Mango Milk tea and the Mango Mochi were both delicious!

Really cute, I live for the drinks now. I got the Jasmine tea with crystal jellies and a regular Thai tea in the split cup. Actually life changing.

I love how the sweetness is customizable. I always add the boba pearls and I'm obsessed with this combo. I don't even really like tea but this combo is just that good. I've also gotten the fresh strawberry drink and it was great and fresh as well. Ambiance is adorable and the service is fast.

Meeting the owner and workers, made this location much more family oriented, bought the mason glass boba drink for the first time back in 2022 and since then I always travel with my teastori glass everywhere… never knew drinks can taste much better in glass than plastic… Will definitely return to this location again. Update: just found out that this establishment is also available in Tampa, Florida

favorite boba place i've been to while traveling. ordering through the kiosks make things so easy, the atmosphere & the employees are very nice, & both times they've given out complimentary reusable straws. i like how they have split cups so you can try different flavors. the second time i went i had to wait longer than usual & so they not only gave me a size up at no additional cost but also a coupon for a free drink. will definitely come back if passing through!

Favorite boba place with excellent mochi

So I came here expecting to see everything I saw in the pictures but it's not there it's not updated, the drinks are eh okay and the macarons were actually pretty good. The mochi is also good but like it looked kinda bad in person, was expecting another experience 🥲

The self order kiosks are a perfect feature for new customers. It makes the overwhelming aspect of trying a new place SO much more relaxing, and it's basically self-explanatory. The fruit tea was delicious. The jelly milk was a delightful treat!

Mid drinks + not slay + closes at 6?? (Lol) + why is there graffiti on the bathroom trash can + bathroom sink is jank too + extra charge for less and no ice… + make sure u dont get an orange slice in ur drink or itll have a 50% chance of covering the entire cup + artificial tasting af + tea moment is better

Rude employees refused to make a drink I come in for all the time. I was repeatedly told by management there should be no reason they can't make my drink as the ingredients are in store and the product has been on and off the menu for 10 years. 3 drink orders weren't placed today because of this horrible customer service. I spend hundreds a year in this place. I won't be coming back.

Most definitely my favorite boba shop in gville for years! They always have the cutest holiday decor as well as delicious boba. Definitely try out their mochi ice cream sometime!

Pretty standard bubble tea shop lots of options. Hokkaido milk tea is by far my favorite and basically the only thing I order since I think its S tier out of all boba places. Their taro milk tea is also above other boba places in my opinion maybe an A+ while other places taro tastes like a b- feel a majority of their options taste average or less. Luckily your drink gets made with 3 minutes or less even when they're busy and they always have a decent amount of seating and constant lofi music playing

Like all the mochi flavors and options. Same with all the drinks. I had a split milk tea with tiny tapioca boba that was great and refreshing. The taro was better than the Thai green tea, in my opinion. Would definitely get just the taro next time. Parking is not easy! Very quirky place(in an older plaza), and a college kids hang out. This was more of a curiosity stop while I was out of town, but it was such a nice place. Rich in plants and inviting nooks. I was really taken in by the atmosphere of this lovely boba tea shop. I wish I had taken some pictures. It also has an electronic order kiosk so you don't feel pressured while browsing the selection.

i’ve been coming to teastori for 4 years now and i make the trip every single time i come to gainesville! they have my favorite thai tea and so many great menu options! my boyfriend loves the longan tea :) also the tapioca texture is perfect everytime!

I have been here a few times and love their boba tea. Music usually helps me, she is a very friendly and welcoming person. If I'm not sure what I would like to order, she takes the time to ask me what my likes are and suggests menu items based on that. Very pleasant helpful young lady and I always enjoy their various drinks. I recommend this business

This place is pretty expensive, but they do have a wide variety of drinks and options. I only have one complaint, which is that the store always has a very strong sickly sweet odor. It's been there every time I go, and it honestly is very overwhelming. Otherwise I really like this spot!

First of all, the decor of this place is so cozy and cute on the inside and outside. It feels very inviting walking in, and the workers are very kind. The menu is extensive, but not overwhelming to where you can’t decide what to get. I got the split cup with matcha and oolong honey milk tea, both with boba. The boba itself is some of the softest/chewiest I’ve had, and just so good. I’m not the biggest fan of matcha but the milk tea was just the right amount of sweet, with no bitterness. The oolong honey milk tea has become a new favorite of mine, and was somehow still great even after it watered down from the ice. I also got two macarons, pistachio and tiramisu, which I didn’t enjoy as much. The pistachio one’s shell had a weird gummy texture, but the pistachios on the outside rim of the filling were good. Tiramisu may have been my fault, as I’m iffy on the actual dessert anyway. It tastes more like espresso than anything else which I kind of expected, so no fault to them. Will definitely be coming back

super cute place!!! the boba is good and they have a great variety of flavors and toppings. the split cup is amazing for indecisive people like me haha! the employees ive met were super nice and understanding too! i have a gluten and lactose sensitivity and they were so kind in answering my questions about the menu even though they were quite busy! the atmosphere is fantastic, very instagram-y for sure with a lovely outdoor porch area. not a fan of the "no ice" option costing extra, but i guess its understandable. the self service kiosks are great for people who prefer not to order face to face too. overall its a lovely place for a casual hangout and dessert :)

This is a hidden tea gem of Gainesville☆▪︎☆ Originally recommended to me by a co-worker, my husband and I went here for the macaroons n' mochi and stayed for the tea. Ambiance is nice with lots of seating, and it looked clean overall. There was also an upstairs area, but we didn't have time to explore. I chose a matcha milk tea with mini boba, husband chose the split tea - half jasmine rose and half honeydew both with aloe jelly. Both our teas were fresh and made well. The tops were vacuum sealed, so that was a nice change. We love macaroons, so we bought a 12-pack. Tiramisu and matcha are the best flavors so far, but the other ones (dark chocolate, pistachio, birthday cake, cookie) were also tasty. I'm a huge mochi fan, so I HAD to try a few. I chose the buy 4 get 1 free pack with matcha (of course), vanilla chip, 2× chocolate, and coffee. They were made well, tasted great, and gone by the time we got home. We'd go here again for our macaroon and tea craving ✅️

This milk tea store is pretty cute. I have been there three times. The milk teas/fruit teas look delicate and artistic. The thing is, I couldn’t find any milk tea/fruit tea here that satisfies me. First, they are so small. Second, they taste plain. They are, to me (very personally), like a fraud: Beauty on the outside, void on the inside.

Delightful, and the bubble tea is delicious. They have macarons AND mochi ice cream, too... Heaven!

This is my absolute favorite place to be!! It’s a perfect place for me to meet up with my friends and chat after a long week, and the boba drinks are my favorite despite trying other places around town. The seasonal decorations are always fantastic and fun, and the staff never fails to be absolutely lovely. Never before have I had such an emotional attachment to a business, but this place genuinely brings me a lot of joy.

Previously when I had reviewed Frosty Fox in Oviedo, I compared it offhandedly to one of my favorite Boba tea stores in Gainesville - and this is it. Tea Stori provides a wide selection of teas and slushes, all of which are made to order. This includes milk teas and fruit teas, along with an assortment of add-ins including of course Boba balls, juice poppers, and jellies. There is guaranteed to be something for everyone's palate. My favorite is Vietnamese iced coffee with cream cheese foam - a nice mix of sweet, salty, and creamy. In addition to the teas, they also serve Mochi ice cream and a large variety of French macarons which I'm quite partial to. Some flavors (among many others) include tiramisu, Earl Grey, birthday cake, and Oreo. There are also a number of merchandise options available, such as hats and phone cases. All of these are available through the electronic ordering kiosk, which is mercifully easy and intuitive to use, though the staff are also incredibly helpful in providing assistance. The atmosphere tends to vary depending on when you go. The music tends to cycle between K-Pop and ambient/chill; not your typical pop/rock background music as seen at other stores. The busyness also varies, and from my experience, it tends to be busiest during Saturday or Sunday in the early afternoon. However, the line moves along pretty fast, and there are plenty of places for seating, whether it's to relax, study, or socialize. This place is excellent. The fact that they survived the pandemic especially deserves kudos, during a time where so many small businesses were trampled and destroyed. I continue to hope this will remain a mainstay of Gainesville. Like other residents who used to study here, I'm becoming rather wistful at the continuous sight of business closures, so I will continue to support these folks as much as possible. And if you have a taste for tea, I encourage you - be you resident or visitor - to do the same!

I really only come here for the macarons. They have some unusual flavors like matcha and bergamot in addition to the standard flavors, like raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla. The macarons are really delicious and the flavors taste fresh and authentic. One of my friends likes to get the unusual flavors for our parties or movie nights and see if we can guess what they are supposed to be. 10/10 would recommend!

The south is garbage at making boba. This place is one of the few that rocks!

Best boba in town for about the same prices as everywhere else. It can get a little loud and cramped on the weekends though.

Great little store tucked away with really nice ambience and lofi cafe music. There's self service vending screens that are very easy to use and a good rewards program. Definitely will be back!

Hoping upper management sees this. I’d be happy to make it 5 stars again when things are good again. Past 3 times I’ve been lately you guys have not had any blended milk teas available and it makes me really sad, those are my go-to faves. 🥺 also would not allow me to redeem my points when I was checking out last time.

Excellent place for boba tea! There is plenty of seating inside with a couple of tables outdoors as well. It has a great atmosphere and the staff is really kind. While on one of my many visits I also bought a t-shirt. One last thing, the straws are eco-friendly! Enjoy!

This is a cozy spot to grab a tea to go, or hang at a table with a friend and catch up, or get some work done. They have frozen mochi and macarons in addition to their tea menu. I love it here.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I visited a couple days ago. The floors are sticky, the drinks were grainy and tasted old, and the workers were just standing around talking. They also charge for less ice as if the drinks weren't overpriced enough.

I go here all the time and have had most of their drinks. Some of the specialty drinks are very underwhelming but their tea is always great.

I’ve been craving boba recently and was so excited to try this place. I had gotten a split tea with boba in each, 2 mochi and 3 macarons. The vanilla chip mochi was AMAZING! And the matcha was very good! Only thing keeping me from giving five stars was the lavender and honey macaron and the boba itself. Unfortunately the lavender was too strong for me, and the boba I found tasted a bit like menthol. Other than those two blips the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was very friendly!

The only tea shop I will ever go to. Staff is always spectacular. Very fast and friendly. And I love sipping my tea and listening to lofi!

We stopped in for a couple drinks. We had their passionate mango tea with jellies, the tiger tea with boba and ended up getting mochi too. It is a very cute little spot. Ordering is cashless at two contactless kiosks. The only negative is due to the layout it is tough to ask questions if you have any. Both drinks were really good and it's first time trying jellies and it added a great twist to the fruit tea. Great place to try mochi they had a lot of flavors even a couple vegan options. They also offer macarons.

Good drinks and tapioca in the past 2 years of being a customer here, but unfortunately I will not be coming back here to due sketchy and stingy business practices. I had saved up 210 loyalty points to use for a free mochi ice cream, and after applying it to my order and paying, my name was called by their employee, Zeek, when my drink was ready. When I picked up my drink and asked if I could have my mochi, Zeek was obstinate he could not give it to me. Zeek’s reasoning - I added the reward to my order (burning the points that he couldn’t add back to my account), but didn’t add the mochi (no prompt on their point-of-sale kiosks). Upon politely asking twice if I could have my reward I earned, he ensured me it was impossible for him to give it to me due to it not being in my ticket. He then asked if I could get back in line and simply purchase it if I wanted mochi. I will be reporting this exchange to the BBB due to not receiving goods/product after paying for services.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had less than a great experience. The staff is always kind, the place is clean (including the bathroom), and the owner makes great efforts to bring together the community with events such as lunar new year. I will continue to support Teastori, great quality drinks and snacks as well as great moral views. Love that there’s often charity events such as the Equalitea drink that supports the Trevor Project. Service is pretty quick and hassle free. You can order at the counter or from kiosks. Servers are very friendly and will help you decide a drink if it's your first time trying boba teas. One of my goto places for boba teas. Try all their flavors if you can. You have to add bobas to the tea as extra :)

Update: 3 years later and countless new boba shops have opened in town yet this is still the best place for milk tea/boba! They always have the cutest decor and the staff are wonderful! The boba texture is consistently perfect and they have countless delicious drink options. I still try something new from time to time because I'm usually surprised at how good each different flavor is! I miss the pre-covid days when they had plants and trinkets for sale but it's still a wonderful spot to go and hang out with your friends. 😄✌️💖 I love going to this place! The shop is so cute and I love all the succulents and Totoro stuff! Been going since it was called lollicup, but lately the Thai tea (which was the absolute best!) Has been tasting bitter. its not as sweet as it used to be, which I like, but I'm not sure what's causing that taste. I thought it was the way they were making the boba but when I just taste them alone it's not the same bitter flavor so it must be something in the way they brew the tea or the creamer they're using.

Brown sugar milk tea (tigers milk) is to die for. Been wanting to to try this for so long I recommend getting it with the miniboba.

We travel to Gainesville a lot for my son to be treated at Shands so we happened to be staying the weekend a little while back and my daughter wanted some boba tea so she immediately hit Google and found this place. We decided to give them a try and boy we were impressed! Employees were so nice and the tea was good! The double sided cups were just too cute!! Will definitely be back next time we go to Gainesville!!

They nickel and dime you. If you don't want ice, they charge you. If you don't want your drink watered down with ice, they charge you. This place is ridiculous with prices already, and then they want to charge you for getting less ice? Absolutely horrible business model.

Out of all the boba I've tried, TeaStori is the one to get it right! They have a lot of different options for drinks and boba and all of the options are amazing. I've been here quite a few times and will continue going for my time in Gainesville. Would definitely recommend!

RUDE. UNSANITARY. NASTY EMPLOYEES. I waited in line for a lengthy amount of time.....ALL the employees ignored the entire line. When i asked if anyone was taking orders, the girl at the counter said in a rude tone, "there's a button to press right there." This is a place to get boba tea.......they had NO effing boba. How the f do you run out of boba. NO BOBA. No apology. THIS PLACE SUCKS. There are so many other places in gainesville to get boba tea - kung fu tea is 30 seconds away. Employees there need to learn basic manners.
