Prime rib was really delicious.

Went there at 3 today with party of 11 for my birthday and my daughter's. Bri the manager was so helpful. Our waitress Aimee was excellent..very personable. She took all our orders quickly and food arrived in no time...which was delicious. Not one complaint..from any of us. Aimee went above and beyond to make sure our driñks were replenished and that all was ok. Thank you Bri and Aimee for a wonderful meal!!! We will be back!! Gina Cross

Went there around 3 pm today and had a party of about 10 for my mom and grandmas birthday . They were pretty busy , but even so our waitress Aimee was AMAZING! Never once did we have to ask for a refill and she stayed on top of checking on us while managing all the other tables she had . Also , the manager Bri was amazing as well!!! For both of them to remain so sweet even while busy , you don’t get much better quality workers than that and I’m not sure what they make but they deserve a raise ! . It’s amazing to see how great quality of service and food we received even while they were slammed ! 1,000,000 stars !

Excellent food, excellent service. Shane provided great service to refill our drinks without needing to ask and checked on us often. We have went several times and it is always great. The wait list is a great way to minimize wait time. Also I like the little tabletop kiosks for paying. We continue to go here as our favorite place.

Ordered curbside. Got there @5:50 for an estimated time of 6. At 6:08 received a text saying it was done, stay in your vehicle, and it'll be out shortly. At 6:23 I went in to question just how cold did they plan on my food being before bringing it out. The hostess explained it's still warm, and asked if there was anything else I'd like. If offering curbside orders, why are you not doing curbside? Every vehicle that pulled in for it had to go inside to get their order. I wasted 30 minutes of fuel, due to the fact it was raining so had to run the car while waiting......sitting......waiting.....as instructed. Only to have to go in to get my lukewarm meal.

Really starting to get disappointed with this location steaks were just dry seemed like they were kept warm for a while and then served ....rolls were even under done...Service is spotty on top of it just not sure if I'll come back to this location again every Every Texas Roadhouse is about 40 miles or so away from me so I have to make a special trip just to go there and it's disappointing when they don't step up and make a good Steak...

Fries were disgusting and mostly black, veg was dried out and hard too. Everything we ordered tasted old. In response to the reply from the restaurant. No I won't paste the review in your form. How about you input it yourself. Read your customers reviews and do better.

Fun place to visit and eat. Staff is young and courteous. They do a quick song and linedance as part of the experience.

They have the best steaks in Lakeland. Far better than Texas Cattle Company. How can a chain restaurant have a better steak than a 5 star steak house? I don't know, but they do.

The wait staff was great. The food was terrible. Had the catfish. It was seriously overcooked. They offered to bring me something else. People don’t want to sit there and wait for their food because someone can’t cook. The atmosphere was rowdy bar style. I came for dinner, not a loud production sponsored by the staff. Will never be back here. If this is your style, have at it.

We loved everything about our visit! We have been to other Texas Roadhouse locations before, and this beats all others hands down. Also, we were worried that going out about an hour before close would cause some issues, but the food was delicious and the staff were all delightful! We both cleared our plates and were happy with every bite. From the fall off the bone ribs to the melt in your mouth shrimp and everything in between, we had no complaints. Both steaks were masterfully prepared and didn't need a drop of steak sauce. For anyone looking for a great meal and atmosphere, you have to stop in. A special thanks to our waitress Kim and the rest of the staff who were complete professionals at the end of a long night!

Super friendly staff, River did a great job with everything! Juicy and tender steaks, great chicken and good choices for the kids. Nice with a bit of singing and dancing and special birthday celebrations 👏🇺🇲 Highly recommended 👍

Texas Roadhouse is a family favorite in my house. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere, while rowdy at times, is fun and engaging. If you’re looking for a delicious steak dinner then look no further.

Hit or miss. Steaks were cooked to order, but burgers mo so much Maybe it's the quality of their meat that they can't cook medium or lower.

07/09/2024 Ordered the full rack of ribs ($24.99) with baked potato and salad. I received the rolls and honey butter too. It was delicious and enough for two meals. The salad was fresh and not wilted. Clean restrooms. Very busy on a weeknight for dinner.

This place is essentially a trough for trailer trash. If you wouldn't eat at the Golden Coral, you wouldn't eat here either.

First time going. I would suggest making a reservation online if possible through the app. There is no inside seating to wait and no fans outside, the waiting deck is not covered much. The food was good (only had a salad) but there were no complaints from my party.

I loved the place, the food was delicious, the service was more or less good, I didn't give them 5 stars because it was my husband's birthday and I asked if they had any special offer, they said yes and after we paid the bill we had to leave because They did nothing .

Even when busy they got us a table quickly. Service was great, food was great, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend for a nice casual dinner.

The only problem I have is I ordered the brownie with the ice cream to go, and they didn't put the ice cream In a cup, just put it in the brownie in the container and the ice cream was completely melted and liquidity when I got home. That was not good. Everything was good but that incident.

Wow everything was amazing. The gator bites and the mushrooms are amazing. My wife stake was perfect. My chicken was amazing and food for 3 people lol. The Broccoli is some of the best I have ever had in my life. If there was more stars they would get them.

Absolutely horrible experience for a birthday dinner. First we waited over 30 minutes in the heat outside for a table for 7 people and a baby, and end up getting fitted at a small booth table that did not fit out party comfortably at all. Managers solution was for us to go back outside to wait for a bigger table after we already waited outside with an infant for 30 minutes. So we crammed into the small booth, and no server to even get our drink order for 25 minutes, and then had to wait another 20 minutes to place our food order. Not worth the wait or being so uncomfortable.

I'm giving it 5 stars because for what you pay the food is excellent and consistent. It is loud and the music is always turned up too high.

it took the kitchen three times to get a steak cooked medium rare. Two hours to receive my food. Three other steaks in our table was not prepared correctly to our order.. So this is great

Don’t expect to come here for a birthday or any celebration. They don’t take reservations for parties and even if you offer to sit separately they will RUDELY refuse you. This is the 2nd attempt and both times I have been met with hostility from the staff for even a party of only 9.

Oh the days of Texas roadhouse, going here and getting some BOMB rolls with the side of butter was an occasion I would look forward to. I recently went here and how the mighty have fallen, the rolls were scaled down and all the main entrees my ENTIRE party ordered were bland. The Mac and cheese is TERRIBLE and the medium rare steak was wayy overcooked. Overall for charging modern prices the quality sure has dropped.

Yes, I'm a glutton for punishment; however, only because people keep giving me gift cards to this place, I keep dining here. "Maybe I'll get lucky next time", I'll tell myself. So, on 05/31/24, me and my wife dined here. As is my practice, I requested that they bring out some bone-in Rib-Eyes for me to view. For some reason they don't keep them in the display refrigerator? They didn't have any cut so they seated us with the promise of bringing a few for me to select. Per our waitress the person who brought out the steaks was the owner of the franchise. The steaks she brought looked awesome! I picked one and requested that it be cooked medium. When the steak arrived via another server, it looked overcooked, but I decided to give it a try. And yes I did the cut the steak in the middle test. It was barely light pink. However the cut test did not account the extreme ends of the steak. Not only was it over-cooked but portions were burnt and charcoal like. When our waitress arrived, she took one look at the steak and totally agreed. She exclaimed "I can't believe they tried to sell this steak to you?" She took the steak back and promised me a better one, unfortunately by the time they cooked another one, my wife was almost done eating. The next steak was barely better. It had burnt particulents all over it. It may the meat feel gritty and taste burnt. As a former cook I'm aware that after cooking a lot of meat on a grill, you have to clean and scrub it to prevent this from happening. The waitress, who was excellent, confirmed that their cook was new. Ugh.. I have a few more gift cards to use there still hoping for a good meal. I'm deeply disappointed in my last visit to Texas Roadhouse, which occurred on 08/18/23. I'm one of those guys that takes delight in choosing my steak either from the refrigerated display case located in the lobby. Upon reviewing the display case I left disappointed due to the lack of marbling in their Ribeye steaks. After recovering from my disappointment, I asked to see their Bone-in Ribeye. They keep these in the back and are only available to view upon request. The Bone-in Ribeyes taken from the back were almost equally poor quality; nevertheless , I decided to take a chance and selected one. When the steak arrived I dug in. It was as I expected very chewy from the lack of marbling. 9/22 Consistently the best steak in town. An added bonus is your ability to hand pick your steak. FYI they keep their Bone-in Ribeyes in the back not in the display counter. They'll bring them out to you soon your request. I. Our most recent trip, the manager was very helpful and even gave us a discount coupon..

Would Recommend! My niece and I had a very enjoyable meal yesterday at Tx Roadhouse in Lakeland. Please build one in Winter Haven! We arrived around 4:30, and there was no wait. A basket of rolls w/cinnamon butter was placed on our table when we were seated. YUM 😋 We ordered the cheese fries w/a side of jalapeño for an appetizer. The ranch for dipping was excellent, I wished the jalapeños would have been pickled and not fresh. I just prefer the vinegar taste (personal preference). The fries were very good and a generous portion. Excellent REAL bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese. We chose ‘chicken critters’ (chicken strips) as our entree. They were cooked perfectly and not too heavily battered. The sweet potato was also very good. The iceberg lettuce side salad wasn’t my fav. However, the croutons were very good, and it had shredded cheese and cherry tomatoes on it. Warning: it also comes with egg crumbles, which I omitted😉 The restaurant is extremely lively and full of energy, not a quiet laid back kind of atmosphere. It’s a place to have fun with family and friends, enjoy some upbeat music and have a nice meal! Our waitress, Aimee, was FANTASTIC! Definitely one of THE BEST waitresses I’ve had at any restaurant. She definitely enhanced our experience because she took care of every request. I should have snapped a pic of our delicious food, will try next time. I’m definitely looking forward to it!!!

I came here to dine in because I had a coupon for 2 free kids dinner entree that' my daughter recieved ar school. I usually go to longhorn ,ither way I was excited to try a new steakhouse because who wouldn't? Right? Well as soon as I got their their was a weight, cool no worries,but than into 15 minutes of my weight I didn't know it had been that long I went to the host stand and asked how much longer?(granted I understand their busy cause of graduation but I had 4 kids with me so time seemed longer than usual,I am not blaming that on them at all for that but their response) manager proceeds to tell me in a condescending voice you were quoted 45 minutes just 15 min ago, fine no worries I move on ,than they kick us and several ppl out the restaraunt cause that's not their waiting area outside is (in this heat) . W.e fast foward to finally we're getting sat and our server to start of was pushy and seemed not to care about anything but me and ny husband were going to eat, I put my kids food in and me and my husbands app order in , when I told him I was going to chill drink and than order he proceeded to curse and went to the p.os slamming in our order, I saw him make a a comment to our later server Lindsay something so when me and her made eye contact I told her to please come over in a motion and she came. I asked her what was up with my server and she made this comment that that's just the way he is . I was really not happy , later on I stopped her to order 2 more drinks cause this guys was no where to be found, and when she delivered the drinks she mentioned she would be taking over the table thank god but my over all experience and 1st guest perception was ruined already, no manager or nobody came to check up on , so crazy cause I always expect a follow up from management when a guest feels upset , guess I wasn't that important,but if this is the service I have to deal with everytime I go to a Texas roadhouse no thankyou! It was super loud and the steak was pretty bland

Food was great 5 Stars! Service is hit or miss. We canceled the Appetizer, disappointing, love the Rattlesnake Bites but first our salad then entree arrived, defeating the Appetizer point. No drinks were refilled. Thirsty! It's Florida. The people next to us waited forever for their bill, how do I know? Because they were waiting before us, upset, and then we were waiting and waiting...we finally got up and broke up the Server's bar conversation with her coworker to retrieve our card. Food is really good though!

Our server handle my family dinner very well. She was attentive to detail and there were no missed items or errors on any of the food. She was on top of drink refills and kept everybody happy. Will definitely visit again.

We have been to this Texas RH before and this ladt visit(21May24) was by far the BEST! Every server, runner or busser was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything we asked, no matter who we asked, they made it happen! And the Prime Rib was the best we've ever had!!! Fantastic!

Michelle was our server Friday 5/17 around 5pm. Just wanted to shout her out for being so incredible at such a busy time. Never needed a refill, food came out so quick, and she spotted and handled an error on my steak even though I told her it was fine. She refused to take “its ok” for answer, only provided excellent service. I hope we can be sat with her again.

I'm giving four stars because of the parking situation on the side of the building. There's no outlet so if there's no parking once you get in there it's very hard to get out and other people follow you in so then you're really stuck. The food and service were spot on, my steak was cooked perfectly.

It's one of my go to's because it's consistently great, and plenty of options. I love the menus. I wanted a healthy clean meal that night so I got the 6 oz SirLoin, med well, baked potato, steamed veggies, green beans carrots and broccoli, one roll with the cinnamon butter. Perfection, the next table asked me what I ordered bc she couldn't find it on the menu. It's there, and it's awesome

Was just in tonight, it was super busy as it is Mother’s Day Weekend, but the service was great, our waitress was fast with taking our order and checking on us. We did have a problem with the cooking of the steaks being a little to under for my one family members liking and another problem with the chicken being cold. However, the manager was quick to fix the problem. Will definitely go back!

Super busy place. I recommend plan ahead and be on their waiting list prior to going. Customer service is always excellent no matter how busy they are. Food is fresh and flavorful. This was my second time going but will definitely visit again.
