The girls who run the place are very helpful and friendly.

Never ordering here again, this is the second time they messing with my order, the first time I brought it back to them and they changed it but today I was running late for work so couldn’t bring it back just had to dump it cuz it taste like regular iced coffee but I ordered an iced honey almond Flat White blonde espresso

Takes forever to get order made

Me and my sister went to get drinks and a girl tall with curly hair put up a sign saying they were closed because of staffs issues and it was only 5:30pm and I checked online and this location closes at 7:30pm.

They are understaffed and understocked for the level of traffic they get. Do better Starbucks corporate.

The lady who was taking my order wasn’t paying attention because of that, I have to stay an additional five minutes to reorder one of My breakfast essentials, But I do appreciate the girl who made my coffee and latte; she was very professional and respectful

This Afrikan lady is very rude, as a customer you should give us way first to the restroom. The way she spoke to me was kinda lack of manners. Maybe she thought im not a customer…. Please dont judge right away the looks of a person. Coz at that time i was carrying big bag.

This Starbucks will always be my last option, every time I go my orders are never right and half full... I paid for my drink not to have ice and my trenti drink is missing 1/4 of the drink and when I said something to the barista the lady in the back yells that the Manager won't allow them to put any more juice, even though I specified that why would I pay for a trenti when it looks like a venti or less.. They stayed quiet, then my other frappes were also missing 1/4 and the whipped cream was below the rim... This location really needs to do better, I should have trusted my gut instinct before going again, but its always the same old with this location...

This is a Starbucks I can run into on my way to work, and I just have to compliment the team here after stopping by for over a year. They are so kind! Always greeting folks and wishing them a good day, genuinely. It’s the little things in life 🙌🏻 This location isn’t really the kind you can sit and stay a while so it gets busy, and they run a tight ship!! Thanks y’all.

It is terrible, the workers there have such a terrible attitude and I bought my things and I needed to use the bathroom, I thought it didn’t work so I ask one of the workers if the bathroom didn’t work and they said it did but that I couldn’t use it cause they didn’t want to clean it, and they have been having the bathroom close for a while already.

The. Nicest. People. Seriously, everyone who works there is lovely and friendly. It’s a small location but usually busy and these folks do a great job keeping it going smoothly. I swear no one paid me to say this, I just genuinely think these folks do a great job.

. i had a terrible experience here. i came here before driving to work which was an hour away . i decided to get a coffee and a cheese danish b/c i was hungry . once i got here, someone was ordering already, it seemed that she was BROKE b/c she kept trying every card she had , and only ended up getting a coffee and saying no she would come back with another card , then the barista told her something before she left. i ordered and got my coffee but had to wait 15 minutes.. for a cheese danish … i saw the broke girl come back and the same cashier gave her TWO little baggies of what seemed to me were cheese danish. i’m 100% sure the cashier gave her broke friend my cheese danish. at this point after waiting 15 minutes for a cheese danish , i was so upset i had asked the cashier if she rung up my cheese danish, and she did and had a stupid face and acted stupid saying “it’s not there ?” . i was so mad and left. the other employees saw . it’s unacceptable, if they saw how upset i was they should’ve gave me my cheese danish. BTW , THE CASHIER was the only tall and skinny girl wearing a red sweater and a black weave/wig , and she was black. it seems to me majority of all the review are bad and now i see why .

ATTITUDESSS!! i been coming for 2 years but ever since they changed the staff/manager early this year, the service has gone down hill!! every one has an attitude and seems like they don’t like to work, especially the older lady with a buzz cut (red dye) with glasses & the Ethiopian lady. rude af

I had a terrible experience today at 8:50 A.M at this location. My order was delayed, and when I asked the barista she don’t know my order, and the cashier she started yelling. The manager was no better. They finally took my order, but refused to provide a receipt. I paid in cash, and now I'm concerned about the money I spent. Disappointing service overall.

They fulfilled my order when I had accidentally sent it to the incorrect store. Staff members are kind and hardworking

I ordered and paid and I asked the staff to make an extra drink while I was waiting but the guy that was making the order was arguing I didn't hear it but he acted mad and he didn't make the drink until I pay. Bad customer service sorry dude

terrible service they had an attitude! And when they gave me a drink they didn’t place the lid nicely and when it dropped I asked for a new one and the lady rolled her eyes and asked for a new one, truly don’t recommend this Starbucks.

The older woman is so disrespectful and arrogant. On the top of her her unwelcoming face and customer service, she literally gave water instead of coffee! So sad!

I have received bad service from this starbucks and this is unacceptable. I ordered 2 medicine balls and 1 vanilla bean Frappuccino and when I got home I gave my aunt and my cousins there medicine balls and they said they were disgusting and I tasted my vanilla bean Frappuccino and it was too watery and disgusting. Starbucks you have to do better this is unacceptable and unnecessary. Workers who make drinks need to do better. I suggest that you don’t come to this starbucks.

I’ve been getting the worst services from this location’s SB lately. I went to this location on my birthday the cashier’s behavior wasn't so well. I ordered a medium caramel frappuccino with extra whip cream. Besides, this I got extra caramel drizzle which I didn't order, and made my drink taste the sweetest, and I didn't like it. This is the worst location compared to Hillandale and 909 Thayer Ave Safeway SB❤️❤️I am too much upset about my order today.

Hit or miss. Most times things are consistently sold out. I honestly only go because it’s the closest location to me.

Worst place ever! The person who make my grande caramel macchiato was so rude and didn’t know how to make it, I asked to make it right and Didn’t happens. I believe Starbucks since is freaking expensive and we are buying your product. You have to training ppl capable to make a happy face in the customers. Sucks!

A pink haired barista was really rude to me. I dont speak english well and she got really mad, this was terrible costumer service and hope you guys talk to her about It!!

I come here often and i have never met this lady here before but the coffee was soooo cold it upset my stomach, the guy was c polite as usual that initially took my order, i was truly suprised by the complete difference in service, this lady was wow.

I needed some energy and when i turned around, Bam! Starbucks, a double shot caffeine fix and I was on my way.

My go to for morning coffee. Great spot, often overlooked by those traveling on new Hampshire. Very fast service.

This is my first and hopefully not last experience at this particular Starbucks. Both the cashier and the guy that made my drink had exceptional customer service skills, were very friendly and most importantly greeted me when I walked in. The tall gentleman cashier was very fast at processing my order and the Caribbean or African man that made my drink help me with my app and showed me how to load more funds to my Starbucks account. I appreciate good service and this was a great experience. Great work guys keep it up.

Ran out of the new Strawberry Funnel Cake frappuccinos. Bummer. But my caramel ribbon crunch was yummy.

I was a customer at the Starbucks near pg mall and they were rude and disrespectful me many time. They looked so depression and meant; but the management never take an action so I decided to go difference one. I come to this Starbucks and they are very nice and very dedicated to my drink. People in this store are very humble , Especially Zee, she is very detail about my drink. Today she made a customize drink and it was tasty.. thank you team and Zee.

Update: I love coffee!!! I wanted to start by saying that. But one thing I have learn is that is the people that make a different. Every time I come here I always get a friendly welcome, with everything going on in the world is always nice to see a smile and a great attention to the little details. That make change someone’s day. Like I always say to my friends and family the Starbucks at Langley park “ that’s is my Starbucks”.

Upon entering none of the staff speak to you unless you’re a police officer... otherwise they just ask “How May I help you?” with a straight face. I agree with other reviewers: no one is forcing them to work here so they could be more friendlier to ALL customers.

A very small and crowded Starbucks. Intrigued by the advertisement popped up in Google Maps I ordered a cinnamon flavored coffee. The staff were nice and helpful, birthday almost $6 for coffee it's off-putting. I am sure there are more comfortable at affordable places in the area.

I've been coming to this place for 5+ years but never took the time to write a review. Greatest staff, great service, very consistent always made my Wht Mocha right. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

Very narrow place for a Starbucks. It doesn’t give enough space and seats for customers. It can be a good place for to-go but not for hanging out etc..

It's my favorite tasty latte place I been drinking latte for six years at this place because it's closer to my work place ,especially morning customer service it's incredible,friendly people,good service and nice attitude.For some reason I went my favorite place at evening time I found two bad mannered ladies ,rude not helpful ,I never seen this manner at customer service ,both manager and the one coffee maker, they've to get training how to work with customer or ..........
