Attended a wedding, the view was beautiful and Karchs might just be a hidden gem. We did not see inside the cabins or go into the bar.

Very disappointed when we stayed. We've been staying in these cabins for 10 years, then they were sold. The new owner took some stuff out of the cabins so there was minimal seating, plus our oven and heat didn't even work (we went in late September) and thanks to the owner leaving and turning his phone off, we had no choice but to go out and BUY a space heater, just so we weren't freezing. We have found a new spot for our family vacation now and will never be returning.

While I'm maybe biased being the owners son, I think the remodel thus far is nothing short of an amazing transformation. I'm excited to see how popular this location has become for folks. If you haven't stopped in yet, make sure to do so! (Also try the Chili!)

Great atmosphere under the new ownership. Can see alot of changes from the inside of the bar, to the cabins, and outdoor patio. The bar offers the unique "Swamp Water" that tastes great. The food is classic bar food and done right. Overall a great place to stop as the staff and owners are great people!

Having a great time! Casey, Stephanie, and the rest of the staff are great hosts. Updates to the property everywhere you look. Comfortable cabin, great food, drink, and good times. Definitely will be back! SWAMP WATER!!!!!

Cute place on the water. Outdoor and indoor bar. Outdoor pavilion/bar had a pool table. Staff was friendly and they will start serving food soon. Cant wait to go back.

Great experience! My significant other and I stayed here over New Years and had a wonderful experience. Super affordable- cute cabins with everything you’d need. The pellet heater was amazing! Easiest access for ice fishing since it’s directly on the water yet also close to bars and restaurants. I’m sure it’s amazing in summertime too! No negatives which is rare. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Very clean, cozy and peaceful. It was the perfect get away to the northwoods for me and a few friends. Cabins are well decorated and kept up on. Would definitely book here again.

I stayed in cabin 2 and it was a great week to relax and unwind. The wifi was great and both my wife and I were able to work remotely when needed without issues. The views were amazing from the front windows. Casey was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to cook full meals and experience the lake by providing canoe and local trails to hike with our dogs. If you are considering tiny home living this will be great practice to see how it can be done well with a view.

We spent a spur of the moment weekend at the cabins. It was a amazing place to stay. Great proprietor, fantastic lake view feet from the front windows of a cozy comfi living room. We hope we can get back soon. Thanks Casey!! .

Super nice little cabins, Casey the owner is very cool and easy going. It's not Casey's fault but, the fishing is not the greatest. Rent their pontoon, the lakes clean and the beaches are beautiful - sandy beaches.

We stayed with Kasey for 9 DAYS over the 4th of July holiday. We had a fantastic time. The cabin was small but just what we needed. I loved how the cabin overlooked the trees and water, it was so pretty. We enjoyed water sports, boating and just enjoying being off the grid. Kasey was a great host and very responsive to our questions. Thank you for making a memorable holiday!

We rented a cabin for a week and had a great time. Nice location in a quiet bay, with views over the lake and a nearby island. Row boat, canoe, stand up paddle boards, pedal boats all free to use. Owner was nice, and the cabin had all the essentials. Allows dogs, which was a big plus for us. Would come again.

Great place to relax and unwind. We spent a lot of time on the water. First time staying at a cabin on a lake.......we will definitely be back. Casey and his family were very accommodating and available if we needed anything. Canoe, row boat, paddle boat and boards are just a few things included with your stay. We rented the pontoon for the week and I highly recommend doing that if you have older kids or like exploring. Thanks for a fun getaway week. Additionally, the view was outstanding from our cabin. Excellent location on the lake. Our cabin had a new addition to the front which worked well for our family

Cabin was cozy with new add on well done. Access to water toys like paddle boards, canoe, row boat, peddle boat and regular floaties was very nice. View of the lake is top notch. Price was reasonable for included items. Spent most of the time on the water. Beautiful to just sit on the dock with feet in the water. Nice relaxing place. Thank you Casey.

My wife and our 2 dogs just finished a beautiful week on the lake. Cabin 2 is perfectly located in a cove on Lake Nokomis looking at a deserted wooded island. The property is covered in trees and has one of the only sandy beaches. Also need to give a shout-out to Casey (owner) for making this a great stay.

This cabin is so cute right on Lake Nokomis it has 2 bedrooms so cozy for a January visit to the NORTHWOOD, they are pet friendly.

Nice quiet place, great for all walks of adventure seekers or needing a place to get away. Keep in mind it's a cabin, so some of the finer pleasures of home are slightly adjusted. You'll need to cook on the provided gas grill or over the fire pit, there is always the option for dining out in either Minoqua or Tomahawk. There is fishing on the lake or any of the many nearby and trails to walk.

Very nice owner, all updated cabins, small beach with toys and raft. Beautiful lake, would recommend to all.

A must stop when snowmobiling in the Northwoods known for it's signature drink the Swamp Water. A cozy stop heated by a wood fire stove and good drinks to warm you up.
