This is my go to Starbucks. I’ve never had a problem and I’m born and raised in Seattle so I’m very picky about my starbies. Please come back.

Closed at noon on a monday for no reason. Website says theyre open. Waste of time.

Always a pleasant experience with the burista's at this location. I've only ever had one issue and it was quickly and nicely fixed. I've been coming here once a week for about a year now. So that's pretty good odds lol. I love this place.

7/18/24 Ordered a vanilla latte and taste terrible second time they make coffee taste so bad what is going on at this location

I picked up my order via drive thru Sunday 05/19 . Right after eating the Double smoked Bacon, Cheddar Egg sandwich, my throat felt scratchy. Later that day I was sick, and have been sick throughout the week. Mind you I had a wedding to attend, and in that wedding I lost my voice and was coughing up a storm. I had low energy and remembered , that before ordering and eating at this Starbucks location, I was perfectly healthy with no issues! Now it is Tuesday, over a week had passed and I am STILL sick.

The absolute worst customer service ever the manager is rude and nasty as ever its not worth it.

Chris and David checked on me a bunch while relatively busy in their drive thru because i had to wait on my drink. They apologized profusely because i had to wait around 15 minutes for it, but really made it feel okay because of their efforts to double check on my drink for me.

Lately I have been ordering a chai tea latte, macha tea, and today I tried a cinnamon dolce. These all have been poor quality. I used to work at a Starbucks in Illinois, this is not how these drinks are supposed to be made. This latte taste like milk foam and expresso, none of the chai flavor. They ignore the label when I say 3 pumps of chai AND 3 pumps of vanilla. GM seriously needs to retrain the staff. I’ve had enough.

Last time I went here, you guys either had a new hire, or it was a fluke thing, but my order was just so bad. I just went through again today and this is one of THE BEST coffees I’ve had from Starbucks (same order). Such great friendly people too. Keep it up!!!

Speaking as a delivery driver, this Starbucks was once good... they had excellent employees who knew how to multitask, but since they changed the employees, it's not the same anymore... these new employees only prioritize those who go in person or order online, completely ignoring customers who order via Doordash and Uber Eats... if you order via Doordash and Uber Eats at this Starbucks, good luck, order 2 hours in advance...wait 10-15 min when is busy is understandable, but wait 10-15 min when is dead, and for pre made foods only, not drinks included, is kind of ridiculous

35 minutes in line with 4 cars in front of me and a below average drink. I get the same thing every time I come here yet it seems to be made differently each time. Tired of having to cross my fingers and hope it’s made well. The long wait time on top of it is even more frustrating. If i’m waiting this long i would hope it’d give them enough time to make it well. I have cars behind me honking their horns out of frustration. I really hope the staff can get it together here.

Starbucks better start working on customer service and improve the quality of their beverages; consistency depends on the store. If you don't watch yourselves (Starbucks) you might start to be compared to Dunkin Donuts; not a compliment.

On a couple occasions, the coffee didn’t taste right. It tasted burnt or something. Some days it takes awhile to get my order at drive-thru. Also, did you hire new people? I just got a coffee and when the girl handed it to me, she didn’t even look at me. I thanked her and she said nothing. Not sure what’s going on with your customer service, but you should find another job if that’s your attitude.

Honestly this is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been too! They always get the orders right and the staff is always so friendly! Definitely made a regular out of me! 💜

Went to this location which is supposed to be open and no one was there’s. Doors locked and no one inside. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before driving around to go inside.

I came through the drive through an absolute wreck. A sad mess, and the baristas were able to cheer me up and said they’d be thinking of me for the rest of the day. I didn’t have to share what I was going through for them to see that I needed just a little encouragement for the day. That really stuck with me and I really appreciate the kindness they shared with me when I really needed it. If I could give a million stars I would. Thank u.

Today I ordered a venti frappuccino but when I got it I tried to drink it and there were literal blocks of ice in it. It wasn't blended enough at all. I paid 6$ or more for this drink and all I got was a bunch of ice. Very disappointed. I want a refund Starbucks this is unacceptable.

We go to the Starbucks off of 1720 S Orange Blossom Trail in Apopka, they are the most friendly and personable staff. I enjoy Starbucks Chai Lattes and Hot Chocolate, but being greeted with warm smiles and genuine sweetness makes the Latte that much better. I love this location.

The customer service workers were so amazingly sweet it was my birthday and it meant the world to me that they wrote Happy Birthday on my cup and they were just super friendly my drink was fantastic that was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a fast food convenient restaurant

I walked in and I was very clear with the cashier that I wanted a little less milk or half of the milk In my venti iced Carmel macchiato. Last few times I’ve ordered this drink it taste like striaght milk and no coffee at all. I understand you have to substitute soemthing for the drink but honestly extra ice is fine. Didn’t listen to my request and still put too much milk o even tried to ask for more brew in the past and nothing. I’ve been getting the same drink with same request for the last 8 years. After explaining myself several times I gave up and ended leaving unsatisfied. Great way to ruin someone’s Sundays morning smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

The service was non existent, I went to the door and it was locked, when the lady opened the door she said she couldn’t let me in because the drive through was to busy, the drive through was empty

When we entered the store there was no line and just one other customer waiting for their order. It took at least 10 minutes for our 2 drinks to be made and they were VERY sweet.

I WANT TO RAVE ABOUT KAITLYN THE DAY MANAGER I HAD MADE A UBER ORDER WHICH MY ORDER WAS MADE AND PICKED UP AND UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY PERSON CANCELED IT WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT TO DELIVER AND NEVER TOOK BACK ORDER OR CONTACTED ME, I CALLED UBER THEY WERE NO HELP I CALLED THE STORE AND KAITLYN ANSWERED AND WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL INFORMED ME SHE HAD NO INFO WHICH WAS SO CONFUSING TO ME, BECAUSE MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND PERSON PICK IT UP, SHE TOOK MY ORDER OVER PHONE AND OFFERED TO REMAKE FOR ME TO PICK UP, I WAS FREAKING OUT ABOUT BEING CHARGED AND THIS PERSON TAKING THE ORDER, I HOPE THEY ENJOYED IT!!! BUT KAITLYN TOOK CARE OF IT AND REPLACED WITH NO HESITATION... THANK YOU!!!! YALL GO SEE HER AND HER TEAM.....

Kaitlin took our order about 5 minutes and she is one of the sweetest people ever. She deserves a raise, she has an amazing attitude!!

Took 12 min to make my ice americano but register girls friend drink came out in 3 min. There was no one in lone before me. Bad management.

My almost daily morning coffee drive through before work stop. Smaller than most Starbucks I've been to, but perfect for the get and go. Staff are friendly and spunky. Have to get my hot peppermint mocha addiction fix with a slice of pumpkin loaf regularly and all year-round. 😋

Worst drive through access. It litterally blocks roads and parking in and out of walmart and themselves. Hard to get to starbucks parking because of drivethru to even go in. Worst design and very inconvenient and unsafe. They should fix it. I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile pick up order. Walked in and the food was ready but waited another 15 to 20 minutes for the coffees so thefood was cold and gross by the time I could eat it. They should have a better process for that or more people working for morning rush. Everyone who worked there were very nice though and were going as fat as they could but they didn't have a chance.

I absolutely love coming to this starbucks for coffee. I go here often and when i go here it’s always clean and the service is excellent. the workers are all very very friendly and the restrooms are nice. Everything here tastes good and fresh all of the time. I would highly recommend dumping your normal starbucks and coming here since it’s so wonderful. I love this place.

Location worsening with time… two stars is generous considering… some employees are super sweet, others spend more time whispering about how annoyed customers are when they are waiting for their drink instead of making said drink. Then handing the drink shaking like a leaf because you know you were being rude and I saw you. It’s ok … your punishment is working at the trashy Starbucks. Have a nice one!

I mean, coffee from Starbucks is like any other Starbucks. So I can't complain about that. BUT they have a female employee, she has a stank attitude. She is so unhappy to be there. Never acknowledges customers. Her customer service attitude is in the negatives. This female will be the reason you will lose a lot of customers. If she obviously does not want to work there, why is she even there. Never "Hi, you are welcome" She also talks very rude about previous customers. Literally trash talking, cursing with co workers while there is a customer waiting for their order. CURSING as if she was in her "hood". Starbucks, I had high expectations from you. But once you let a hood person work there it all goes down hill.

Their caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino is delicious.

We came to the drive through at 9:45 p.m. The lights were on but no one answered the drive thru. So we pulled around to the window. The girl saw us & moved away & literally hid from us as we waited. A young man walked past the window but it was OBVIOUS she didn't want to serve us. We left. & won't stop here again.

Waited 15 min in line asked for simple thing white chocolate mocha WE DONT HAVE , or cheese sandwich WE DONT HAVE, or strawberry refreshing WE DONT HAVE , DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN LINE , VERY POOR SERVICE

Starbucks always consistent professional and courteous not your neighborhood 7-11 and that's a good thing!

I ordered ahead and still had to wait more than 20 minutes for my drink then when it was finally ready it tasted watered down. Not sure who is in charge but why are they not making the drinks in the order they receive them? Why should I have to wait that long and people can just walk in order and get their drinks first.

This caramel Frappuccino taste horrible. I presume that the coffee that was used in it was old, I am a coffee drinker and I known what old coffee ☕️ test like . Very disappointed.

The drinks were good, but I ordered Venti drinks and the straws they gave were for the grande or tall drinks. The straw sank into the drink, but overall the employees were nice.

Staff really makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer, they give great suggestions for coffee too when you’re not sure what to decide on. Best Starbucks I have been to, and I have been to A LOT!

Came here specifically to have a bite and sit and get some work done. Unfortunately I was told I had to leave the dining area after less than 10 minutes because they were short staffed. I could have gone anywhere and now I wish I had. Spoke with the supervisor and there was no type of recourse offered. Wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

Makes an excellent place to freelance. Clean, organized, under control. Facilities seem to be in order, employees seem to be in order, customers leave quickly, and the music is good!

Always fast and tasty coffee and food. The drive through gets very busy but moves quickly. This is a smaller location but gets the job done. I think this may be the only location on the 32703 zip code of Apopka. The coffee shop is located on 441 in front of the Super Walmart and next to the Papa John’s pizza and the Panda Express restaurant. Holiday flavors are always something to look forward to.

Friendly staff and clean establishment. The parking lot is a little of a pain to navigate but they do have a drive thru despite the small size of the store.

For being such a small starbucks compared to others, they are great and quick. Only down fall is the location they are in. But business itself gives me what i ask for and when i order my drink to lattes/espresso, etc. They get the order correctly. Can't complain.

Everything was perfiect. My service, spectacular. I got the Impossible Sandwich and an Iced Caramel Macchiato and it was ready super quick. Promote and pay this woman more or I'm going to hire her, Starbucks. She is amazing personified.

This location is always excellent with customer service. Today was really excellent. I wanted something fruity and frozen and the recommendation was on point and my normal is to get a pink drink. My husband got a decaf white chocolate latte and they recommended to get it with oat milk. It was like drinking oatmeal and very tasty with the brown sugar syrup. He also recommended the Impossible breakfast sandwich. I am very pleased. The 2 people that stood out was Vee and Kb. Hats off to these 2.

I love coffee and I especially love coffee. If you have been to one Starbucks, you have been to most if not all of them. However, I wouod highly recommend staying far away from this location unless picking up your order as the drive-thru is packed and extremely stressful. Otherwise, the staff is fantastic and the quality of the products are what you come to expect.

The service I received was great! I get cream on the side all the time for my hot coffee. The barista making my grande Pike Place introduced me to steaming the side of cream. I tried it and loved it! Thank you!

My favorite coffee establishment.

This place is not super sanitary. They are constantly blocking the entire parking area and more for the entire complex with their customers in drive through. The prices have gotten beyond expensive. They need to move to a different area to help people be able to reach the other businesses in that area. That or have people order and part out back in the Walmart parking lot so that they can bring the drink/food Out to them. Their drinks are ok but not worth the cost and chaos.
