The prices are so high they don't even put them on the board so you don't know what's going to cost you until you get to the cash register and the people working there were great its sad to hear that the owner has only given them a $0.50 raise in the course of a year come on you can only afford to pay someone an extra $20 a week that's crazy to me.

Fresh food. Friendly service but..... I experienced sticker shock! Is there no "meal deals" anymore? I got a Footlong VEGE, Chips & a drink. I decided to UP SIZE THE DRINK. I PAID $8+ just for the sandwich and $4 for the drink & chips. How much are subs with MEAT now?

Purchased a sandwich from this Subway here again and usually its not any issues except for the horrible backed up sewer smell they have in this establishment. I purchased a 12” sub deluxe and noticed that the meat is once again in smaller portions, Subway corporate states it needs to be 2.5oz per boat, what i received was 1.6oz in both orders, not only is everyone getting smaller portions of meat they now count the amount of tomatoes and pieces of spinach.

I come to this Subway often. It normally is really good. The staff are friendly and always efficient and fast. Today I came one of the workers who is a white lady with glasses took my order and then when I asked to have it toasted she put it in the toaster took it out and set it aside and then she began to make another lady sandwiches ahead of me? She then asked me to go up and go ahead and pay for my meal without making the sandwich. I did so and went ahead and paid for the sandwich with my meal. Finally she asked the other worker to make my sandwich. She cashed out another lady before me and already had made two of her sandwiches. Which kind of didn't make sense? I thought it was first come first serve but I could be wrong. It was just kind of shady the way I was done.

Had a Subway coupon was told they don't take coupons. . You just lost a customer ! BYE

Very good food and good service and they were very busy after church but was very good service

We won’t be back to dine in. The sandwich was excellent! However the store is so cold its hard to enjoy. The bathroom vent is positioned so the freezing cold air is aimed directly at the toilet seat!! Yikes!

It's just a Subway. Nothing out of the ordinary, just like every other subway that's out there. It's clean, the staff is friendly, service is quick. The store sits right on the side of 301 so it's easy to find and get in and out. Only 5 parking spots, but I doubt you'll ever not find a spot. It's never that busy.

As an ex employee, there is not breaks, so sometimes you will get a hangry employee (understandable on then... not the boss), the boss has favorites... so the store doesnt gets taken care of like it should, and as someone who called their boss crying in extreme pain for an unknown reason and was told you find my own replacement and couldnt so just said oh well and went to the hospital... only to have to stay for 3 days..... they get understaffed because managers and the boss doesnt care. (Sometimes plz forgive the staff here) ALSO IF VEGATARIAN OR VEGAN DONT EAT HERE!!! We only changed gloves per sandwich. So if we made a ham sandwich.... our gloved hands also touched the veggies

2nd time order from this subway online 4 sandwiches none of them right, tried to call no one answers the phone.. curbside pickup a joke!! $30 something dollars wasted.

She didn't know what was in the sandwich or how to make them. We don't know what we got.

Everything was great, only bad thing is they refuse to take coupons.

Horrible first time trying online order and my sandwich wasn't ready when it said and still had to wait another 6 minutes. They didn't follow instructions on what to put on it and the foul mouth manager was rude.

I ordered the great garlic just the way you make it and the sandwich maker didn't know how. Had to find out from someone else. I had the All American clyb fixed my way from jump and that worked out better. Both sandwiches were good.

Our sandwiches were very good. The problem deals with the foul-mouthed manager and one of the employees. Constant cursing behind the counter.

Stop in and eat fresh bite to eat. It was clean quiet , short lines, small parking area, challenging exit to main rd when exiting the parking lot. 😑 lunch yummy

Great flavors in different breads and I like that they toast it if you want and you can make it exactly how you wanted. Also they are very friendly at the Starke's Subway on Walnut Street. My daughter's favorite sub is the Italian herb and cheese bread with chicken and Mayo, lettuce and tomato

Three years ago I gave 5 stars. Today ZERO! The guy, Chris is unprofessional and rude to a man with a service dog. He didn't greet us when we entered just yelled "ima need you to back up with that dog bro", my response was there are laws about service animals and we turned around to leave as he continued yelling as we walked out.

Breakfast subs (foot long) main ingredients have been cut down (steak - only 1 tub unstead of 2 tubs, the eggs - only get 2 instead of 4). Very disappointing and prices have gone up.

After another bad experience with this location, it is clear to me that the owner is most likely the issue. I finally had enough, asked to speak with a manager but no manager on duty. When I asked them to get the manager on the phone, the manager would not speak to me. Even contacted corporate and this place still will not contact me. This is not how business is conducted. If this is how you treat customers, maybe you don't deserve them. Treat your customers with dignity and respect. My family will not be returning to any location. Especially Starke, Fl!

Subway sends out Coupons. Only stores in the country won't accept them, seems pretty dumb. Maybe you could save the money you can't lose on a coupon, by not mass production of useless leaflets of paper that just end up in the trash.

Pretty run down subway location. Not accepting coupons evidently which the cashier told me at check out while pointing at the 8.5x11 sign taped at the register. The restroom is disgusting and didn’t have soap in it. For that matter it’s literally being held together with tape. If the visible part of the location is falling apart like this I can only imagine what behind the counter/kitchen area looks like. Some general maintenance goes along way. Especially being a location with a stingy enough owner to not accept coupons that almost literally every other subway has no issue accepting.

I had a call in order and it was ready when I arrived and it was made correctly.

The young man that assisted me was so polite. I got the breakfast flatbread and it was delicious

Melanie & Anselmo were very friendly, efficient, & built great tasting subs for us. In a time where good employees are lacking, these two are pretty awesome! I tried the new fresh mozzarella on my meatball sub and it was super good!

The facility is clean, they wear gloves when they fix your food, and the food is good.

Great sandwich and very quick service

Very friendly and courteous staff. It was 15 minutes to closing time but still did an excellent job on my order. Subs are always delicious. Have a gluten-free member in our household and the Protein Bowls are a great option for the subs. They also have online ordering.

They have the best meatball sub sandwich they need to open up at 8 instead of 9

I visit the Starke subway and the Melrose one also. The food is good although I think they removed the soup in melrose, big disappointment.The service could use some some work.

Rotisserie chicken wrap was full of flavor. Not a bad place to eat. May be difficult to turn into parking lot depending on road traffic.

There was only one employee when we stopped by here, but he was really nice and friendly. I ordered a tuna sandwich and my husband ordered a spicy italian. The sandwiches were fresh and made perfectly the way we wanted them. The bathrooms and over all restaurant were very clean.

Subway is a good place to eat prices are right, and it is right in the middle of Melrose that the only red light in town at the gas station LOL but good for you friendly people

The guy behind the counter was the first to ever ask me did i wanna add bacon an cheese to my soup... it was great really brought it up a noch. Our subway is always clean and wonderful people working. Cutos to the guy behind the counter today.

Sandwich was great. Really need to work on the bathrooms and keep them clean! Plenty of indoor seating, easy access from the road and good parking complements the usual Subway offerings. Service was pleasant and good. Restaurant seating was fine but the men's room was bad, short term and long term. I would not have ordered if I'd used it first.
