My go-to spot for coffee in all of south Tampa. Coffee is always on point, food is always delicious (avocado toast w/ bacon is the best!!), and their pastries are a nice quick grab & go option. The owners are kind, welcoming, and engaging. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve lived a few blocks from this hidden gem of a cafe for years. I finally dropped in and had a taste. Let me tell you…. THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!! They make the simple snacks exceptional. Try the avocado toast. It hits the effing spot! Pair that with their Bayshore sunrise smoothie. No cap. It’s really tasty. Overall: 10/10 would recommend stopping by and getting you a snack.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for SOG since I go often with my family. It’s always a great experience and the tiramisu coffee is the best! Today my 5.5 month old son swiped a bowl of granola off the table so fast so you can imagine that mess. I felt awful but they were so kind and brought me a new one without even batting an eye. Not only is the food and coffee amazing but so are the people. I love having SOG cafe in our neighborhood!

Hands down, the best cafe in Tampa! I'm a little apprehensive to write this review so we can keep it to ourselves. This place not only makes you feel like family (your pups too), but they also have THE BEST coffee in Tampa, paired with quick service food and smoothies. The breakfast burrito, egg tacos, and cuban breakfast sandwich are INCREDIBLE! The Bayshore Sunrise and the Daily Grind smoothies are FIREEEE and on top of all this, they have cute merch too?! It's almost unfair to the other cafes, guys. ;) We go here so often that Maps now just suggests this location when we get in the car on the weekend.

Absolutely love coming here! We live close by and the service is always excellent, and amazing food and drinks!! Best oat milk vanilla latte I’ve ever had—and I’m a coffee snob! Also super dog friendly and there’s a cute outdoor seating area. It’s always a treat when we are able to stop by. Amazing Cuban sandwich, I love the garden toast and banana toast, and the burritos are also fantastic! We ❤️ you, SOG!

A wonderful little cafe with excellent food, coffee, and service. We had a bacon breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, a guava tart, the Tampa sunrise and a cappuccino. Everything was so delicious and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. We will have to come back to try more of their menu soon.

Love our local SOG coffee shop! All the food I’ve had has been either very good or great, the coffee is phenomenal, and everyone working here is very nice and friendly. If you’re looking for a great local spot for good coffee and a bite to eat, this is your spot. Also, very dog friendly!

Best coffee shop ever. My fiancé and I always love to try new places, and this one is by far our favorite in Tampa. Amazing service with amazing food, and of course, amazing coffee! Omar and Ron will make sure to take care of you with their amazing Cuban bread sandwich or Garden Toast. Their salted caramel latte is the one to get! Enjoy it!

Outstanding food, you can really tell they put effort into making their food. Excellent very friendly staff. I’m coming back here 100%.

Overrated. Food’s not bad. Service is slow slow slow. Aggressive tip seeking. Has the same tip expectations as Bern’s Steak House. Who does the money go to exactly? The cashier, back of the house, what’s the split? Plates are too small. I mean the actual physical plates. Avocado is not mixed or chopped enough and falls off toast in large chunks onto the table because of the small plates.

A very amazing local cafe with reasonable prices and high quality. The people working there have a very fun and exciting demeanor and They always put a smile on my face. The cafe is also quite quaint and cozy.

Yum yum yum! Good quality coffee and great food. Love visiting this place for the vibes. The owner is also great. Tampa cold brew is the perfect drink for a Sunday walk at gasden park that’s right down the road.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic on the pressed Cuban bread. I had a Americano that I was able to sit and enjoy in the friendly and social environment.

Very tasty breakfast and lunch option on Interbay. Dominican owners and proudly sharing much of their heritage - artwork, old school coffee makers and more. Super yummy breakfast options. Loved the smoothie! Conveniently located t Interbay & MacDill intersection. Every time I’ve been you’ll see families before a game or any number of people steadily coming in for a drink or a bite. Today I went in and got a latte with peppermint and just wanted to warn anyone that if they think it’s going to be like a sweet candy peppermint it’s actually like toothpaste in coffee. had 2 sips and had to trash the coffee. I’m not sure who wants flavoring like toothpaste instead of the sweet peppermint but that is beyond me. Could y’all warn people before they buy the peppermint that it’s just like toothpaste pls.

Everyone in ballast point / Interbay should know about this place. I love Sog cafe. The coffee is so yummy and made to taste. I usually get the lavender latte but Pumpkin is out right now and had to switch :-)The breakfast sandwich - bacon or ham you can’t go wrong. Everyone is so sweet, attentive, and great vibes. I recommend to anyone! Plus they’re dog friendly and have a patio. Great weather right now.

SOG has quickly become my go-to coffee spot for the weekend. Their food is amazing, the coffee is incredible, and the people are like family. I’m always greeted with a smile, and the coffee service is very quick! Food takes a little more time, but I appreciate the attention and care they put into each dish and it’s always worth it!

Ayy, listen up, mi gente! You gotta check out SOG Cafe, está encendido! The Cuban sandwich? Outta this world, bro. El pan estaba fresquito and the pulled pork was seasoned to perfection, ni hablar. You take a bite and it's like you're dancing bachata with your tastebuds. Y el ambiente? Super chill. The staff? Super calidosos, they make you feel like you're part of the fam. Sehr sehr leckeres und gesundes Essen und der Kaffee mit Hafermilch ist auch super lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen und daher frühstückten wir hier jeden Tag während unseres Urlaubes. Gerne kommen wir hier nochmal wenn wir wieder in Tampa sind. Danke an SOG für tolles Erlebnis.

Stopped in for the first time for an açaí bowl and a latte and I was pleasantly surprised on how refreshing & delicious the bowl was. My latte was as made to perfection. The staff were very welcoming, professional and polite. While I was enjoying my bowl on the outside courtyard I over heard another customer raving on how amazing the Cuban sandwich was so I decided to order one to go so I can share with my roommate once I made it back home. All I can say to describe it is WOW. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. I plan on becoming a regular here.

Stopped by 1 Saturday morning for a little brunch and absolutely enjoyed the stay. The cafe con leche ☕ i ordered was sooo yummy with their vegan banana nut bread😋. We also ordered a vegan wrap 🌯 and cuban sandwich🥪; 1 word... YUM!!😋Our 2 hour stay was definitely worth while! I am definitely recommending, you will not be disappointed!

I got a delicious Latte with Lavender and the Cuban sandwich and both were great! I have to say that the Cuban sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever tried. I love the chill vibe of the coffee shop and the staff was also very inviting, I’ll definitely be going back!

Stopped in for some coffee and besides the coffee and Acai bowl being delicious & fresh, the service was also outstanding friendly staff, clean environment and quality products. I have been to this coffee shop approximately six times. The menu is somewhat limited and they consistently don't have what is advertised. The weekend morning staff has always been unfriendly.

Amazing flavor in The Usual. Price is a little high. It was recommended to swap honey for agave. I appreciate a knowledgeable employee. Some of the staff come off a little cold while others are more open to guide you through the menu as a first time customer.
