It was good. Our main dishes (#13 geang massaman gai, #17 Khao soi gai, and #22 pad see ew moo) I thought were going to be savory, but were actually pretty sweet. The #13 especially. I couldn't eat that and had to send it back because of how sweet it was. I'd go back, but for something savory and spicy. The appetizers we had were decent. (#11 Spring rolls and #2 pork jowl) pork jowls were really fatty and kind of chewy, but it was ok. The dipping sauce, nam jim jaew, made it better. The spring rolls were the smallest I've ever seen in a spring roll. It's about as big around as my ring finger and just as long, and I have kind of small hands. They lacked flavor but were ok for something hot and crunchy while you waited for your meal. The roti bread was DELICIOUS. I didn't care for the Thai tea. Too floral in taste.

Anytime a restaurant claims they have authentic food, I am always skeptical. I just have to say, wow! The food was very well balanced 👌🏽 The heat was knocked down a peg or two because most people can't handle heat, but I know if someone asked for more, you would oblige. That's not to say that the dishes didn't have heat to them, they definitely did but in a more manageable way. Beautiful flavors and scents throughout the bites as you have the different notes of the dish come into your mouth and nose. I love that they don't shy away from the fish sauce and shrimp paste in their dishes like most restaurants do. The bold flavors were satisfying yet didn't leave us feeling like bowling balls, thank goodness. Our visit was very enjoyable, and Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable about the reasoning behind the name and back-story of the restaurant. Our date night was highlighted by this restaurant, and I just want to say thank you so much! If you go, you must end your meal with their mango sticky rice😋

Adventure stop, love Thai but did not know what to expect. American twist on Thai dining turn out to be pretty good experience.

Visiting from Ohio, stopped in for dinner and enjoyed several selections: Por Pia Tod - crispy and hot, great snack. Tom Kha Gai - best coconut milk soup ever! 2 mains who's names escape me. All 4 dishes were so unique in their flavor profiles. Best Thai I've had. Friendly, helpful server. Excellent beer selection and cocktails. Can't wait to visit again. Not the best food photo, we could wait to eat!

Service was excellent! They explain everything if you need and made 2 really good suggestions. The food came out super quick and was dynamite! The flavors were so good! The dipping sauce on the Kaw Moo Yang was over the top flavorful. The Pad See Ew Moo was nice as well. Great taste perfectly cooked noodles and chicken. Very good meal. Y'all need to give this place a try.

Good authentic Thai, & Vegan options. A year later and still can say it's the best cross country.

I owe these people a review. Know that I have been coming here enough to have received multiple earned free desserts on their point system. Why? Thai has gone the way of Indian (Chicken Tikka Masala takes its origin in Britain.) “Chinese” General Tso Chicken- don’t get me started). Bland milky curries, boring spring rolls, sugar coated flavorless Pad Thai….etc etc. do you want it 1 star or 5 star spicy…..THIS IS NOT THAT KIND OF PLACE. Sorry Julio. Your Thai churros are not going to fly with me.. You will eat your food as the chefs prepare it and you WILL like it. One exception- a friend of mine is gluten intolerant. Nearly the entire menu can be prepared GLUTEN FREE. Just ask them. If I could wish for 1 thing there - not a dealbreaker - a soda fountain with Diet Coke.

I ordered take out here once and it was so delicious I brought my mom and best friend back to try it out! The food is delicious. While with my mom we ordered the chicken skewers, #6, and #18 to share together. The chicken skewers were tasty and served with a peanut sauce then a fresh sauce. 10/10 for the chicken skewers! #6 was also delicious—it was minced chicken with lemongrass and some veggies served with lettuce leaves for serving. The combination of the savory chicken with the fresh crunch of the lettuce is divine! #6 was also 10/10! The last thing we ordered that day was #18 Pad Kaprow Gai Kai Dow, which is basically another minced chicken dish with basil and veggies. This dish is served over a delicious combination of jasmine/purple jasmine rice with a fried egg on top. The rice/fried egg combo is a sublime combo with this chicken! I highly recommend using the sauce that comes on the side! It’s tangy and slightly spicy, when lightly drizzled over the dish, it ties all the flavors together! Don’t sleep on this sauce! I visited again, recommended #18 to my best friend, and she loved it. This time I tried a classic—pad Thai! The pad Thai did not disappoint! Additionally, I ordered a cocktail. The drink I got was a Thai version of a margarita and it was balanced and refreshing! Overall, 10/10 would recommend this restaurant! I am sure this will become one of my regular spots and I’ll bring all the homies around to try the delicious food! 😋

If you’re looking for authentic healthy food- this place is it! Our waiter, Shawn, guided us through the whole menu and had great recommendations. The manager, Jose, is super genuine & personable and made sure everything was amazing.

What a great place. We went on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised. Great decore. Out waitress Lily was all over it and offered helpful suggestions. Julio the manager was an absolute treat and had great conversations and he guided us thru them menu. We had some of the most delightful and flavorful food. any of us had had in a while. Super clean and quick. Thanks for a great dining experience!.

The massaman was not only the best ever, but possibly one of the best things I've ever eaten. Still talking about it several days later. Nam sod really good. Want to try more here.

This authentic Thai restaurant located in stand alone building in Kennesaw. I passed by often, and parking lot always seems empty. At the time that we went, there was only 2 tables. The front of the house comprised of two American servers and back of the house were a few Hispanic including head chef. Surprisingly, food came out very good and taste like our home. Restaurant was clean. Staff were not engaging. Pricing was fair. My only frustrating point was tip percentage is calculated AFTER TAX unlike most places that they usually do BEFORE TAX. I find it sneaky. And unfortunately the health score was 86 at the time. We got our food on the take out , and they use paper container for the curry which by the time we got home, has leaked out.

You HAVE to come eat here. Visited this authentic spot while passing through on a roadtrip but Soi3 makes me wish I was a local to become a regular. Everything from the atmosphere, the service, food, and drinks were top notch and incredibly affordable. From the get go Sean was super attentive and explained all the menu items and gave his best recs that were 10/10 (would definitely recommend taking recs if you are not familiar with the menu items which are very unique). Draft selection was also plentiful with some great local and one of a kind picks. Do yourself a favor and come dine here. This place deserves it.

We lived in Thailand for a year and sadly had to come back to the US. We have been to many different Thai restaurants and this is the best Thai restaurant we have ever been too! A must visit! Korn and Shawn were amazing in helping us!

We have a goal of trying everything on the menu, but finishing every meal with the mango sticky rice. All the servers are fantastic with curating meals based on the flavor palette of the dishes (so don’t be intimidated!). Highly recommend this local gem of authentic (and approachable) cuisine!

This is a great spot for Thai street eats! They have the best mango sticky rice in Atlanta! I love that they use more premium meats and the servers are knowledgeable. The restaurant is clean and there is ample seating. I appreciate that you are not presented with a massive menu because it leads me to believe they prefer to make a few good dishes well versus a ton of mediocre food.

Staying in the hotels nearby and ordered the .#7 to go. Phenomenal food, so fresh and flavorful. I only wish I lived much closer and got the opportunity to try everything on the menu. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area

I couldn't decide what I wanted so I asked my waiter for a recommendation and it was spot on! The food came out quick and was absolutely amazing. I'd highly recommend you bring your friends or family with you so you can order multiple dishes and split them up, there was just so much that sounded delicious.

I'm not knowledgeable about Thai street food, but it was recommended by a friend and we enjoyed it! The staff was great, very helpful from beginning to the end! We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I'll be back!

I'm writing this review 5 years after my last visit because I still think about Soi 3 and miss it. Here is where I learned that Thai food surpasses the typical American-"pad Thai" classics that we tend to expect, and explores a world of exciting new flavors unfamiliar to my then tame palette. I've since started making Thai food at home and searching for food as authentic and good across other states and countries but none have yet to match the childlike wonder of consuming those first few new bites at Soi 3.

The food was absolutely delicious! I did not get the servers name but he offered me water, because it was hot outside, while I waited for my online order. My next experience will be dining in because it's a very cozy atmosphere.

Food was good. The ambience was beautiful and a plenty of parking lots.

The Yum Nam Khao Tod was amazing and easily our favorite dish. The Khao Pad Pboo (crab fried rice) was a close runner-up, and the Khao Soi was very good, but we mainly filled up on the other 2. My wife ordered a flight of beer and they all tasted kind of off, for some reason… hopefully it was an anomaly. At least the server replaced it with a Chardonnay. I had the smoke, fire and honey cocktail, and it was very good. We’ll definitely be coming back. It wasn’t very busy (we went for an early dinner on Sunday), so hopefully they get enough business to stay open a long time!

My friends, who are locals in Kennesaw, took me here over July 4th weekend. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines, so I was excited to try a street food take on Thai. It did not disappoint. Our group ordered a bunch of dishes to share and everything was top notch. I ordered the crab fried rice, and I also tried the street pad Thai, as well as the pork belly lettuce wraps and tom sum. Everything was rich in flavor, just the right amount of spicy, and fresh-tasting. The waiter was kind, knew the menu front-to-back, and was really helpful with suggestions.

We saw great reviews and decided to drop by for a quick lunch. The staff is awesome! Great food in a soothing and friendly atmosphere. A do over!

Food was not usual Thai that I have eaten so far. I didn’t like the pad Thai at all. Chicken Satay was drier. The server didn’t recommend any dishes and not friendly to talk to.

Visited this restaurant for Lunch. Explained no peanuts there is a person highly allergic. Asked if it’s possible the server said yes. We have eaten here before actually loved the place. But when we got home my daughter got a severe reaction is very ill. I called to notify them n instead the manager wanted to debate the issue, go back n forth about his chef whom he defended without cross-checking what happened, he was defending his kitchen process. Mistakes can happens n the great thing about feedback is the opportunity to learn and do better!!!! They do not seem to take any special precautions for allergies at all and are not open to feedback to at least modify n increase safety. Very disappointed. No compassion for the customer being impacted by their food at all. Food allergies are a life and death thing, huge deal. Very sad. One good thing - the ambience. Thank you

So this resturant is an absolute treasure. The service is incredible, but the food is even better. Yes they even have a full bar and outside seating available! You would have to actually be in Chiang Mai to find a better or more authetic Khao Soi and even then you would likely choose the Soi 3 item. The entire menu is superb. If we are even near Kennesaw, Ga we make an effort to come to this place for spectscular Thai food! Highly recommend..

I'd like to appreciate the servers who came to us and explained the dishes and their speciality . They were cooperative and served us in authentic way . Separate family dining room is also there . Food was great. Overall good one

Worst restaurant to go for take out. the girl who answered my call said “ready in 10 minutes”. I got there in 11 minutes, then had to wait an additional 14 minutes to get my food. And, my food was apparently ready, but she couldn’t take the two seconds to place it inside a bag and hand it to me. Even the owner came by and asked me if I had an to go order, which I replied yes, it’s right there. He didn’t even care to hand me my food. Awful service with no smile even. I’m certain the owner keeps her around ONLY bc she wears yoga pants. I do not recommend this place based on experience today. UPDATE: the girl gave me someone else’s order with fish, I ordered pork. Soi 3 remains a favorite spot and go-to for Thai food. My husband and I find it challenging to pick just 3 dishes, which we have found to be the perfect amount of food for the two of us. The food is delicious and the service is great.

This food touched my soul. Carson was our server and he guided our culinary journey. The #8 and the #4 (1/2 chicken ) was cooked perfectly. The mango stick rice for desert was heavenly. I’ve never eaten at a perfect restaurant until now. The peaceful ambience, the authentic food and the top shelf service made this my #1 spot in the state.

Tried the #4 Gai Yang, #16 Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai, #18 Pad Krapow Gai, and the #24 Guay Tiew Gai with my party! Everything was ABSOLUTELY delicious! My favorite was the Gai Yang! And the broth from the #24 noodles was tasty. New favorite spot!

This was my first time here. I found this restaurant kind of by accident. However, I was very pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the papaya salad and the blue crab fried rice. As well as the spring rolls. My only complaint would be the spring rolls were less than half the size pictured on the menu. And they were a bit on the dry side. The service was great. I will definitely be back! This is the closest Thai restaurant that I’ve been to that actually specializes in authentic Thai cuisine.

From the previous restaurant idea (Fuji Hana Thai Pepper) to this one, the service and food has always been amazing. First time coming since the new name and menu and I loved the vegan options. The spring rolls were so good and perfectly crispy. The #26 purple eggplant dish was spicy but perfect! I enjoyed the soy protein and peppers in it.

I loved the Tom Kha Ga! This coconut soup is amazing with a lot of flavor! Delicious!

Attending a music festival in the Atlanta area and decided to stop in Soi 3 Thai based on a quick search & reviews. We were not disappointed. This Thai restaurant has a very large modern space with full bar. The menu seems to be very authentic. Started with the spring rolls and Tom Kha Gai soup. The rolls have a great favor and were crispy. The soup had a wonderful lemongrass and coconut flavor that you’re looking for in Tom Kha Gai. Decided to order two rice dishes but they were very different from one another. These included the #8 YUM NAM KHAO TOD and #18 PAD KRAPOW GAI, KAI Dow. #8 was definitely a first for me as it had a sour sausage and crispy rice from rice croquettes that were smashed. End result was amazing and delicious! #18 was more along the lines of a traditional fried Thai rice dish. Again great flavors that did not disappoint. This will definitely go into our rotation of restaurants when visiting the area.

Every time I've come here the restaurant has been clean. The food is always delicious, tastes fresh, and has good service. Their Roti!!! Some of the best I've ever tasted. Always hot, fresh, soft, and buttery. All dishes I've tasted have been delicious so far. We ordered the #1 and #15 and we veganized it.

Pad see ew moo, green curry, pad Thai, Tom kha were all top choice. Probably the best all around Thai spread I've had. Balanced complex flavors. No overwhelmingly sweet or spicy. Great noodle and rice texture.

I lived in Thailand for 6 years and this is the best place in Atl for Thai food outside of Doraville/Chamblee. I got takeaway and ate at home. I got som tum, nam sod j and sticky rice. Everything was great, I only wish the menu had some seafood options and the takeaway packaging was not my favorite, I think the Thai style plastic bag with air is best lol. 5 dao ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I spent 2 weeks in Thailand last year and I think this was better than all the food I had. The coconut soup is to die for, this was the best I have ever had. Everything we had was delicious and we'd order again. Cannot recommend this place enough. We'll be back!

If you love Khao Soi gai Chicken (Northern Thai specialty) this is the spot, Chef Preeya is amazing with this particular dish & also the grilled chicken was delicious. I’d go again for that. Takeouts & parking are easily available. Prices are not too steep. Great food.

Nice place to dine in, ample parking, and creative menu. We just moved to the area and are trying out places nearby. We went in to order takeaway and the server who helped us was great. Friendly, made recommendations, etc. So why 3 stars? Unfortunately while the food was good (not amazing or even great), for the prices I can't recommend it. Rice is sold separately ($3) from many dishes. I can live with that. But $3 for a single roti feels ... out of hand. The pork belly app was good, and while our mains were not outright bad the flavor needed more depth. They also did not resemble the photos on the site either, in terms of garnish, veg, etc that appear in the photos.

The menu is not your typical Thai menu but it still does have the usual noodle dishes. Everything does have different spin to it which I loved. We had the pad thai and curry soup with noodles in it. The food was very flavorful, good portions and we finished almost all of it! The only complaint would be seating, it’s a bit uncomfortable to sit because it’s either sitting on a high stool or an awkward high bench. I found myself half standing sometimes. The service could be a little better, but I noticed it might have been just our server that was a little hard to find. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are a little adventurous!

Best Thai place in Kennesaw to have dinner or lunch. Julio is the manger and does a wonderful job supporting the staff and making you feel welcomed. The restaurant ambience is the best in North Cobb. This is the perfect place to meet for a meal. The service staff and chefs take pride in their work, thanks largely to Julio who leads by example. I look forward to going back. The dishes are authentic and full of flavor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏾🐺

Hands down the most delicious and authentic Thai food I've ever had. And for a while, I was left speechless about our experience at Soi 3. My husband and I have done a lot of traveling in the past decade and along our routes we specifically love finding high quality Thai restaurants. Thai restaurants typically have two categories, what I would call "Americanized" and "Authentic." This place is authentic and when I found on Google, I could not wait to try it! You will not recognize these dishes if you're coming from an Americanized experience. Yes there is curry, but you're not going to find a typical Pork Fried Rice or Drunken Noodles. This place is where you're going to find what the people of Bangkok, Thailand actually eat. However, Soi 3, goes beyond authenticity. The food is also masterfully crafted. My husband and I chose several dishes based on our server's recommendations (he was extremely knowledgeable and clearly a fan of the food as well) and not a single one was missing something. Everything was perfectly cooked, and the flavors and textures were incredibly well balanced. The pork shoulder was tender yet toothsome, the chargrilled chicken was a "to die for" experience from the moment I could smell it, and the crispy rice salad was a beautifully prepared textural experience that at other authentic restaurants has fallen flat. After we were finished with the entrees we enjoyed an equally lovely dessert. Quite often restaurants will have desserts as an after thought on their menu. The fried churros we ordered were not a disappointment. Just as lovingly made as the entrees. If it were not a 3 hour drive for us, we would be here regularly. I can't recommend Soi 3 enough, and I hope to be back to try more of the menu soon.

AMAZING! We stopped here for lunch today and absolutely loved the entire experience. We were warmly greeted, seated right away, and our server explained the menu. We liked that the intention is family style dining, especially when you aren't quite sure what you want/like. We tried 4 different dishes and they were all wonderful. Beautiful presentation, very flavorful, fresh tasting, and nice portion sizes. Prices were great for quality of food and amount. The restaurant to include the restrooms were clean! We will definitely be returning and will be recommending to many others!

My husband and I couldn't decide what to order so we ordered what seemed like everything. There was not one dish that wasn't good. We got the half bird, the crab fried rice, a pork dish with fried sticky rice, a curry dish. Everything was just so flavorful.

Great Thai streat food. Not like typical Thai restaurants. Server was very knowledgeable on the menu and had good recommendations.

Over it was an okay first try. The food was pretty decent however the portion size for the price was a little small. Our table did get forgotten service wise but it was only two people who were busy. Overall would try again but not rushing to go again.

The food was amazing , very authentic . I deducted one star because of the Atmosphere because of the chair , it's not very comfortable but everything else was wonderful . We will definitely go back !

This is truly a hidden gem in Kennesaw. The service and food are both excellent. Each dish was extremely fresh and flavorful and you can tell there was a lot of passion put into creating the menu.

I got the shrimp fried rice and it was good. A robot served the food, it didn't take too long and was simple.
