this place is amazing!!!!! don’t usually leave reviews but they have hands down some of the best protein shakes and muffins i’ve had! only wanted to say that on google it says they are cash only? not sure why it says that… they had no problem taking my card so i hope that doesn’t prevent anyone from coming in!

I prefer real smoothies but this will do in a pinch. Everything made with their powder even the protein snacks

Everyone there is so nice. I love their shakes, waffles, and their teas. My go to is a Java Chip with a peach mango tea. 🥰

This place is AMAZING! I come here almost every day and love everyone that works here. Everyone is friendly, kind, respectful and efficient with their work. They make you feel like family and always have endless laughs. THEY CANT GET ANY BETTER BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY THE BEST!!!!! Love you all so much!

I love spot on!! Been going here for years and they’re so nice. Family owned and i love them all. shakes teas waffles and protein muffins and more! all so delicious. you will start craving it and become addicted!!💞💞for shakes i would recommended coconut cream pie, choc chip banana bread, banana nut bread, turtle cheesecake, magic cookie bar, shamrock, Pb&J, coffee roll, and so many more! very close to RIC too and you can order ahead.

This is my go to spot! My husband and I go faithfully every weekend and any opportunity we have during the week. Love all the employees and the owners are the best people who care about their customers and community. Kathy, JoJo, Kevin, Kyle and Sam are Spot On! Recommend highly!!!!

The owners daughter is rude and disrespectful. As I was placing my order with her she continuously Rolled her eyes at my request. I asked if she knew which tea had the highest caffeine and she said they are all the same(which I know they are not). I said it’s fine can I have a chunky monkey with no chocolate in it and toppings on top. She rolled her eyes again and walked away and her and her co worker started laughing. I said so don you know how to make it or not? She said we know how to make it here. I said well I got it done wrong here before so that’s why I am asking you plus you don’t even know about the teas. Her attitude sucked and was cocky. I said what’s the owners name again and when will she be in ? She said she is mom and I can call her if you want me to (with a stink attitude)! I said just because she is your mom does not give you a pass on horrible customer service and I would rather speak to her face to face. Needless to say I will stick to Park Ave where their customer service is great and they value their customers. Did I mention she handed me my shake with chocolate in it !!!!

Friendly, fast, and helpful staff. They acknowledge you the minute you walk through their door regardless of what they are doing. I've been to other shops where the staff have been too busy to even acknowledge the fact you walked through their door, and mostly do to chit chatting. Sylvia and her staff are the perfect example of 5 Star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 customer service. Keep up the good work and best of luck with the businesses. Love you guys ♥️

I absolutely LOVE this place! The protein shakes taste amazing and they make them thick. You get this giant cup that will fill you up for hours. The establishment is clean and the staff are always friendly.

First time going today and the staff was very friendly. The drinks were amazing and did what they were meant to do.

Their shakes and teas are always amazing! Better than a milkshake and so much healthier. It is Herbalife based shakes and geared towards healthy lifestyles, so if that's not your thing, it should be! & you should try it! Never disappoints.

Great place to go for a shake and tea Prices are right with all other nutrition places Excellent customer service! I have been to a lot of different nutrition places and at spot on nutrition they have the best tasting shakes I have had. Definitely a 5 star place!

This establishment is new, clean, staff is very welcoming and helpful. The owner walked in while I was inquiring about their shakes. He was informative in how his establishment works when ordering the shakes and tea’s. Prices are not listed on the tv screen menu. If your a new customer, you’d definitely need assistance when ordering your drink. Sizes are also not listed up on the menu board. Here’s is the thing, this place is shake spot then a smoothie spot. They are not a fruit smoothie making establishment. Shakes and energizing cold teas are their thing. They use herbalife as the protein product and other Herbalife supplements in the shakes/teas. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake which the owner made for me upon request. He added coconut flakes and pineapples and thickened it for me with ice because I’m a more smoothie than shake kinda Gal! I ordered a large and it cost a little over $8. Overall, this place is what it says in the title. Nutrition focused on Herbalife based products. Great for people who workout.

Nice staff good tea’s and shakes but today was the second time I went there at 8am and they were not open it’s a little annoying seeing as I drive there pretty much from Warwick mall to Killingly let’s just say I wouldn’t try to go there early

I love it here! Not only are the shakes and teas amazing, but the customer service is great as well! The only thing I will say is that there are no prices anywhere on the boards, but that’s not a huge deal.
