rude staff, pictures on the board for food is not what you get and the food is very dry

I don't recommend this place. The meat was old and couldn't chew it

I went to try the bourbon chicken and the orange chicken. Following a recent recommendation and I was not disappointed the orange was lightly sweet but enough that it tasted good and the bourbon chicken was flavorful without the sauce. Rice was soft fluffy and moist. I couldn’t believe I finished it all.. very fresher

Avenues location is way better. Always too small portion sizes. I feel scammed when I come here.

They have the healthiest food in the food court. The price is right and I love their chicken and rice dishes. Hey it's the mall, neutral on the atmosphere.

Wanted to treat my mother to some bourbon chicken. She likes this place, which is located in the mall. Our toddler was very tired, so my mom called our order in for pickup to avoid me havingtp wait. The food was not prepared when I got there. Instead, the older woman looked at me and asked, "Do you have the money to pay for it?" I was LIVID. This is extremely rude, if not bigoted. If I had not promised my parents, I would have told her to keep her dirty food and left. They will not get my money again.

Good food for a lower than average cost for Thai food.

I had an awesome vegetable soup with tofu. The greens were very fresh and I loved the way the cook the tofu.

I eat Here all the time I get double Singapore noodle an everytime the older lady sees me she takes over cause she is greedy with the noodles instead of double noodle she gives 1 1/12 portions the one lady actually gave me a double portion an she takes over an takes the noodle back off my plate even though I'm paying for it..food is good but not the service

Rude and unprofessional employees. I was rushed on my order. I wanted the Pad Thai but the lady denies my request and gives me a plate of other food unrelated to my initial order. Will never order from here again.

I was pretty excited about eating here when I saw that they were putting out fresh food while wearing gloves. Everything looked delicious. I can't lie that their food tasted good but the only reason they are getting 1 star is because they are not welcoming to people of color. The lady who is over everyone saw me come to the counter I proceeded to order from her and she threw her hands up in my face and told one of the workers you handle her and take her order. I politely said eww okay and decided just to get a small order because I was really and truly hungry. They cheated me on the portions and I kept saying I wanted the same entree but I just said f it and took my food and left. I ended up leaving and order from other places which was worth it. I will not be spending my money here anymore. My instinct was to go to Sakura but I was crowded. I will wait in the Sakura line next time I'm done with this place.

Food, pricing, and service is always great! Every now and then I order the chicken pad thai and can't even eat half of it. Usually get the bourbon chicken and spicy thai chicken with fried rice. Noodles are really good too.

Pad thai was amazing. Beef was cooked perfectly. They were slammed and maybe an hour before closing. We were one of the last people in a long line but the food still tasted amazing, hot, fresh, only ding I can give is it took so long. But can't argue with the result

Great inexpensive Thai restaurant. I don't understand why the bad reviews. I've gotten meals there about 4x so far and I think it's the best fast food thai restaurant ever! I usually get their Pad Thai and it tastes better than regular Thai restaurants in the area. Very flavorful and great portions. I don't usually get the already made items so that may be a reason. I'm very picky when it comes to Asian food.

The soup was delicious, great flavor, not greasy. I had the spicy, it was more flavor than spice but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The plate: chicken was a bit too sweet for me but my lady liked it, noodles were really good all around. Green beans were good as well, not over seasoned.

Como entramos por la Orange Park Mall, decidimos ir a comer algo. Mi marido quería pollo Bourbon, así que caminamos por el patio de comidas, y de cada uno de los tres restaurantes de comidas que ofrecían. De lejos, el mejor estaba en Cocina Tailandesa Ruby! Pedimos el pollo Bourbon con verduras fritas de arroz y vegetales mixtos. Hemos añadido a nuestra orden un rollo de primavera y queso niño pequeño. Todo estaba muy rico, platos calientes y bueno. El queso de niño pequeño eran maravillosas! Estaban llenos y parecía una porción mucho más grande de lo que tienes en la mayoría de este estilo. Muy contentos y parada allí.
