I’m overdue for this review but we got married on the Sundancer out of Hoboken, NJ this past December and I can’t express enough how amazing our experience was. We opted for a smaller, mostly family wedding (45 guests total) that we planned in 3 months and Camille, Deisy, and team went above and beyond to make sure the event was planned without a hitch. Camille was so easy to work with throughout the entire booking process and was incredibly responsive. Deisy was our contact for day-of logistics and her team beautifully decorated the space with the items we brought the day before and worked with us to truly customize the event to our liking. We were able to bring our own tablecloths (can’t recommend gold enough to match the boat’s decor!) which really elevated the entire scene. We were able to board a bit early to take pictures with family before the ceremony took place and the guests were overjoyed by the stunning views of Manhattan throughout the reception. The Sundancer is able to be fully enclosed, as well, but we were blessed with higher than average temperatures on December 2nd which made the sight seeing and outdoor photos that much more special! Also if you book a wedding package with them, it will include a custom cake from Palermo’s Bakery (tasting box too! We loved trying their 16 flavors at home over the course of several evenings). We had such a great experience working with this team that we are also hosting our baby shower on another, larger yacht this September! If you’re considering offering your guests a more unique experience, you will not regret hosting on one of these yachts and working with Camille!

This was our second event with Smooth Sailings and it willnot be our last!! Camille and her whole team were amazing! Our event was originally supposed to be 4/20...and we all know what happened there! Camille was so flexible through the 5 date re scheduling process. She never got frustrated or upset with me every time I had to pivot. On the 6th try we actually made it on board. Everything was top notch and exquisite. From the welcome aboard drink to the end of the outing we were treated like royalty! Ernesto and his team were helpful, friendly, and flexible. I highly recommend working with Smooth Sailings for any event!

It went so smoothly - everything was on time, everything was displayed properly, and the yacht staff was very VERY good. 🙂 Camille, it was great talking and working with you for the last 16 months! Your communication and follow ups are top notch and we really appreciate it! Deisy & Ernesto, you guys rocked at the reception. Best Maitre'd's anyone can ask for. Thank you for always checking in with Liz and me to make sure we were eating, drinking, etc. Also, I loved the fact that you checked in with me before we set sail to make sure it's ok with me to leave the dock. It's the attention to details which I really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the night with absolutely no stress, because of YOU TWO! BIG THANKS! All of our guests were very impressed with the event, staff, food, decorations, timing, etc. It was all just perfect! 😀 Thank you again.

If there is one word that describes Smooth Sailing Celebrations and Camille it's "class". You won't find a nicer person to work with. If you are looking for an exceptional event coordinator for a yacht wedding look no further. Camille is nothing short of amazing. From the moment my husband and I met Camille, she was attentive and sincere. She answered every question we had, often texting back even when she was busy. She paid attention to every detail from the very beginning to the last moments before the wedding day. Camille showed us several yachts and we went with the Aqua Azul Yacht for our August 13, 2022 wedding. We worked with Camille and the owner Dorit who was professional and orchestrated the entire evening perfectly. Camille and Dorit made sure our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. The venue was amazing and our wedding was fantastic, unique, and most importantly FUN from start to finish. I can't say enough great things. Everyone who attended is still saying it was the best wedding they ever went to! The only complaint I have is that the night went so fast...before we knew it, it was time to go home! Dorit and Camille are experts in their work. The Aqua Azul is beautiful, clean, and classy. The staff is wonderful, and the food and drinks are amazing. So happy!!! Thank you Dorit and Camille! You gave us a night we will never forget. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Food- Our guests really loved the food. Cynthia and I personally loved the appetizers. The skewers were amazing!! Everything after was just as good. I especially loved the steak. Staff- The staff was great at being attentive to our guests when it came to refilling water and the like. They were very prompt with bringing out all the meals as well. I think the real highlight was the bartenders. They made phenomenal drinks, maybe too good if you looked at some of my family at the end of the night haha. Overall, the wedding was amazing. All the guests really enjoyed themselves, whether they were on the dance floor or on the top deck taking in the sights. It truly was a magical night :)

Camille helped make our wedding absolutely amazing. Every guest had an incredible time and couldn’t thank us enough for inviting them. The Sundancer Yacht is beautiful, small yet not crowded. Perfect for our small wedding (less than 30).

Outstanding experience!!! Camille was phenomenal and so very accommodating, our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to her. Not only was Camille amazing, friendly and so very kind, but the entire staff aboard our ship was once again absolutely amazing. My husband and i are so very happy that we decided to have our wedding with this company because they made the process so easy and was with us through the entire process making it easy and memorable I'd like to thank Camille and the entire staff once again for making our wedding such an amazing experience and providing us with a lifetime of memories that we will cherish always.
