Got gas for 20¢ less a gallon. Store not crowded, went right to a check out, in & out in minutes. Fantastic!

Good selection, lots of self checkout, good place to grab a bite to eat

Sam's Club has always provided us with savings and convenient shopping. I use the "Scan and Go" along with the Scan @Pump features which makes for a quick trip, in and out. The only draw back are the shoppers, who sometimes cause frustration and are disrespectful of others, but, that's part of the world nowadays. I'll continue to use Sam's Club and recommend to my friends and family.

The guys in the tire and automotive department are exceptional. I received outstanding service when my valve stem broke just before closing time. Despite the late hour, Matt ensured I was taken care of promptly. I also want to extend my gratitude to the other mechanic who assisted that day, though I didn’t catch his name. You all are amazing. Thank you!

I love to use the app, scan and go is the best option to save time. I also prefer to come and shop during the plus member hours.

Today 7/27/24 when we was leaving the front door this African American women had a really bad attitude against us her name is rosezel I think that how to spell her name she had a really bad attitude and illegal profile against us she need to be fired by law what she did is illegal against the law illegal profile us thinking we stole a pack of bread and it was on the recipe my sister had and she didn't care what you have to say we told her it on the other recipe and she didn't care what we had to say she was trying to take our bread we pay for that was on the other receipt we toldher 6 time she didnt care what we have to say.she need to be removed and fired by law I will report her to the state!!thar is illegal against the law what she did to us I know the law that is against the law what she did.the store need to remove her and fired her!!! she did illegal profile against us that is against the law I know the law!!! I will report her!!! I don't steal ever i used to work with tons of different jobs in my life!now I own my own business I own I work for myself I don't believe in stealing at all stealing is wrong I believe in honestly and truthful and working hard in life

I filled up gas. There were no wait, and the price per gallon was fair.

I ran by today just for a few things and forgot that Sundays are busy. Overall the store is always clean, well stocked and friendly helpful staff. 4 stars because getting in and out onto the main road is a cluster, and the line for pumping gas should be better designed. Go after rush hours on weekdays if you want a better experience.

The store and staff are great. Try to avoid shopping on the weekends in the middle of the day and it'll be a quick and pleasant experience. Their app has scan and go so you can check out at your cart instead of waiting.

Went in too see if I can upgrade my card got a new card lady in the customers service told me I cannot shop early due to being an add on on the business I understand that Sam's clubs regulations may have changed but this was the 1st I was hearing of this I've never once had an issue shopping early for my familys business as an add on I was so confused and I was simply asking her how strange it was and she just kept trying to sell me a new membership if i wanted to get in early because if I didn't I wasn't allowed in until 10 she just kept claiming that she has 25 yrs experience(Martha is her name )which had nothing to do with the situation in my eyes I wasn't questioning her experience I was just wondering why now and this Sam's clubs is the only one I've had this issue with in the end she just basically dismissed me and took another person definitely won't come back to this sams location anymore if this is how they treat customers so sad

We are a local donuts owner .we only bought frozen cocktail croissants and frozen sandwiches croissants from them for over 7 years, even during pandemic they had those available for us. But now they won't sale those for us anymore. Lakeland and Brandon store. I thought they are a whole sale store. They told me the supplier just gave them enough frozen but for them to sale. After 7 years? Now I had to sign up with costco.

We enjoyed the resort very much. Employees are exceptionally polite.

This was well-stocked and clean. Self Checkout was easy to use. The pickup lane seems to have it all together.

I like to shop here, because I'm in and out fast.

I like Sam's. This is a good and clean one. I don't like that most registers are self serve now. It typically takes a while to leave this one due to the long line at security.

Sam's Club has the most consistent delicious berries I've ever eaten and at super prices! I bought flats of raspberries today and they were incredible, plus blueberries, cherries, banana's and strawberries! Just love these items and healthy too! Also enjoy the Archer mini meat sticks at 45 calories ea. The doughnut shop coffee for our Keurig machine is excellent! Sam's like Walmart represent was great in the USA!

If you want better customer services go to the Sam’s in the North Side of the Lakeland. Rude rude people.

Comparable to any other type of warehouse stores. It was a bit crowded but also expected during the weekend. Customer service was polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

Don't bother calling the curbside pickup department. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone. So much for seeing if my orders ready since the system did not provide a text message

I went here with my family and I found a 12 pack of coincell batteries 🔋 that fits for my 2010 chevrolet camaro lt v6 car key fob so I bought it for 16 dollars and I only needed 2 of them but I am saving the rest of them for later use!

It's well stocked and clean the register people are very helpful !

Great place to buy, but unfortunately the lady on the front appears to be racist. It is the third visit I have made that she stopped me to ask for my membership and I see that other people she don't ask for them, she tells them they can come in. It's very disgusting.

I would avoid their tire and battery center at all costs. They are so unhelpful! They give every reason in the book as to why they can’t do a service but then I go to Walmart tire and battery and they do the extra work to help me with my problems. These workers are lazy and do not care one bit about customer satisfaction. Even if you make an appointment, you will wait forever because they move like turtles. Avoid at all costs. It wasn’t always this bad! The last two years they’ve gotten terrible! Get it together SAMS Club people PAY FOR THese MEMBERSHIPS! IM ABOUT to JUST CANCEL IT!

Was soo amazing!! I'm not a member here! But my sis is. I was just a visitor and was so amazed at the prices!!$59 pair of skorts for $10 and the brand are great ones!! Quality clothing!! Meats are less, food costs are better than Walmart and the quality is much better!!

Lakeland Sam's Club is always a pleasant experience

Lots of bulk items and fresh produce and good meat prices.

I always use the app to checkout when shopping for my self but when I'm doing an Instacart order, the checkout is horrendous. They have 8 self checkout lines and only 1 person working on them, when every machine has some type of issue. What's the point of the self checkout if the machines constantly break and cause massive pileups.

Busy as always but they had everything I needed so five stars.

Great place if you want to buy everything in bulk.

Plenty of checkout lines, both self checkout and with a cashier. The store is well organized and clean. Sometimes you need a wait for while to get gasoline.

Sams needs to check their products. Expires 09/2025. Just bought these today. Came all punctured, brown, moldy and some without any juice. Threw the entire case away.

Love Sam's Club but not happy that an employee moved my cart of payed for food why away from my table while I was eating. She said it was close to the drink machine. I have very poor vision and did not want anyone to take my things. It was the only seat available.

Found the staff to be very helpful, the store well organized and tidy, and surprisingly quiet for a Friday afternoon.

I always love going to Sam's for different things. They always have such a variety of different things for people to buy. I'm a Sam's Club member an enjoy getting all kinds of things, like refrigerated, or frozen or regular things, especially around the holidays like Christmas when they have their gift baskets out. It's kinda a one stop shop for everything, if you like buying in bulk it's a no Brainerd, cuz that way you don't worry about running out of something whatever it may be. It's really a great place to shop. It's even better if your a member, then you get a catalog in the mail, only if your a plus ➕️ member, then you get to check out all sales and when they start. They do have other perks in their membership. Everyone should check them out.

I always enjoy shopping here. I expect to spend a lot, but because you buy bulk. It is SO much cheaper than.. say walmart or similar. Also the gas is cheap and food is good. Can't beat it

Rya, the sams club assistant manager, is freaking problem solving beast! He's prompt and immediately on the scene when there is problem and fixes it on he spot! I'm renewing my membership and upgrading to the titanium package becuase of how awesome this guys is!

Love, love, love curbside pickup, and online ordering. The app is just the best!! The Pharmacy is my new favorite. They CALL you to tell you your prescription is ready. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful. And the Scan and Go is so convenient. No lines waiting to check out.

Today, a great employee by the name of EJ helped me carry 6 water cases to my car. I have been a Sams member for 10 years and I was never offered that kind of help, good employees are hard to find, hope sams appreciate him as an employee.
