Cuban was delicious & large. Milkshake was made with real strawberries! I look forward to returning & trying more items.

The order is sometimes slow in coming. But the sandwiches are very big, and very good. The Greek salad is also substantial. Everything seems fresh.

Recommended by a friend now I have to pay it forward. You will not be disappointed. Had the classic Cuban and soup. Quality and authenticity were on point! Great value! Sandwiches are sizable for the money. Super friendly staff! Only wish is that they were opened for the weekend. 😁

I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service at Strawberry Hut in Lakeland, Florida. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to my experience at the Plant City location. The lack of manners and warmth from the team made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. It's clear that the two locations have different standards when it comes to customer service. I hope Strawberry Hut in Lakeland will take steps to improve their staff's attitude and training to match the high standards set by their sister location in Plant City.

The best Cuban sandwiches I've found since the guy on the corner of sligh and habana closed many years ago. No one makes a Cuban as close to his as the strawberry hut. I live in Wesley chapel and it's worth the 50 mile drive there to get one.

I ordered the Greek salad, turkey Cuban sandwich, and everything was delicious!

So I should have took a picture but I didn’t I got a chef salad and I noticed it had a lot of lettuce and barely and toppings it also did not have any cheese! So I called store because I have not been in a few months so I asked do they not put cheese in the salad anymore and Carolyn stated they do I told her mine did not have any she did offer 10% off my next visit and extra cheese because I could not go back since I was at work just seems to me like the salads are different than before

Their Cuban was more like a traditional sub with cold cuts, etc. It was good but not an authentic Cuban and definitely not the best in Lakeland. The place needs some repairs and isn't the nicest. The shakes looked awesome.

The place could use a good cleaning, everything was sticky. The food was good and well priced for the portions, but the organization was a hot mess. People are unsure of where to wait in line to order, no designated area for Togo pickup either. The staff seemed to be getting frustrated with the customers for not knowing the process, and the line just backed up to the door. I've been to the Plant City location and definitely prefer it, even though it's got very limited seating.

I tried this location in Lakeland because I love the Plant City restaurant. The food was on par with Plant City, but the staff did not deliver the same level of service as their parent location. The one major plus here is there is indoor dining, though the decor was dark and depressing. Next time I get an urge for a Strawberry Hut Cuban sandwich, I will make the drive to get in Plant City.
