Bummer of a trip this time Onion petals came out burned. Had to send them back. Sirloin steak ordered medium came out well done. Had to send back. Ribeye came out looking like a thin sirloin, ordered medium. Came out well done (maybe medium well) Took 8 oz sirloin (medium) to go.. got home, well done too. Very disappointed for spending $200 It is never comfortable sending food back and we never make it a habit, can't believe 4 times out of 6 were over cooked

Almost always busy with a waitlist, but service is always strong with service folks checking in in frequently and delivering quickly on small requests, like refills or different butter for the complimentary rolls, which are super tasty. They do a solid job with steak cooking requests. Ample side dishes. It can be a little loud with a crowded restaurant. Plenty of TVs for sports near the bar.

From the time we were greeted and seated until the time we had to hit the road we had a great time. The servers were great and the free samples we were given by the manager were top notch as was the food.

We had some of the best service we have ever had at a Texas roadhouse, and they held the door welcomed us very kindly, and our waitress was so friendly and attentive and to top it off food was awsome.

Elise is absolutely amazing! She took care of us and our kiddo while she was managing all her other tables. She is a 10/10 server. We will be back and request her 100% of the time! Food is delicious and drinks are on point!

Mary is by far the most awesome waitress!!! She provides attentive service, great attitude and personality. This location is one in a few, that actually has good food.....not all Texas Roadhouses do.......i typically order the most expensive steak.......they are usually a better cut. You just need the best cooks to pull of the great steak. Sometimes, this locations cooks just aren't great on the medium rare of a steak.

Very bad experience, we ordered enchiladas to go and drinks, they did not send forks or straws. But let's hope that those very small but very important details improve.

They got us in pretty quick Kyrie was great she kept checking on us and it was busy she did a great job. I hope she stays serving with that kind of service and attitude she was very friendly and happy. We will be back and hope to sit in her section. Food was fast and tasted good.

Cold chili, over cooked meat, wrong tea, 'music too loud'. Waitress offered to replace meat, I never send food back, it ends up coming out when others are done with their meal.

will always enjoy the Road Ho. busy like always. a long wait, even after calling ahead like always. no parking spots and had to park down the street like always. our last visit, they had ultimate fighting on the TVs. nothing like bloody punching and kicking to go with a meal. used to be the TVs were only in the bar.

Every time we go here it is on point always get the 20 ounce bone in ribeye medium rare. It is always done to perfection. The service is always stellar and on point. This restaurant is the best go to for consistency and for somebody on a low-carb keto/carnivore diet. love this place.

Great food every time and service is sometimes great and sometimes horrible. I recomend the herb crusted chicken and add onions and mushrooms. It comes with grilled lemon that you squeeze over the top and its the best ever. Their ribs are super yummy too! The main issue is drinks. I love that the coke I ordered had a ton of ice on a hot day but 3 or 4 gulps it's gone. Have a drink liaison come around and refill on busy days. I hate having to flag down our service person especially if they are really busy.

This was the first time we visited Texas Roadhouse in Greeley. It seemed busy at 3:30 p.m. during the week. We were on a 30+ minute wait because they didn't have enough servers to seat the empty tables. Otherwise, the food was good, but I think the prices are high. We went to celebrate a birthday, but I don't think I would eat there too often because for four people, our bill came to $95. And three of us drank water and one had an iced tea, so it wasn't because of alcohol and we didn't order any appetizers or dessert. So, in my opinion, the price was high.

We have never had a bad meal or bad experience and we've been coming to this location for many years. I only have a 4 star to atmosphere because it's so noisy.

Great service and the steaks are good for the price

Went last night with my daughter and niece. Steaks were bomb... food was great!! But this time I want to mention our waitress. Her Name was JAMIE... She was super.. she was so helpful, so friendly. We really enjoyed her service. I wish every time I went there again that she would be our server . She is awesome. Because of her we had such a great time.. 🥰👏🎉👍

We called ahead for group of 12 on Saturday night; manager quoted 1-hour wait time. While mingling in hotel lobby, more teammates and parents decided to join the party. When we arrived at Texas Roadhouse, our group had grown to 18. Staff graciously accommodated our larger party and immediately seated all of us. Our server continually brought more baskets of rolls for our 10 hungry, teenaged boys and effortlessly split the tab so each family could pay separately. Fun & memorable night for our basketball team who traveled to Greeley from Dallas, TX. THANK YOU!!!

Very business, yet kept the atmosphere nice. The food is great. I've never had a bad time at any Texas restaurant.

They usually have an hour or more wait, so I highly recommend the online waitlist so you can cut that down to 10 - 15 minutes. Our waitress was attentive considering how busy it was and the steaks were tender and juicy.

Went in at 3:00 for early dinner and Happy Hour. There is NO happy hours at the Roadhouse any longer! Everyone else in town has one so we will be elsewhere for our happy hour.

First, service was excellent, early dinner during a holiday and was seated promptly, plenty of elbow room in a booth and a table for added room for a party of six. No complaints.

We come here often. I mean there steaks are delicious. But we ordered to go for the first time and it was a complete failure. We were super disappointed when we drove all the way home and this is what we got. I’m just wondering if we’d dine in, would they have served us this anyway?

We went on mothers day and they were great we did the online wait-list and when we got there they said about a 30min wait.

Great place for a date night lovely space great music. Food is delicious favorite bread amazing sides and my favorite Italian dressing.

Wow!!! Fast. Fabulous. Flavorful. Friendly. Fun. This has been another of Many great dining experiences at Texas Roadhouse. Jack was on point, refills and wonderful suggestions were delivered with a "put your feet up and feel at home" attitude. One of the managers stopped by and checked on us and all we had was praise for the delicious food and service. Wow!!!

This restaurant is always packed so for dinner you have 2 options arrive early like 5pm or late around 7:20. The service is good just it's a little bit expensive especially the kid's menu.

Made the mistake of eating at the bar. It got busy...and it took 45 min to get our food. When it did finally show up, it was cold.

The unwavering support received from TRH and Jaime has been truly remarkable. It was our first time at this location and the staff was absolutely amazing. Our server, Kyla, was super kind, quick, and responsive. We were also visited by the manager, Brianna, who was awesome and gave us some goodies to sample and a coupon for a free appetizer. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone near Greeley looking for a good steakhouse experience!

Not my first time at Texas Roadhouse but it was my first time at the Greeley location. I am so sad we haven't gone before now!! I can see why call ahead would be valuable. We went early on a Thursday and the people kept piling in. My prime rib was so amazing and huge! The bread was wonderful as always. The potato soup was delicious and creamy. My partner had the broccoli and said it was the best he had ever had. We sat at the bar and Ashley was super helpful. This will be somewhere we frequently go on date night for sure.

First time in a decade coming in, our server Alexander, made the whole experience very enjoyable! The comedic customer service from him and the rest of the staff tonight will definitely have us back! Thanks for the great anniversary!!

Is always so loud in there. The food only got 4 stars because they messed my steak up and had to wait for my food while everyone else was half way done with their food.

Our favorite go-to when we take all 5 kids. Reasonably priced and reliably good food. Our favorite is the Fort Worth Rib-Eye, and I like mine with the blue cheese crumbles. My son (11) will usually just eat a few bites of steak with a whole lot of rolls. The staff is always friendly and always moving.

I usually really like this place, but the past couple of times I was disappointed in the service. I'll still go back because the food is pretty good though. 3/2024 My last visit was less than stellar. I ordered the porterhouse and it came out overcooked. It was reordered and came out under cooked this time. Maybe there won't be a next time. Service was great this time but the waitress started that the kitchen had been doing a poor job cooking steaks to temperature. A steakhouse should be able to nail steak temps every time.

The worst TRH I have ever been to. 11oz steak was awful. Cook needs training and so does manager. She came around dining room but didn't really want to know how everything was. Don't bother to stop here if your hungry. Went to the one in Colorado Springs the night before and it was absolutely amazing 😍 if you're willing to drive an hour and a half but it's so worth it.

Ordered food to go, food itself was decent but gave scraps when it came to the sides. Customer service skills did not exist, staff was very rude in handling the order and made getting the order very difficult, I thought Texas Roadhouse was supposed to be above and beyond but felt this experience was below and barely trying, thank you.

Checked in at 750 sat down at 810 food out at 910ish.. they cleaned the grills BUT didn't wipe down the grates I even told the server you all took a long time when there was only 6 tables because you cleaned thr grill. She said yes. I told her I was a former cook I can.smell the carbon. Well daughter had a allergic reaction. THEY DIDNT WIPE AND SPRAY THE GRATES. JUST A FAST BRUSH SO I CAN SMELL THE CARBON HITTING THE FIRE!!! WENT TO THE HOSPITAL THANXS LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER

We frequent this establishment almost every Friday for lunch. It is a great place for a good meal and cold drinks. Surprisingly enough, their salmon is really good...

This place is so popular, you can't get there before supper rush. We arrived at 4 pm. We're told 20 minute wait for a table. But, 10 minutes later, we were seated. All of the servers later around a table to help a group celebrate birthdays. This can be a little loud. The food & service have been fantastic all 4 times I've been there.

Waitress was wonderful but the girl that set us at the table was standing up there laughing and giggling and not paying attention to what she was supposed to be doing

I ordered a steak, medium and it came out WELL DONE. When the waitress came to the table I told her and she looked at it and said wow that's really over cooked and asked if I would like another one cooked medium. I said yes please. So the manager came out shortly with a new steak that was cooked perfectly. She apologized and asked if it was ok. I told her it was awesome and she apologized again. I know people make mistakes, myself definitely included. This was handled by the staff in an exceptional manner. Thank you for a great dinner.

Ordered food to go on Sunday, and omg it was the worst ever! I don’t think I have ever thrown away food like that. My 8oz steak was smaller than my friends 6oz & they were so chewy and gross. Only good thing were the rolls that we had to pay for & the sides. Very disappointed & no way to put in a complaint on the app.

I had recently wrote a review for Texas Roadhouse and I had given them a four stars mostly because of the wait staff that was awesome because of this particular time the food was terrible I can totally understand having an off night you know so I let it go. Then the next three times when I went there and the food was crappy and the service had only declined and the prices have gone up , now there's a problem. I spent $86 for 3 people and this is the third time my food had not been good so i did contact the manager so she could address the issue or refund me my money and i was met with attitude. She made me feel like because I didn't address her the very first time my service wasn't good that it was my fault that the next three times I went there it sucked and she kind of like shamed me in a way which is not cool AND super embarrassing. I love the Texas Roadhouse menu but i can learn to make this stuff st home for way cheaper and it will probably taste better then what I've gotten the last 4 times.

Our server was great!! We finally got our food and someone else who isn’t our server brought it out. She said to my little sister (13 years old) “grab it.” and we my unserious little sister just laughed. she then said “I just can’t reach over there because my arms aren’t long” we all just remained quiet and she then said “Oh so you don’t talk?” Again to my little sister who is 13. We were surprised that someone would say this so we all just stayed silent. As she walked away I looked at her and she said “Say something” with lots of attitude. It was very rude. We had great service all up until this woman ruined it with her rude words to my little sister. She was wearing a pink and gray texas roadhouse sweater, jeans and her hair was in a ponytail. She had black hair with red tones in it and olivey/tan skin. We had this encounter at around 9:05pm on 2/15/24. We were just so surprised someone could be so rude. I am a server too, in college, so I know how it is. I am just so upset that someone who isn’t even our server treated us this way. Especially speaking like that to a child. Table 223 and our table was a group of 3 young girls if that helps this situation. Don’t wear shirts that say “I❤️ my job” if you clearly hate it and take it out on just 3 girls trying to have a nice dinner😂😂 I wish we got her name, but this description will do.

Second time I've gotten take out from here on a busy Friday night. Thank goodness I had a $50 gift card, they saw we left them a $8.50 tip for takeout and still missed my smothered mushrooms and gravy on my steak and totally dismissed the 12 buns I ordered as an extra side. Definitely check and count your items, not a fan of this consistent missing of items but other family members keep going there and buying gift cards so we'll keep spending it. As long as they keep missing stuff not on my dime I'll keep spending the gift cards.
