Great food and great service, but the place seemed rather.. dull. There was a few markings on the walls, the booths were scratched up and a bit old. Either way, would come again.

The best!!!! Benjamin was so welcoming with a nice smile, great hospitality...the food was so delicious, as ALWAYS....I am always satisfied at this place ❤️✨

A nice place to eat Chinese food

If you go there to take out make sure you ask for, Sala dressing, fork, sauce, napkins, because it you expect that they put it in the bag, you are mistaking, they put the food in the bag and that's it,, the food was ok not like the other bento places, I wouldn't recommend this location.

Outdoor seating is nice to have. Food was ok, made daily not on demand. No Philadelphia roll seems odd.

I’m really disappointed because I love Sarku. There was no dressing on our salads, like there has been with all of my other orders in the past, and can I please ask why you are so skimpy on the wasabi? Like we don’t need a lot but definitley more than you’re giving.

I will never eat here again, the girl taking my order got mad at me for informing her that the person making my food, thumb was inside my food and when we walked in the store, he was sleeping the floor and I didn't see him wash his hands. So I'd rather watch rice boil one piece at a time before I support this place again

I have been coming to this spot for over 2 years the food is great I usually have a good experience but today the host or cashier I was not expecting for her to be so defensive towards a paying customer for just pointing out an advertisement the establishment is promoting but doing the opposite 😂😂 I don't know if your having a bad day or something but do better.

I remember when their deep-fried tempura roll was thicker but now it look like thin slice cucumber. That is not sushi.

The sushi was pretty good, but the miso dishwater was a bit of a let down.

This location I always have a problem with definitely race thing I asked for a sauce with my meal which you always get one free with your purchase they advise me I would have to pay for it because I didn’t get 1-5 I got the number 6 what does it matter I bout a meal which comes with one free sauce

Chicken doesn’t taste like real chicken. The fried rice was not done properly it had white rice mixed in and only a few peas and carrot.

BEWARE of Scombroid Poisoning from Sushi here. I was hospitalized after developing hives, Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and faint spells 30 mins after i ate a bento box from here. It was only a california roll so nothing raw. If you search Scrombroid poisoning, it is the weirdest form of food poisoning since the bacteria is from shellfish and causes a induced Histamine reaction in your body and send you into anaphylactic shock no matter if your allergic to seafood or not. The bacteria itself causes this reaction. It is not a allergy. Please be careful. I almost died.

Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for no rice and I was informed I would need to pay an additional $1 to remove rice from my meal. I wasn’t asking for additional anything. Literally to remove something I am not allowed to consume. Never returning!

The vegetables were over cooked and dry. They put the chicken on top of the rice. The one in Columbia Mall is much better.

Everything is fine. But when I ask chicken well done, I feel like they hit or miss it coz they are busy and communication back to kitchen is tough. There was an American girl at front desk and couldn’t deliver the info to the kitchen . Sarku Japan is my all time favorite though

Chicken bowl is just the right size for a not so hungry lunch. Meat taste tender and not too salty. Vege is fresh. Price is right for a quick meal. For something simple and quick, this is right.

Friendly staff, fair prices, and in my opinion it's better than Panda.

El lugar se ve muy bien! Esta muy limpio y la comida es buena. Usa la puerta de al frente es la única disponible. Es bastante rápido el proceso. Desafortunadamente no toman órdenes online o teléfonos directos por los clientes lo que hace que tengas que tardar más dentro y considerando el COVID le doy tres estrellas por no moverse a lo que requieren estos días de precauciones.

The teriyaki chicken and shrimp was delicious but the fried rice was a little greasy(could have been the chicken on top), the dumblings we're very good as well, not too much beard or dough.

Coming here is very pleasing. Clean place and they're usually quick with making your meals. Very friendly environment and you would spend no more than 30 minutes if you eat in.

I thought that I was going to be disappointed with the portion size but I was very pleased. I ordered the teriyaki chicken without rice just vegetables. It was, hot, fresh and delicious. I was full even without the rice. I can't wait to order it again. This was my first time visiting. The staff was very friendly and the location was bright and clean. I loved that I could enter through the rear door where I was parked and didn't have to walk around.

I had the chicken bento box. The sushi was pretty good; rice and chicken were a little on the oily side. Spring rolls okay. Good fast-food Japanese, and a pretty good value. The best part was eating outside on a beautiful, sunny spring day, and people-watching. I'd try Sarku again, but might just go with the sushi.

I love the food here don't forget yummy yummy sause. Give it a try. I barely could take the picture I wanted to eat it so bad. A bit expensive for quantity but quality is great.

A great place to get fairly fast specific type of Chinese food, meaning limited menu. Stove top seared chicken is obviously what the entire company is built around, smothered in that special brown sauce. However, sushi is also available. Line moves fairly well. Dinning room is normally clean and stocked with napkins. Self serve drink station with free refills for dine in customers.

Had a great meal! Food was fresh and served quickly. Staff was very friendly. Has sushi and it was very fresh. I like that they cut the roll into 10 pieces... used to request this from another restaurant. Makes them more bite size.

I stopped here for dinner and the chicken teriyaki was very good. It is a generous portion and cooked just right. It came with fried rice and vegetables. I also ordered the dumplings, which were a bit over cooked but decent. I wouldn’t mind going back at all.

Been ordering Chicken teriyaki here once or twice a week because they are close to my work. Chicken teriyaki is tasty, but rice is under cooked 4 out of 5 times.

Great location. Plenty of parking service is quick quality is just like the mall locations. We've been receiving a lot of mail ads lately from them. Decided to give them a shot. Have to say my family and I are fans and have dined here over 3x the last 3 weeks. There is Panda Express next door, quick fire hibachi down the street and a couple of other Chinese spots. Not sure if this tops the list, but I feel for the price it's reasonable

I really do try to like Sarku because I'm big on Japanese food. However, Sarku locations, especially this one, just don't serve quality food. My stomach is always upset after I eat here and I don't plan on ever going back.

The food was really good but it took a long time to get our order of two teriyaki chicken specials. We came ahead of a lunch rush but noticed the food was prepared by multiple orders at a time. Had we been on a lunch break, we wouldn't have been able to eat before returning to work.
