I love going there because I have a favorite waitress... she just moved close to where I'm moving..nice girl always upbeat..friendly and yes everyone is nice...foods great.. I usually get their teriffic burger to go fir later.

It you enjoy the comfort of an old-time dinner with friendly, energetic waitresses and very fast service with tasty good quality food this is the place for you. Oh, and with a reasonable price to boot.

Went there twice to eat at 1:30 pm on different days. We were greeted rudely both times by the same waitress out loud in front of the patrons as she stated that they were closed. The sign on the door stated that closing time is 2 pm. If you are going to turn the grill off at 1:30, then that is your closing time if the owners/staff want to leave by 2. We will never eat here again! Very embarrassing experience! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Fries were soggy, burger tasteless, onion rings soggy. Open till 2, fryer should be on and hot till 2!!

Sports themed and very clean! My wife ordered the chicken biscuit and the chicken was hand battered and cooked fresh, the grits were creamy and delicious! The grillman’s special was very good as well! Very impressed ,definitely will be back!

We used to love this little diner, the last two times we have been, the food has been sub par and the waitress on our last visit couldn't remember anything from one minute prior. I hope they get back to good food and good service soon.

This was the first time since I have been here several times before to which I was very disappointed. The waitresses stood at the register talking waited about 5 min before someone finally came over then when I got the food it was half cold and half warm they acted like they didn't want to be there or disturbed so with that being said I will not be coming to sunrise again.

Great american breakfast. It's fast & a nice staff. It's a casual chill brunch spot. Their biscuit & water are not that great, but I get the 2 eggs, corned beef hash with potatoes & toast with grape jam; large orange juice with ice on the side & 4 French toast wedges; I enjoyed everything I got home fries because I'm not a huge fan of string hashbrown, they are not that favorable put with a little salt & over medium eggs, It's good. We go at least 1 to 2 times a month.

We had a group of about 8. Our waitress was very attentive and kept our coffee cups full. My country fried steak with sausage gravy, eggs, homefries and toast was excellent. My bill came to less than $13

Great service nice people good prices. My hash browns were burnt and cold. My mom's hash browns were golden brown and steam coming off them. That's the reason for the 3 stars on the food. 4 stars overall

YUM YUM Everyone had BIG servings but me. Very skimpy on the hasbrowns. My adult daughters chili was full of chopoed tomatoes and kidney beans, maybe a teaspoon of juice. I'd of sent it back instantly. Granddaughter got 2 pancakes, Huge! Typically it is one of our favorite breakfast spots but not so much yesterday. 4/02/2021.

Breakfast is on par with any other diner, but their real treat is their burgers. Best in town! Servers are prompt, efficient and all business. You get served quickly and the prices have remained at pre-Covid levels, making it a real value!

My food order was a bacon and cheese omelet....Burnt bacon, Luke warm potatoes that were either hard or soft but minimal warmth, toast room temperature, my sons plate was steaming hot and his food was fine. Server didn't inquire why I ate 2 bites and pushed plate away, when server came to give the check, she just took the plate and scraped it in the garbage. Many locals love this place, I wont return, my entire omelet was burnt bacon

I ordered a BLT with a Scrambled Egg on the sandwich and knowing at this place they put a pickle on the plate I asked for no pickle. When my plate got there the server said well I guess they can’t read and gave me my order wrong then walked away pickle in hand and egg on a side plate…use to be such a good place…

Had breakfast first time they're clean real nice service everything was cooked right. It gets really packed on the so you have to go early

First time here. the waitress was prompt and polite. We were all surprised@ how fast the food came out and, it was hot! the four of us enjoyed everything and the price was fair for what we got. we will be back!

The Old Timer is what I ordered with 2 eggs, 1/2 order biscuits & gravey and potatoes. The gravey was amazing...we'll be going back before leaving town....yum yum!!!

2 stars because of the prices. Walked in. Waited for a minute or two. No one acknowledged me. Waited another minute and went to go seat myself. Waited before someone finally came to my table and asked what I wanted to drink. Looked around and every empty booth they had was dirty. Looked like they only cared about tips and not their job. Yes it was busy but it looked like the place had no order. I've been here before and that's the last time I'll be going back to the place.

Walked in and sat down, not one waitress said anything to us for 5 minutes while walking around us. Went across the street to Hwy 441 Diner and was greeted within 10 seconds .

Was visiting the area, googled "breakfast tavares" and Sunrise Grill was one of the recommendations, so decided to give it a try. Busy little place, seated quickly, server was fast and attentive. 2 eggs over easy with ham steak. Ham was good, home fries good. eggs under cooked and really runny but I was too busy and too tired to send them back. Otherwise, a good experience. UPDATE: the above review was two years ago, and I'm happy to say I've moved into the area and Sunrise is one of my go-to places for breakfast. My runny eggs two years ago was a hiccup that hasn't repeated, and the food and service has been top-notch since.

This place is no frills but that’s the best part. Walls are lined with old movie and tv memorabilia that reminds you of times past. They have a pretty small and standard Florida country style breakfast menu but the food hits all the right spots. It’s also priced fair so anyone can enjoy a breakfast here. I got the grillman’s special and atop hash browns at the recommendation of our sever. The French toast was very good and we cleared out plates! The waitress was friendly and brought the food out hot & fast and kept the coffee full. I will definitely make this place a regular stop.

We were seated right away and our server quickly took our drink order. She was taking care of about 6-8 tables. She kept our drinks refilled without being asked. Our food arrived hot and as ordered. You won't be disappointed with any items you order.

Delicious, Gracious and Its a hidden gem! Don't let this strip mall fool you - This place has it all. The food is always hot, tasty and large portions! It is not over priced - in fact come under and makes this our Sunday Go To! If you are on the fence - that's ok - go away .. just means less time in line for me :)

Let me tell you about great food.. I am never disappointed by any meal I buy here 😋 I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich today and I always love there blts crispy bacon. The owner is a really nice person and the staff is amazing 👏 go in and you won't regret it

A 2 star review because the wait staff are friendly. The eggs were over cooked ( brown on top and bottom), the grits were hard as a rock, biscuit cold and the omelette was inedible. The food was cold and no one came around to refill our drinks. 1st and last time going there. Sorry for the negative review.

Tried this place out based on Nextdoor reviews/comments. I’m a huge breakfast person and had high hopes, but this is a no go for future me. Just wanted to let my other breakfast lovers know that the service was less than par and breakfast was mehh. My boyfriend had lunch since he’s not a breakfast guy and said the cheesesteak was bland also.

Server very nice. Fairly easy to substitute here. food came quickly. Prices are very good
