of my favorites places in Downtown Lakeland.

Atmosphere is good. Drinks are subpar. Very weak. Very small. Overall it's a decent spot to unwind, for the younger crowd.

Liam is the best bartender. Some other bartenders won't fill up your drink all the way, or have nearly as much personality. Liam does it right, dapped us up before heading out, cool dude.

Not family friendly....they play music with far too many swears for starters. (even on a Sunday at 1:00pm) Bartenders are not kind to the children either...seem bothered by them. A bit disappointed...prices went up. Not a fan of the scan card. Less games around the place today than last time we were here. Many games are broken. Drinks are expensive and short. I think we just went for our last time today. Too many changes. Even the only source of food here, one vending machine, was empty.

I got 20$ worth of tokens and 3 days off. Games and drinks!

Nice little arcade bar with a small but decent selection of classic arcade games, and drinks. We only had one drink but the bartender was a nice guy. The only thing that bothered me and my wife was that the entire floor was sticky? Found that a bit odd but cool spot nonetheless. If you're around the downtown Lakeland area, this is a good place to hang for an hour or two.

Super fun atmosphere. Games, pin ball, gaming from the bar! A good time! Great bar staff, always!

My grandson's had a good time. The 6 year old went under ping pong table to retrieve the ball and this happened on a piece of glass under there. Worker was shown the glass and didn't even offer an apology.

Really wanted a bloody Mary but they didn't have any mixer .

My favorite bar to go to! VERY busy Friday and Saturday nights, but the rest of the week is pretty chill.

Cute little hole in the wall arcade bar. Not very many games in this place, half we're broken or out of order. Credits are decently ($5 for 50 credits) priced to play games, but then it's like 15-20 credits to play a single game. Bartender was not alert and wanted to talk to her boyfriend who was hanging out behind the bar at the time, took 10 mins to get a drink.

Good drink selection, some fun games well suited for all ages, and a neat electric vibe in the downtown area. Would be perfect for a large party. Some games are worn bit still fun to play. The retro games offer a nice perk that newer ones don't. I went in the middle of the week after dinner and it wasn't too crowded.

Pretty nice arcade bar, just wish it was in a bigger space! Or even 2 floors to spread people out more.

We have been here twice now, and haven't had a bad experience. Great drinks, great service from the bar tenders, Matt is the best. Good games, but some are not playable, and some are not playable with the game card, thinks this needs to be fixed. Overall, will indeed be back.

My recent experience of this establishment was actually quite pleasant and the crowd is very enthusiastic glad your guys made the necessary adjustments to accommodate the area 🙌🏾

Decent place. Was fairly clean. One of the men's restrooms did not have soap. Had to wash my hands in another bathroom. Drinks were a little pricey. Overall, it is a decent place to go and have a few drinks and play some games with friends and family.

Jenna, Blair, Abby were such an awesome time. Really made my random night memorable. Don't regret coming in. Games and anime. What more can you ask? Beat my pac-man hiscore. I dare you!

Plenty of arcade machines to empty your pockets into, with very reasonable prices at the bar.

It's a good combination of kid-friendly and adult fun with its array of arcade games as well as drinks. The location is ideal, too, as it is adjacent to a parking garage.

There are no words. Great atmosphere. No pool tables tho. Kinda odd i think!?

Great drinking values, nice games. Young crowed BUT they are friendly to me and I'm over 60s.

Loved it. The Rec Room is the best spot to play games, and hang out with you friends. The drinks were reasonable, with signature drinks starting at 8 dollars and moving up to 12. This spot features ping pong, video games,darts, and all of your arcade favorites. The crowd is a little young, however it was really diverse and accepting. This place gets five stars for the uniqueness, easy of parking, quality of drinks, and overall experience.

Is it the friendly nature of the bar staff, or the excellent video gaming? All I know is this place rocks and you should come here.

Fun gaming bar with retro arcade games paired with a good atmosphere and great drink selection. There is a bit left to be desired unfortunately and not having access to tokens via credit card (as it was cash only) was disappointing. Despite that will plan to go back again

Awesome bar. Tons of games to play. Tvs and great drinks!!! Nothing like it in lakeland. 10 out of 10 will go back again.

I had so much fun! Could definitely use more games, but none the less it was great. Came on a Wednesday night, the drinks were soo good! Will be back soon! :)
