Don't order to go . I got a SEAFOOD pho , I came home and was setting up , NO SEAFOOD. I called to let them know and they put me on hold to talk to manager , the chef said he put everything in the bag . And they said i had to bring it back . I went with 3 kids , three boys , one of which is 6 months . Lol so they called me liar basically and wanted me to return it. I live 25 minutes away. Super annoyed and hungry

This was a pleasant surprise of a restaurant. The decor and interior is nothing special, but the server was amazing - smiles and a positive upbeat attitude and knew the menu. I ordered the rice noodle salad with shrimp that was so delicious and fresh. I also had my first Boba milk tea. A friend got the lavender tea Boba. We went on the weekend so I don't know if there are weekday lunch specials but it was not a cheap. The freshness of the food was well worth the price.

Had several great visits. Food has been amazing, great lunch stop to get in and out. Highly recommend.

I am new in town and I’ve been to three different Pho restaurants. Pho Bistro is by far my favorite. The waitress is pretty and friendly. Pho Ga is delicious, great atmosphere, perfect location, and professional. I’ll be their regular customer for sure. ❣️

Food was good but smelt like fish and I didn't get anything that had fish in it. Taste wasn't bad.. but probably won't order that item again.

I ordered their vegan stir fry as a to go order. I didn’t notice that or wasn’t told that the vegan stir fry had eggs in it. It was too late to call the restaurant regarding the food due to they closed shortly after I picked my food up. I called the very next morning for a refund or another order and was told that there was nothing they could do about it since it was the next day. This was handled poorly and if anyone else who is a VEGAN orders here, please know that the VEGAN stir fry is NOT in fact Vegan it’s vegetarian so don’t let the menu confuse you, it will come with egg! I also told the person who answered that they should include that but I know they will not.

On this occasion I bought a mango tango and a peach tea with some pretty ones (I don't remember what they are called) all very fresh and delicious.

Was calling to get an employment verification for someone who was wanting to live at our apartment complex. I called once and asked to talk to a manager so I could confirm her hours, she asked what I needed and then when I repeated myself, she hung up. I called back again, because I thought we had maybe gotten disconnected, I repeated that I need to speak to a manager, about verifying employment, she said okay, I heard her say something to someone, and heard her tell the person what I was calling for, and was hung up on again.....????? Rude, disgraceful and barn raised behavior. Luckily I like the employee who I am renting out to, but if I see the girl who hung up on me, I will not tolerate that kind of rudeness,

My boyfriend & I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! We both get the Teryaki Chicken and are never disappointed! It is so good every single time! Highly recommend! We also love the green tea & crab rangoons!

We recently moved to Valrico but when we used to live in Lakeland we went to Saigon Bistro at least once a month. We love the food and I always get the fried rice double meet. Their boba shakes are tue bomb !!! My husband try’s something different every time and they kill it every single time.

I had a wonderful lunch of shrimp and a delicious refreshing strawberry drink. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.

I tried the basics of Egg Rolls and Pho with rare beef. If they can do this right, then other items should be good. We really liked this place! Servers were friendly and attentive; the atmosphere was open, fun, with a bright view; the food was good and fast. We were missing the vegetables that normally cone with pho, but that was ok. The pho was really good! The egg rolls came with fish sauce. Actual fish sauce! Very good! Most places serve some weird sweet and sour sauce, so I was relieved. The Bun Thit Noung had some fatty pieces, but the flavor was quite amazing. The spring rolls also were delicious. I highly recommend you give it a try.

My friends, who came out first, and then when I got my sandwich, the bread was too hard. Couldn’t even chew it. Then it took another 25 minutes and the sandwich had not come back out. She had finished eating. We had to leave so I did not have dinner.

Also, some items seemed overly expensive: $7 for extra meat (like 3-4 shrimp), $9 for a glass of wine, most boba drinks are $7+... Our bill was over $80 for 2 people to have dinner 😲

Got the combination Pho. Very underwhelmed. The meat was stringy and the broth tasted off. For $17 I expected more.

Wife got pineapple fried rice w/ chicken. Chicken didn't have much seasoning but the rest of the dish did. I went with beef pho after reading their broth was made with beef bones. Good flavored broth but would definitely overpower a chicken or seafood pho choice. Kudos for lots of noodles. Crab wontons were fully filled and shrimp summer rolls were good. Peanut sauce was strong peanut flavor if you like it that way... but was much thinner than the way other places make it. Overall good choice if you're in the area.

Went there today looking forward to some good Ramen and was very disappointed. We got the crab wantons and they tasted like Tuna, the Spring Rolls were delicious but the Shrimp Ramen was flavorless. The food as always was great. So was the service. The atmosphere only rated 3 stars because we were seated near the restrooms at the back of the restaurant. There was a table near the center that did not have diners but instead was being used to prep silver ware wrapping. There was yet another empty table at the front of the restaurant that was set aside for take out orders. Unfortunately people picking up their take out orders by passed this table and lined up at the back cash register to wait. This caused them to be crowded around our table. We really wanted to try the pho. As we walked in we were told the wait would be 20 minutes, so we waited just outside the door. Giving two stars only because the staff was very kind giving me my order, and food was ready quickly. Food was not good at all, could not eat it. I ordered pineapple fried rice with shrimp. It came with multiple meats which I didn’t ask for, chicken, steak… but the shrimp was total mush, and the rice taste like they scrapped the burnt grill pieces into it. Husband ordered Pho, the steak came totally raw. We understand that it is supposed to be cooked by the broth, but by the time I drove home the broth is cold so the meat needed to be cooked. Husband cooked it and took a couple bites and gave up saying he didn’t like it at all. He has had Pho and Ramen other places and always liked it. Might be a more traditional pho, we are unsure. But pineapple rice was so awful. I order this same dish at Thai Oshi across the street and it is delicious. Sad they were closed today.
