I loved this place! Extended my stay because I loved the area and had an absolute blast at this bar. Brought our dogs and played out back while enjoying a cold beverage!

The creek running behind it is beautiful. Great service. Nice customers.

Stayed here over memorial day weekend with my wife, friend, and dog. Very cool campground. It's small as it only has 10 camping spots, but still a nice little area. The camp spots themselves are a decent size though. It has lots of shaded trees, some picnic tables, and firepits. The downside is the ground is a little lumpy and uneven. I would have given this 5 stars, but I was displeased to find lots of broken glass at my campsite. I tried to clean up as much as I could as I didn't want my dog or anyone else to step on it. Overall a nice little spot, and I would return.

It's okay for an inexpensive primitive campsite. Right next to a bar! Yey!

Small on the city limits, little bar with a little campground attached to it. The owner of the property is a real cool gal. The place is a lot of fun and the camping is simple easy and fun. It is a little close to the road coming into town so I can get fairly busy during the day as this is one of the main entrances to get to starved Rock.

Stayed here in October, genuinely a lovely campground with a nice creek and a solid diner. The campground is safe, the plots are good size and have tables and fire pits. It is first come first serve so it is nice because you may select and move spots as desired. The bridge over the creek provides a nice disconnect and the creek provides protection from the road!

Red's is definitely Where Its At!!!! Sandy and staff were awesome and we had a great time camping for a few days! It is close to the highway but campsites are nice and shaded. We will definitely be back to defend our Tourist of the Week title🤣

Great bar and great campsite out back, $20 for 2 people. You will maybe be the only ppl in the whole camp though. Seems to be a well kept secret 😂. Clean portapotty. Very quiet. No electricity and water, but it's nice to rough it.

The friendly staff makes everyone feel so comfortable being there. And, since I prefer wine, they serve an array of single serves and 375s so you know you aren't getting something that has been sitting opened improperly for a week. Try this place fore Sunday funday!
