Don’t buy food from here got a virus from eating there worst stomach pain in my life and got a fever food isn’t clean

Amazing store the customer service is very good the 1 black cashier has amazing energy reguardless of the day he always has a smile with the customers and seems to befriend a lot of them that come in, I order here consistently a lot of them seem to be here daily and normally get my order right if not they will gladly remake the order to fix the mistake and overall I have good experiences in this location

I would normally go here and order a combo, but in the last 48 hours, I've been told this location is no longer offering the reasonable "combo deals". They have instead offered a 24 pc family pack thats double the price of the "combo deals" I'm not a fan of this model, and as a result, I've lowered my rating of this location.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and staff was screaming at the customers in the lobby due to long Wait time. I was there over 30 minutes long. Every Staff member is in the kitchen no customer service at the register. when customers began to ask for customer service the manager and male cook began to scream at the lobby. Do not even want to get started with the restaurant itself, safety hazards EVERYWHERE. The wheelchair ramp is destabilized so it cannot bear support. The base boards are falling off and there are pieces on the floor so as you wait in the extra long lines you’re standing in debris. The condiments stations is non existent, napkins are provided as one big restroom paper towel roll for the patrons to tear a piece off. This entire place is grotesque unprofessional and a public health violation. Covid is over please bring quality customer service and establishments back !

The fries had a weird taste/seasoning (kind of sweet) and the tenders were EXTREMELY salty to the point I couldn’t even finish one. What a waste of money.

The food is good and fries have an unusual seasoning. But that person today at the front counter should not be on anyone's front counter. She should be emptying the trash or something. I called in a 6 piece combo with lemon pepper and lemon herb mix. She took my order and priced it at $13 and some change. When I got there after asking my name, the food wasn't ready, and while paying, I noticed a sheet on the was to her left that had a 5 piece for $8.99. I asked, "How come you didn't tell me about this? She said it's over. I didn't ask her this. Then she said at 3:00. I checked my phone and I called at 2:25. I said I called at 2:25. She then started babbling about most call-in customers ask for specials. I asked how was I supposed to know, is it on your website? She said she didn't know. Now readers, you know good customer service always offer info to help customers. McDonald's, everyone does this. She was rude and everything. Talking over me when I asked her about their website.

Terrible service is the second time I arrive and The Girl Who is the cashier, always in a bad mood, tells me that she is no longer taking orders, when the restaurant says open and the door is open, what is the supposed attention they give to the customer? customer, very bad cashier service

First and last time I go to this place to start with the cashier working reluctantly with an angry face, then the super salty chips that my strange palate still had, my daughter's horrible sandwich she didn't even eat, I won't spend any more of my money money in this place. Very disappointed 😥🫤

The food has turned to be absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if there is new management but I order from this wing stop all the time. The last few times the chicken has been dry, old tasting. Veggies dry and weird aftertaste. They used to be freshly washed and crunchy. I’ve given many chances but This is my last time I will not keep wasting my money on poor quality

The wings here was so fresh. I got my wings but it was wrong, I wanted all flats. They remade my order and it was so good. The Cajun fries are good but I’d like to try the regular ones next time since I heard those are sweet. I got the Cajun wings and the hot honey. I’ll get the hot honey again, I’ll pass on the Cajun, too salty. Wingstop cook their wings to the perfect temperature, the wings are already crispy. The ranch is so good but not worth $1.79. That’s insane.

I made a mistake in my online order and the staff was very helpful in rectifying it. Great service.

The staff here was very helpful and polite the wings were very fresh and hot ! amazing ! I ordered the lemon pepper 8 piece with mango and it’s the best ! I definitely recommend coming here especially to this location.

Best Wingstop in the area, wings are way better than any of the other ones around, season well. Staff is very patient. Came in to pick up an online order during a really busy rush hour and they was cranking them orders out.

Very delicious wings & great service. The staff were all very helpful & nice. We ordered the 20 wing deal, with 4 flavors, 2 dipping sauces, and a large fry for 18$. Our food came out relatively quick. I’ll be back.

Just got an order delivered, it was amazing! Best wings and fries in the entire dmv area, no joke!! Whatever you put in the ranch dressing is addicting!! 🔥 Update, just drove 20 mins from. Shaw just to get the food. Also don't ever forget to get the rolls! I got 2 and that wasn't enough, my son ate them both on the way home!

This is my favorite wing spot in the whole galaxy. I always get a 6pc lemon pepper bone-in wings with a large seasoned fry, a ton of ranch dressing and their rolls. The ranch must be homemade and gives me a nostalgic feeling from my childhood. The fries have a special seasoning that's more addictive than crack lol the rolls are to die for, they're better than golden corral rolls. My son is a very picky eater and I only ordered 2 rolls and I regret not ordering 6 because my son ate both the rolls in the car on the way home. 😋

The food here is top tier and the customer service is out of this world they are some of the nicest people in world.

Wingstop is my go to spot for wings. The wings themselves are always consistent. I do wish that the lemon pepper weren't so salty but that won't stop me from ordering them time and time again. I usually have a pretty smooth pick up but I got wings from here last night and even though I ordered hours ahead of time, they didn't start on my order until I arrived -___- my order was supposed to be ready at 845 and I arrived at 840. I didn't think they would be ready early but for them to have just started the order was a little annoying. However, they claimed they only just received the ticket in their system and offered free fries or corn for the inconvenience. If that was actually the case, there was nothing they could've done and I appreciate them offering an additional side. The food was as expected and enjoyed.

Lemon pepper wings cooked to perfection every time. Best wings around! Gave only 4 stars because the last 2 times I ordered veggie sticks they have been cut smaller than usual :/

The staff is wonderful. I like the Hawaiian and Old Bay boneless wings. The fries are pretty good. That white dipping sauce is 👌. I didn't know what to expect and I came through and was impressed by the Hawaiian and dipping sauce and of course the staff.
