Burgers are cooked to perfection, not to salty, not overdone with toppings. Nice seaseme seed bun too. Tacos are very good with food salsa options and meat choices. Fries are ok, seasoning with a Cajun blend I believe. Also 5 registered Stern Pinball tables for fans like me!

Smashburger and fries were great. Nice people working there too.

Awesome food and customer service! Both the chicken and barbacoa tacos were great! Also had a smash burger, and it was top notch! Took home some of the ice cream sandwiches, and everyone loved them! This place can do no wrong. I'll definitely be back!

We tried this place for takeout and were pretty disappointed. The tacos were super dry and didn't have much flavor. The burger wasn't great either and could've been better.

Stopped by here for lunch and pinball on a work overnight and was glad I did! Staff was friendly, the chicken burrito was delicious and, most importantly, the pinball machines were all in amazing shape and played well. I’ll be back!

Great taco place but their burgers and chicken sandwiches are also fantastic. Homemade desserts are amazing! They are famous for their food trucks and catering but do yourself a favor and check out this local, family-owned restaurant if you haven't already. Great staff and our kids love hanging out and playing pinball :).

Ruckus is amazing. Food is great, atmosphere is super fun, and the fact that it’s a family-run business is so great, and increasingly rare. Chef Jeremy has been a Detroit institution for decades, and this most recent project is a total win. Don’t miss it.

Great little spot in the heart of nothing. Very good authentic tacos (unless u want them made like a gringo, they'll do that). Thought the spices (at least on the chicken I had) is not heavy enough, they're tasty. And all the accoutrement ( may I suggest the pico de gallo) bring it together nicely. It was slightly overpriced (at least in suburban Michigan at $4 each. They also offer non Latino foods and a cool summer ice cream retreat for locals. Cool artistic decor (ala Banksy). Check it out if you're in the area. Get a soda next door at the dollar store since they charge $2 for a 12 oz soda (or pop if you're from the midwest 😉).

So I tried this place because I couldn't get into Mexican fiesta today. I saw that the reviews were good. First the tacos are $4 each, which is kind of pricey for a regular street taco. So I ordered a bowl and it was probably one of the worst bowls i've ever had. It had no flavor and it was lacking of items. .. Put it this way. I was so disappointed that I stopped eating it and went over to Qdoba and ordered something else... I'm shocked that the reviews are good this good

Really good food. Very clean restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly. One of my go to places for tacos even though it’s a 30 minute drive. Well worth it!

best local take out for amazing tacos, burritos, nachos. the burgers juicy and flavorful, a really good special sauce, always add bacon. The chicken sandwich was okay , between the batter and bun the chicken kinda goes missing. The dining in experience could be a little better but they are primarily a take out place so not a major bummer. Everything on the menu is worth trying at least once.

nice mini Stern Insider Connected pinball lineup, including the new John Wick, & games are in great condition! $1/game or 3/$2 and replays aren't too high. i didn't eat, but everything looked and smelled good

First time customer. Ordered two tacos, ground beef and shredded beef…Delicious… also had a homemade chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich. Omgosh…sooo good I am a chocolate chip cookie aficionado. This dessert was awesome…was a nice surprise! Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Friendly service…no frills atmosphere… somewhat eclectic… I will definitely return!

I was told about this place and I wanted to try it. Not for the Tacos, Burritos, or Rice bowls. Not for the chicken sandwich. But for their Smash burgers. I was told that the burger was epic. As I entered this restaurant, the walls were colorful. It seemed like a gathering place for junior high-school kids to early 20-somethings. There are pinball machines and a few other games inside. I ordered a smash burger with pickles only. I like to taste a burger without disguising it with extras. I also ordered a smash burger with cheese, pickles, and sauce. Each burger came with 2 patties. A decent-sized burger. Burgers cost $10 ea. Go with an extra patty for just $3. It will be worth it. I liked the burger, but next time, I will add the sauce. I did take a sample of the cheeseburger. For not usually like Cheese on my burger, but it was very good. I also ordered 6 barbacoa tacos with lettuce, cheese, salsa, and cheese sauce. Tacos cost $4 each. The cheese sauce is overwhelming, but the Taco is still good tasting. To finalize the order, I ordered seasoned fried. They were OK. Fries $6. My takeout order was ready when I expected it. I do realize these are inflationary times, but it seems the prices are high here. Will I go back again, I don't know.

Cool spot with tons of potential. I got the soft corn tacos. 1 chorizo and 1 fried cauliflower. They were delicious. I only have 1 criticism of the food—the tacos were over-stuffed. Maybe that’s their signature thing idk but in my experience, this style taco (i.e. a hipster “street taco”) isn’t completely packed out with meat. If I were them, I’d put half the meat in there and charge $1 less per taco. They should also serve fountain pop imo. All they have is bottle/can offerings. I would also offer this piece of operational and marketing advice to them—be open until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. Capture the downtown Plymouth post-bar crowd because this would be phenomenal “drunk food.” Currently Zack’s diner captures all this business. I would bet people would drive another 1/2 mile to come here instead to play some pinball and smash some tacos. I’d give it a 1-month trial and pump a some marketing cash into facebook ads, targeting Plymouth and the 20-30 age range with clear messaging that you are open til 2am on Fridays and Saturdays for the month of X. Just my 2 cents! I was very inspired by the potential of this place. I want to see a unique spot like this thrive, especially considering it’s Canton lol.

The vibe, the food, the service. This place has it all. Definitely will be coming back for more. Had 1 grilled chicken corn taco and 1 carne asada corn taco, both were amazing. I can't wait to try everything else.

Just ok to disappointing: My Bowl was just OK. Didn't taste like there was much flavor to anything - pinto beans are all I tasted, not the chicken or anything else. Also annoying that there's no plain water option so you have to purchase the $2 water bottle. Unfortunately, tip is the only way express disappointment at the time, which affects the service employees instead of the owners/management who actually control this aspect. Food Prices are good but depends what you compare it to - Dare I say it: Chipotle or Qdoba works better for me.

Yes, it's called Ruckus Tacos and the tacos are great. But don't sleep on the other menu items. The smash burger is kick-your-face-in delicious. The service is stellar and our food is always ready quickly. It's becoming a regular thing for us. Eat in... enjoy the music... and have an ice cream sammich before you go.

I can't get enough of these tacos! The food is always delish! I've also been to a party with the taco truck and it did not disappoint! Excellent service and a friendly atmosphere! The owner is almost always on site and takes pride in what he serves. The place is always so clean and this is most important in food service. I'm a forever customer!

We came across Ruckus because it's a few doors down from our child's swim lessons. I highly recommend checking it out for lunch or dinner. They have burgers and chicken sandwiches to go along with their tacos and burritos. It's very convenient to walk over after swim class, place an order and play some pinball while the food is being made. The cookie ice cream sandwiches are worth the trip alone.

Let me start with saying the smash burger was very good. For a place with “taco” in the name, I was less impressed. The chicken wasn’t seasoned and the medium salsa was kinda flavorless. Not having a soda machine and charging $2 for a 12oz can of pop will keep me and the crew from returning.

My husband had the smashburger which was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I was ready to try the spicy chicken sandwich but was hesitant that it might be too spicy for my taste. The owner, Jeremy, said he could put the spice on the side so I could add as much heat as I wanted. This was a perfect solution, it would have been too spicy for my taste. The fries were seasoned perfectly and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The decor is bright & cheery and the restaurant & bathrooms are very clean. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve been enjoying Ruckus Taco’s food for years. We’ve had them cater a couple events for us, and gone to pop us where they’ve been the food vendor at different breweries. Everything is always super fresh and tasty. We were super excited to check out the restaurant, it’s a bit of a drive but totally worthwhile. The tacos and nachos are definite favorites. We tried both the smash burger and spicy af chicken sandwich. The burger was perfect and the spicy chicken is definitely hot, the good kind of hot. 🥵 😜 Great portion sizes, cool vibes, pinball machines & fresh tasty food, make this place worth the drive. Oh and you can’t forget about the house made ice cream sandwiches and choco-tacos, they are ridiculously delicious.

My husband and I love Ruckus Taco Co! We had the pleasure of working with RTC with catering our 200 person wedding reception in 2022 with tacos and sides. Ruckus’s location in Canton is awesome, spacious, exciting, and accessible. Highly recommend the chicken sandwiches, we’ll be in for the smash burgers and loaded fries next! Definitely my new favorite spot! 10/10. Owner is so friendly as well as the staff! Food is always fresh and tasty. The smash burger is my wifes favorite, and the barbacoa tacos and chips are mine! My kids LOVE the nachos and chicken tacos too! Always fresh, fast, and made with love. The inside of the restaurant is a good vibe. Good music, sweet art, and a nice photo op spot! Plus pinball & claw machines to keep our littles busy!

I ordered the chicken sandwich and one carne asada taco. I’ve read some people complaining about the price for the size of the tacos but I would disagree. It was priced fair and it tasted amazing. If I could order again, I would order four of the carne asada tacos and not the chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good - it’s just that the carne asada taco was that much better! While I finished up eating the young daughter of the couple who own the place asked if everything was to my liking and if she could get me anything like extra napkins.

Fun place, really good street tacos. Hard to pick a favorite, they were all good: barbacoa, carne asada, and adobo chicken.

Let's just get to critiquing these tacos. One paragraph, bold and real here we go. They are small yet delicious. They taste good but this does not make the price point make sense. Even if they tasted better it still would not justify the price. With how small these tacos are, the price point is just a bit too high at 4 dollars a piece. Ontop of this, promotions or lunch time/daily/weekly specials don't exist, so dont expect a taco Tuesday or any sort of deal. Snack size, two bites and your taco is gone. You will love the taste though, barbacoa, chorizo and the seasoned beef were all GREAT. 4.0/5 and could be higher.

Absolutely love this place. Food is fresh, full of flavor, and super filling. Jeremy doesn’t miss. I get the grilled adobo chicken burrito and it’s easily the size of my lower leg and I leave feeling full and good. It’s nice knowing you are not only getting quality food here, but you’re supporting a small business. And the atmosphere/inside? Honestly love it. Got a real nice, laid back vibe. This is the kind of place that would be in a sitcom where people go to hang out. So many different types of people coming in and out of here: families, teens, parents, older folks, young folks. Music is fun. The pinball machines rule. I love the local art all around the place. Don’t sleep on Ruckus Taco Co. I can’t recommend it enough.

Saw this place while stopping to drop off a package at the neighboring UPS store. It was soooooooo good! Owners are really cool people, the atmosphere has a cool vibe to it, and the food was outstanding. What a pleasant surprise, certainly going back.

All the food has been great! I’ve tried the chicken sandwich, tacos, and nachos, and I can’t stop coming back. There’s even some pinball games inside.

After spending 10 years in San Diego I’m pretty spoiled when it comes to good tacos. I can definitely say that I was not disappointed when I visited Ruckus. The atmosphere was rad with awesome pinball machines, the music was great, and the service was friendly which is hard to find these days. The tacos were hot and delicious! I highly recommend this place for good street tacos. Will definitely be coming back!

We had heard good things about their smash burgers. Last night wanting carry out but tired of Plymouth’s current offerings we decided to give this place a try and we are so glad we did. The smash burger did not disappoint . Great buns and for someone like me who isn’t really a pickle person, I enjoyed it with the thinly sliced pickle. My son loved the crispy chicken sandwich. We also liked their fresh cut fries. Well priced for what you get: well worth it.

Stopped in from all the good reviews, and were not disappointed. We had a hard time figuring out what we wanted to order, so we were standing at the counter for a long time asking lots of questions. The menu is a little bit confusing, but the owners (I assume) were so so nice and patient explaining it all to us. We ordered our food and paid, and the total was pretty high. We went and sat down and they call you when your food is ready. While we were sitting we looked at the receipt and noticed they double charged us for our meals which is why the total was so high. I went back up to the counter and said something and they were so nice about it, realized it was a computer glitch and they refunded us for them. The food: I got the carne asada tacos, two flour and one corn and the carne asada is ground meat, not strips of steak. The tacos were DELICIOUS!!! I got rice and beans too, and they were a nice compliment. My kids got cheeseburgers and fries and those were good as well. My husband got tacos as well. We will definitely be back! All food comes in take out boxes, so if you have leftovers, you can just get up and go. Haha.

Brings me right back to growing up in the 80's right down to the Choco Taco and pinball. YUM. We love this place. Can't wait to return.

Really cool atmosphere and great tasting food. Loved the to-order cooked Carne Asada. Chips are good with just the right amount of salt. Guac was creamy, full of flavor.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ruckus Taco Co and owner Jeremy! I ordered catering for 30 people and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top notch. He was very flexible with ordering to accommodate my group’s specific needs. He also went the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addressed by packaging my order to ensure freshness and even providing chafers to ensure the food stayed warm throughout our event. My first experience ordering from Ruckus didn’t go as planned, but Jeremy and his staff accepted responsibility for the mistake and quickly made it right. That is the type of treatment that will keep me coming back. I look forward to coming back again and again!

Stopped by for the first time on a whim! Very impressed with the quality of the tacos and burrito we ordered. Burrito was packed full, tacos great. Fresh made to order, not over seasoned. Fries were outstanding. Highly recommend the carne asada as protein choice. Looking forward to trying their chicken sandwich, smash burger, and homemade ice cream sandwiches down the road. My only “complaint” would be the environment for indoor dining. No music or ambiance. With the exception of a few takeout orders, we were the only ones dining in on a Tuesday evening. It has a modern, upbeat and unique atmosphere (pinball machines in the house!) but is missing a punch to really drive home the outstanding food. Hoping for an improved in-house dining experience in the future. Either way, we will be back, and soon! Worth it for the delicious food.

We ate there for my birthday on 6 September, our second time there. They have the best taco's I have ever eaten,including Mexico. Jeremy the Owner is a gem, his knowledge of what makes a great meal shows in his food. We will put this on our weekly rotation. Thank you Ruckus for two great meals. Take Care, God Bless, STAY SAFE.

My wife and I tried the taco meals wanting to try a variety of meat options. We had high hopes with all the positive reviews. The workers were nice but the tacos were kind of dry and on the smaller side. We'll probably try it again to see if our experience was a fluke.

In Plymouth for work for a few days and decided to check out Google maps for a new taco place to try. Trying to avoid the downtown crowd, I settled on Ruckus Taco unaware it had just opened only days earlier. The parking was easy(in a strip mall), food was pretty darn good, and the vibe and staff inside were chill. I ordered a chicken burrito upon suggestion(went for tacos and should have got some - my bad) It had a good proportion and ratio of meat to rice to beans. The chicken was shredded - but thankfully not dry and flavorless like it was just boiled in water and shredded. I will go back again to play some pinball while waiting for the tacos I should have gotten and try some more of the menu.
